“So you live here” Ryker questioned as he stopped the car in front of Dilara’s apartment.

“Yes, thanks for dropping me” She replied and opened the door.

Ryker watched her get down from the car and his eyes followed her, she already made way toward the gate when he suddenly turned again and he raised his brows curiously.

“Wanna come in?” She asked.

Ryker smiled.

“Are you sure?”

Dilara nodded.

Ryker came out of the car and followed her in.

They walked silently until they entered the house and Dilara turned on the lights.

“Cool” Ryker muttered,looking around.

“Do you have a separate house? Aside living with the duke?” Dilara asked, going toward the kitchen.

“Yeah, but we hardly go home. Since we have to stay with the duke everyday” Ryker replied.

“Are you talking about other bodyguards too?” Dilara came back with a glass of juice

“Yeah, but I’m not just a bodyguard tho” Ryker took it from her.

“Obviously, what sort of guard sits on his boss….”

“I’m a PA, specially. You only took that personal” Ryker cut in.

“Good for you. Can you wait here? I’m going to change my clothes” Dilara said and Ryker nodded.

She smiled and went upstairs while Ryker sat down,waiting.

Minutes later, she came back.

“Sorry I took so long”

Ryker stood up.

“It’s fine, I’m still surprised you invited me in” He said.

“Don’t start, I’m just being nice today” She frowned.

Ryker chuckles.

“I know, but I need to go,it’s getting late”

Dilara nodded.

“See you tomorrow?” She asked.

“What, are you missing me already?” Ryker teased.

“Don’t show your face again” She glared.

“You mean the opposite” Ryker shifted closer to her.

“What?”

“You’re so readable Lara, I can read your face so perfectly” He smiled.

“What does my face say?” Dilara crossed her arms on her chest.

“Do you really want to know?”

“No”

Ryker nodded.

“Goodnight” He winked and approached the door.

“Bye” Dilara muttered after opening the door.

Ryker smiled at her again before walking away.

Dilara sighed and locked the door before going straight to the kitchen, she would have gotten something to eat, but didn’t want to disturb Ryker.

Now she needs to cook because she’s starving so badly and can’t control it.
