CHAPTER 81
“No, this isn’t happening, no way” Delilah mumbles as fear surged through her and Mika won’t stop moving.
Delilah kept crawling backwards till her back hit the wall and eyes widened as Mika got closer, taking each step with a sinister glint in her eyes, making Delilah’s forehead soaked with sweat, she felt something running through her back and that’s when she noticed she’s sweating profusely
“You can’t be alive….. you are dead” Delilah lips jammed together as she covers her mouth almost immediately as Mika lowered herself down, making Delilah shrink in despair and fear
“Am I supposed to be dead?, Delilah?” Mika asked with her smile spreading wider as she grabbed Delilah’s hand and a yelp escaped her lips and Mika slammed it shut with her right hand, Delilah was breathing heavily as they stared at each other
“The reaction on your face right now is priceless, and I can cross several mountains just to get this same reaction on your face, over and over and over again…. bîtch” Mika said and Delilah muffled sounds was the only thing that could be heard as she managed to push Mika off her, standing on her feet but the fear is still there, eating her deep down
“How are you still breathing?, you are supposed to be dead!” Delilah snapped and Mika scoffed loudly…. flipping her hair behind with a smirk
“I would have been dead, if your stupid allie hadn’t been stupid, but guess what?, I’m not dead and you better watch your mouth or else I will kill you right here and no one would ever find out” Mika said with gritted teeth and Delilah shook her head as she suddenly reached for her phone but she couldn’t find in her pocket
Her eyes almost popped out as Mika pulled out the phone behind her, twrilling it as Delilah reached for it but Mika stepped backwards, causing Delilah to almost fall on her face, she looks up at Mika and Mika smiles brightly
“Don’t try to act smart with me, you see the only reason the cops aren’t here right now is because I haven’t decided to call them yet, but I will if you don’t behave and listen to me” she said and Delilah steps backwards
“What do you want?” Delilah asked and Mika raised an eyebrow
“Well, I have all the messages you and Alfred sent to each other which is proof that you wanted to kill me, so now, you are going to have to do anything I say, anything at all….no matter what it is” Mika said and Delilah almost choked on her silava as Mika tossed her phone towards her and she caught it
“Are blackmailing me?, well the only reason I wanted you dead was because you are a threat to my love life and I wanted you out of the way, since you actually didn’t die?, don’t you think it’s wise we forget about everything and move on with our lives” Delilah said with a smirk and Mika laughed out mockingly as she steps closer
“And you expect me to just ingore the glaring fact that you wanted me dead?, don’t be stupid or else I will just go to the police and press charges against you, imagine your life in prison if I do so and Roland ending up with me” Mika said and Delilah felt her throat drying up as Mika words peirced her heart
Screw Alfred!, That walking dead bastard!!!
“Fine, I will do whatever you want just please don’t let anyone know about this, if anyone finds out then my life would be over!” She semi yelled and Mika stroked her cheeks as she stared at the door
“I want you to out there and tell Avia that you won’t take out these boxes…..if she really wants the boxes out then she should come take them herself” Mika commanded and Delilah’s facial expression knew no bounds as she stared at Mika as if she’s grown horns
“I can’t do that!, She’s going to fire me!” Delilah agonized and Mika scoffed, walking towards the door as she opened it
“Hold on let me look around to see how many fúcks I can give….” Mika said pretending to observe the whole place and looks back at Delilah….. ” You see, none” Mika said with a smirk and Delilah reluctantly moved her feet as she got to the door where Mika stood
“Can’t I do something else?, Please” Delilah pleaded as she clutched onto her uniform
“Oh, trust me, there are alot of things I have planned for you, don’t you think you should hurry up?, Avia must be wondering what’s taking you so long” Mika said as she pushed Delilah out and she stumbled…. maintaining her balance as she walked towards the main resort
Mika had a deadly joker clown look on as she followed Delilah, Delilah was visibly shaking as she approached Avia
“Hey!, What took you so long and where are the goddamn boxes!?” Avia thundered as Delilah rubbed her sweaty palms on both sides of her uniform
Roland looked up from his phone and Mika stood with a smirk as she watched the drama in front of her
She’s going to make life a living hell for Delilah before finally reporting her to the cops, but for now, it wouldn’t be such a bad thing to have a little fun, now would it?
“I’m not taking out the boxes” Delilah voiced out and Avia blinks repeatedly as she looked around, trying to figure out if she was actually referring to her
“Pardon?, what did you just say?” Avia asked again and Delilah took in deep breaths as she looks back at Mika, Mika winked at her with a smirk as she faced Avia who is still confused as fck.
