Kyros checked the time on his wristwatch and sighed,it’s already past the time Diora told him to come pick her up, classes probably ended like one hour ago and he’s stuck here.
He can’t even fulfill a simple promise like this?
Why the fuck is the meeting taking so long. He wished he could just end everything and drive over to pick Diora from school right now but it’s not something he should miss if he wants everything to be perfect.
When he couldn’t handle it anymore, he took his phone and texted Martin, telling him to go get Diora from school instead.
He will just make it up to her when he gets home tonight.
“Sir, is everything okay?” Dilara asked beside him.
“Yeah” he responded and dropped his phone again.
But even though he was there, all he could think of was Diora and how disappointed she would be.
He really wanted to hang out with her today but seems it’s not going to be possible anymore, he should have checked his schedule well enough before saying that to her.
“Shit” He cursed before getting up from his seat to give out his own side of view about the project on ground.
Everyone clapped as they watched him go to the front.

Diora sighed and checked the time again, she was alone in the class and she had a feeling she’s all alone in the whole school too because everywhere was just too quiet.
Still she was waiting patiently for Kyros, he didn’t even return her message.
How busy is he?
She was still thinking about that when someone came into the class and she raised her head up from the desk.
“It’s you” Angelo smiled.
“Oh..hi” Diora returned the smile.
“Why are you still here?” Angelo asked.
“Waiting for someone”
“Who?”
“Hubby, He’s picking me up” Diora said that clearly.
It’s really the first time she’s calling Kyros “hubby” and suddenly she liked and felt proud of it.
“Oh, is he gonna take long? Do you want any company?” Angelo asked.
“Actually I’m bored, but I think it’s best if you don’t worry about me and just go. Sorry” She mouthed.
“No it’s okay, I understand. Stay safe,bye” He said.
“Thank you” Diora flashed him a smile and he walked out of the class.
Ten minutes later, she got a message from Martin to come to the parking lots.
A frown appeared on her face, but she stood up anyway,with her bag and left.
“Martin?” She called when she got to the parking lots.
“The boss asked me to take you home, He’s busy at the moment” Martin said and she scoffed.
“As expected” She rolled her eyes and threw her bag at the back seat before joining Martin in front.
“You look mad…”
“Of course I am” She snapped at him.
“I’ve been waiting for almost two hours,starving and tired” She said.
“I understand” Martin muttered and focused on the road.
