Angela scoffed.
“Sorry I can’t, I need to take her home, it’s quite late” Martin said and Rona frowned.
“You should hurry up and go home also” Martin said and that brought little smile on her face.
“I’m going to text you then, we can talk when I get home right?” She asked.
“Sure” Martin nodded.
“Bye” She hugged him shortly again.
“Yeah bye”
She smiled and walked away with Sitara.
Martin turned back to Angela, she said nothing and entered the car,so he did the same.
The drive back was even more silent than normal,until Angela broke it.
“You two talk? On phone? You have her contact?” She questioned.
“Yeah” Martin responded shortly.
“That’s fast, you just met her…”
“She’s nice, and friendly. There’s nothing bad in that” Martin cut in.
Angela nodded and kept quiet.
Martin stopped the car in front of their house.
“Here”
“Thanks for the ride” She smiled.
“You’re welcome” Martin said.
Angela opened the door then faced him again.
“Wanna exchange contacts too?” She asked and Martin looked at her.
She bit her lip.
What was she expecting? She knew he would say no.
“Why?” Martin asked.
“Let’s be friends, since you and my brother are cool” Angela said.
Martin gave her his phone, she took it and input her digits there.
“Text me,I’m going to reply” She said.
“Cool” Martin nodded and watched her get down, then he drove off.

MONDAY*
“What the fuck are you doing inside? I’m getting late because of you” Angelo complained as he entered Angela’s room.
“I need to get my own car, you’re so fucking proud” Angela glared.
“You can’t even drive to begin with” Angelo scoffed.
Angela glared.
“And besides,you’re stuck with me. You can’t afford to go to school alone everyday” He smirked.
“Whatever” Angela rolled her eyes.
“What’s the problem? You look unhappy” Angelo said and helped her with her bag.
“You are mistaken” Angela immediately said.
“I know when you’re lying have you forgotten that?” Angelo raised his brows.
“Fine” She sighed.
“I gave Martin my number since Saturday, but he’s yet to text me” Angela said.
“I thought you don’t like him…”
“Can everyone just stop with the “I thought you don’t like him’ talk? It’s getting turing” Angela groaned.
“That’s the truth,you clearly showed everyone you don’t like him”
“Why did I even told you in the first place” Angela rolled her eyes and increased her pace.
“Come on, I’m sorry!” Angelo followed her.
