RED AND THE ALPHA : CHAPTER 11 – 20
Drakko went to take the crossbow and placing the arrow in it, he went to take a seat angling it at the girl.
“One” he said and almost immediately, he struck the arrows at her watching as it struck her hands tied above her head piercing deep into her skin making a loud wail to erupt her lips.
Cedric’s body trembled greatly.
“The others are out searching for her and I can assure you they’ll find…”
“Two” interrupted Drakko shooting the arrow to pierce her legs.
“Please spare me” cried the girl feeling pains all over.
The arrows were masked with Wolf bane making it impossible for her to heal quickly.
But unfortunately, her pleas were ignored by Drakko and taking up the last arrow he placed it in the crossbow.
“We’ll find her please alpha” he begged but his pleas fell deaf to drakko’s ears.
Not satisfied, Drakko said.
“Three” and just as he said this, the door flew open for Cedric to step in yelling.
“We found her!” He shouted but almost immediately as he said this, the arrow was fired and a loud cry left the girls lips at it was directed to her heart.
Cedric’s soul left his body making him to slump to the ground trembling.
Drakko’s voice sounding in his ears.
“Tsk, almost” he said standing to his feet.
Cedric pulled his gaze to his mate but instead of finding her dead, he found her still breathing.
The arrow struck the wall behind her making him give a sigh of relief.
Looking at Vera, his tensed body lessened.
Drakko who stood glanced at each of them from the girl tied, to Cedric who looked like he had seen a ghost before turning to Felix, a wicked smile spread to his lips as he hung the crossbow over his shoulders.
With his hands in his pocket he spoke.
“Let’s go hunting”
That was all it took to send the entire lycanthrope in search of Red.
All reaping of their skin and turning into their beast form where their senses heightened.
A loud growl howling through the air.

Red and Poco who ran none stop not caring if their legs hurt continued moving forward and into the forest.
Moving through the huge trees and the muddy ground, they heard a loud howl sound from the air sending chills down their spine.
Loud footsteps echoed behind them making Poco to turn.
She knew they were right behind them and so pushing Red forward she said.
“You go. You’ll meet a man in front.
He’ll take you to a safe place.
Follow him”
“What of you?” Red asked and the more they stood the more the loud thudding against the wet ground sounded.
“I’ll hold them off.
Here, take this” she said placing a small bottle in her hand.
“What’s this?”
“It’s a little potion I’ve been working on.
Incase you can’t escape them, drink it”
Reds brows furrowed on hearing her speak, confusion masking her face.
“What does it do?”
“It will keep you safe but for only three days.
If they find you, you have to drink it.
And when you do, you have to make sure the alpha marks you.
It’s the only way you’ll survive” she said before urging her to run forward.
Red wanted her to come with her but when a huge beast jumped in front of them, her eyes went wide.
A loud scream leaving her lips as she shook in fear.
It was huge and big. Ten times her size towering over them blocking them from the silvery glow of the moon.
“Go” yelled Poco and immediately, she ran. She ran as her feet could only hearing the sounds of clothes tearing from behind and the next instant, a ferocious growl was heard.
Taking a glance back, Red couldn’t find Poco but instead, found two beasts going head on with each other.
