CHAPTER 126
Mrs Mantinda’s Mansion ‼️
Mrs Mantinda stared at her phone, re-reading the weird text she just received from Jasper with an unknown number, she glanced over and saw Gina walking towards her and she quickly dashed out of the message…. turning off her phone
“Mother!….. you are here!” Gina shrilled as she hugs Mrs Mantinda dearly before pulling away
“Where else would I be, this is my late husband’s house and you know I don’t like anyone waltzing in here however they please” Mrs Mantinda said sterning and Gina frowned
“Well he’s my father too, and besides…. he’s no more, why are you so over protective of this Mansion?” Gina asked as a smack landed on her head and she scotted away from Mrs Mantinda with a yelp
“This Mansion holds the memories of our first time together….. you wouldn’t understand and what are you doing here by the way?” Mrs Mantinda intentionally changed the subject
” Wow, I haven’t seen you for days and that’s all you can ask…. I’m starting to feel like you don’t care about me anymore….. it’s all just about Jayson and his stupid wife and work!” Gina barked at angrily
“What nonsense are you talking about!?, You think I wouldn’t find out about the money you stole from me days ago?” Mrs Mantinda switched the topic smartly again and Gina calmed a little
“I didn’t steal it if it’s yours….. you are my mom” Gina pointed out
“And you are a little theif!…” Mrs Mantinda retored and Gina sighs
“Okay fine… I’m sorry, I just really needed the money for something and I know you wouldn’t give me even though I asked” Gina said and Mrs Mantinda rubbed her forehead
“You always need money for something important, I just can’t with you right now….” Mrs Mantinda said frustratedly and her phone chimed in a message…. she knows who it’s from and deliberately ignored it
“I heard it’s your daughter In-law’s birthday next week, and I’m pretty sure y’all getting ready to splash a huge party right?” Gina asked with a smirk and Mrs Mantinda rolled her eyes
“It’s none of your business, besides you don’t like the girl so butt off” Mrs Mantinda said sterning and Gina’s jaw hardened
“I bet that’s why Jasper left…. because he couldn’t watch you lavish all your attention on Jayson…. and I’m starting to feel it too” Gina frowned suddenly and Mrs Mantinda stared at her with shock
“First off, I love y’all equally, I never denied any of you my attention….I just don’t know what came over Jasper that made him…..”
“Tried to kîll y’all?….” Gina finished her statement and Mrs Mantinda sighs
“I really don’t want to talk about this right now” Mrs Mantinda huffed and Gina stood up in anger…. clenching onto her expensive bag
“Well….. maybe I do understand why Jasper felt that way…. because it’s happening to me, you never allowed me sleep a day in this Mansion and I found out that Jayson spent three days in here….. why do you care for Jayson so much?
He’s also like one of us right?, what’s so special about him that makes you treat us like some piece of shît!!” Gina rasped out angrily
“Enough, Gina!!!!!” Mrs Mantinda half yelled
“It’s not enough!….. I’m never going to keep quiet when everything is so damn obvious!……
I promise that I’m going to find Jasper and when I do… I’m going to support him, because he deserves it and you are just a really terrible mother!”
Gina pointed out and a slap tears across her face……the sound echoing endlessly as she raised her head and saw her mother’s ragged breathing
“You don’t get to talk to me like that you ungrateful swine…” Mrs Mantinda mutters almost inaudibly and Gina laughed out loud, making Mrs Mantinda flinched
“I really wished you died in that accident” Gina spat out and a gasp escaped Mrs Mantinda as she watched Gina exit the Mansion
Mrs Mantinda blinked repeatedly as tears rolls down her eyes…..her little Gina?, This is the first time Gina is talking back at her and even wishing her dead…….is she really a terrible Mother?
