PROLOGUE

This is a story about two sisters; Judy and Juliet Robert with Judy being the elder one and Juliet being the younger one.

Their mother being a maid had led to them being look down on, by a lot of people and that’s why Judy has made a vow to stay out of trouble while Juliet has it in her mind that if she’s invincible, no one will notice her.

But things soon take a turn when they got into Crystal High . A school for the rich and upper class.

Judy’s first day of school got her getting entangle with the most popular boy in Crystal High. She thought it was something she can handle, but it got worse when Graham Stone mistook her for his girlfriend and became a thorn who wouldn’t leave her alone.

Juliet on the other hand has a special ability, which is reading people’s mind. All Juliet wants is to be invincible to her new class mates, but things went haywire when she mistakenly touch the most handsome guy in class and read his thought and it turns out that he finds her attractive.

What do you think will happen to the Robert sisters?

Can they stick to their rule of staying out of trouble and staying invincible?

CHAPTER 1

NEW YORK CITY

“Here we are pumpkin” Judy Robert said as she stood in front of Crystal high along with her sister Juliet.

Both are dress in the same uniform but a little difference were added to it to depict the junior uniform from the senior uniform.

“Shall we?” Judy urge but when she saw Juliet standing back obviously nervous, she crouch in front of her.

“What’s wrong?”

“Must we really attend this school, I rather prefer our old school” Juliet said, touching her nose.

“We already talk about this. Studying at Crystal high will guarantee us good university and jobs.

You know we must do our best to help mother or do you prefer us being called the maid’s daughter for the rest of our life?

Do you enjoy watching mom scrub after the Anderson family?” Judy ask, referring to their mother’s employer.

Juliet shook her head in reply.

“Then let’s do the best we can to stay out of trouble”

“And also to stay invincible” Juliet added.

“Staying invincible doesn’t mean you can’t make friends, make sure you make one or two friends”

“With this curse I have? I don’t want to” Juliet said and Judy sigh.

“Don’t call your ability a curse”

“It is a curse. It all started with that accident, if only I….am going to class, see you in the afternoon”

“Make sure you wait for me, I will come pick you myself” Judy call after her but Juliet only wave her off.

Judy was still watching her sister walk off when someone approach her from behind.

“You are finally here” the voice said behind and a smile lit Judy’s face before she turn to him.

“Yes! Am finally here, Darren” She said, both hitting hands and squealing in delight.

“When you told me about Mr Anderson giving you the scholarship, I thought it was a lie until today ”

“It was quite a surprise when my mother boss decided to give us free scholarship.

Anyway, I don’t care what his reason is, all I know is that am going to do my best to graduate from this school” Judy said.

“That’s right. Am happy to know that I will be spending the rest of the third year in senior high with you.

To be honest am kind of a loner in school, no one wants to talk to the son of a secretary” Darren said to her and she gently gave him a slap on the back.

“Then we just have to stick together till the end” Judy said as they began to make their way to the senior high.

“You know, have got a lot to tell you and….” Darren words were left unsaid when a sport car drove past them, startling the life out of Judy.

“Who the hell drives like that into school” Judy let out in anger.

“That is Graham Stone. The most popular boy in school and his father is one of the richest men in New York.

He’s more like the Lord of the school, while the girls fawn over him, the guys worship him” Darren explain as they both watch this great Graham Stone getting out of his car.

And just like Darren said, a lot of girls and boys crowded him just to take a look and earn his attention.

“He looks like an arrogant jerk to me” Judy said.

“Am glad we think the same ” Darren said, both doing a high five.

“What’s up, Judy” Knowing who it was, Judy roll her eyes before turning around.

“Hello Natalie” Judy greeted, starring at the daughter of Mr Anderson, her mother boss.

“I thought you will refuse the scholarship but luckily you did and apart from having you at my beck and call at home, I also have you in school to cater to my whim” Natalie said.

“This is school, Natalie. Can we put our private lives out of it?” Judy ask.

“Private life? Is that what I get for telling my father to give you the scholarship?”

“You mean you….”

“It was me. I was the one who got you into this prestigious school and so you owe me and should be grateful to me for being here or do you want me to tell my father to take back the scholarship?” Natalie ask.

“No! Just like you do at home, you have me at your beck and call in school too” Judy said.

“Good then. While we are at it, I told the cleaning lady that you will be helping her with her task, so why don’t you hurry up and go render her help, I will know if you help or not, don’t make me angry” Natalie said and left them standing there.

“She’s such a bch…I feel like scratching her eyes out” Darren burst out in anger.

“Believe me when I say that I want the same thing but I can’t…. she’s the boss daughter after all” Judy said sadly.

“Will you help the cleaning lady?”

“I have to and that’s how much this scholarship means to me. Help me find the cleaning lady” Judy said as they both went off.
