Kian broke the kiss after two straight minutes.
“Do you remember me now?” Kian asked.
“No,,coz I never forgot you in the first place” Elena replied.
Kian raised his brows and released her.
“You mean…”
“I deceived you” Elena muttered and stuck her tongue out at him.
“What?! Lena!” Kian shouted.
“I got you so bad I guess” She smiled.
“So you were pretending all along. From the start?” Kian asked.
“I thought I was going to die,I never expected to see you guys again” Elena muttered.
“But when I wake up,I saw you all in my ward,I just…you don’t know how happy I was. But thinking about it,I thought you will leave me again once I’m okay and…”
Kian placed a finger on her lips.
“That’s never going to happen,never again” He said and pulled her into a hug.
“You made me worry so much,I was losing it. Don’t do that again please”
Elena smiled and hugged him back.
“So that’s why you kissed me?” She asked.
“No,I kissed you because I wanted to kiss you” Kian replied.
Elena disengaged from the hug and looked at him.
“Why?” She asked softly,her eyes hitting a spot in Kian’s eyes.
“Don’t ask me questions” Kian winked at her and she blushed.
“Tell me please…”
“Fine,because you are cute,is that okay?”
“No,tell me the reason” She pouted.
Kian looked at her.
“Because…I was your first kiss and I wanted you to get that memory back and stop hating on me” He said.
Elena went silent,with a hint of sadness.
“What’s wrong?” Kian asked.
“But I wasn’t yours” she muttered.
“You think so?” Kian asked and she immediately looked at him with wide eyes.
“What…do you mean?”
“Nothing” Kian immediately said and walked away.
Elena batted her long lashes to think carefully about what Kian just said.
The first time she kissed him,he was already going around with Scylla and they must have kissed.
So how is she his first kiss?
“Stop lying to me” She muttered.
“Who said I’m lying” Kian groaned and bent in front of the white kitten.
“She’s your first,in everything” Elena said and bent beside him too.
Kian paused for some seconds and heaved out a long sigh before turning to Elena.
“Can we not talk about her? Whenever we are together?” He asked.
Elena nodded.
“Are you sad about it? I know you are sad,and you don’t have to act like…”
“Lena” Kian called.
“Sorry” Elena bit her lip.
“Meow”
“What are you going to name her?” Kian asked while rubbing the fur gently.
“Not Kian please” he added and Elena burst into laughter.
“Since it’s a female,I will name her…Oreo” Elena muttered.
“Cute,as long as you don’t eat her one day thinking it’s Oreo Cookies” Kian mumbled.
“Stop!” She hit him and they both laughed.
“Come to momma,,come on” Elena opened her palms.
Oreo left Kian and went to her.
“So cute” She carried her and kissed her.
“I’m glad you like her,,I’ve spoke with the Doctor and he said you can be discharged already. I called your mom too and told her we’ve being together,so she’s not worrying anymore”
“Oh” Elena mouthed.
“You didn’t inform me she stopped working at the mob…”
“Because you were too busy and I can’t just pick up my phone to call you and tell you something as silly as that” Elena said.
“Lena I know,and I’m sorry okay? But you should have called,I wouldn’t snob your call and you know that. From now on,please tell me everything,okay?”
She nodded.

Bianca has been standing in front of Scylla’s door for about three minutes,holding a tray of food in her hands.
It’s been three days now since Scylla locked herself in her room without coming out at all,but today is quite scary,normally she would answer Bianca to leave her alone whenever she’s outside.
But now she’s quiet.
“Scylla!!! Hey!!” Bianca banged heavily on the door with fear in her heart.
“Scylla!! Open the door if you can hear me!! Scylla!!”
She had no choice,she dropped the tray and ran out to get the guards.
They were the ones that used their strengths by pushing the door and soon it was widely opened.
Bianca rushed in and her eyes went wide straight,Scylla was laying on the floor almost lifelessly,there are countless pills on the floor scattered all around,she had overdosed herself.
“Ahh!!!! Scylla!!!” Bianca screamed and rushed to her on the floor.
“Hospital!! Now!!!” She cried.
One of the guards quickly picked her up from the floor and threw her on his shoulder before they all ran out of the house.

Justin (Win’s father) walked into the living room where Vincenzo is waiting for him.
“Vincen….”
“Took you long enough” Vincenzo stood up.
“What’s the problem? Aren’t you here to talk?” Justin asked.
“You are still asking me If there’s a problem? I’m not here to fight you but to tell you that you should prepare for anything now Justin. You know I’ve never worked alone,so your days of acting innocent like you have nothing to do with them all is over!” Vincenzo shouted.
“I will accept everything but not that rubbish Vincenzo,you were the reason behind everything!! I only helped with the little thing I have…”
“Little? I’m sure you will tell that to the Mad Dogs when they are here for you,can you even stand before them? You should get ready for anything,Justin” Vincenzo ranted and stormed out of the house.
Justin sighed and sat down.
Win was watching from upstairs and he heard everything,he walked into his room and closed the door.
He fell on the bed and took his phone then checked his messages,he clicked on Kenzo’s own,their last texts to each other.
Kenzo: She escaped.
Win: So what are you going to do now??
Kenzo: I’m going to flee.
Win: Are you crazy? What about me? I was behind the fûcking camera!
Kenzo: That’s something Kian will never find out,so there’s something to be scared of…I’m leaving tonight.
Win: Hey…where are you now??
Win: Why aren’t you answering my calls?
Win dropped his phone,the rest was news of Kenzo’s death flying around.
And now he’s living in fear,he had to leave his own apartment and return to his dad’s house for proper security,but now he doesn’t know what is going on anymore.
Does this mean,his father was involved too?

KIAN’S VILLA*
The house is currently full,with happiness and celebration in the air.
The dinning table is covered with delicious and mouth watering meals and all the boys surrounds it with Elena in their mist,only Knox was absent.
“Just how did you guys prepared all these? You didn’t inform me any shit” Kian said.
“It was Kairo’s idea” Saint said.
“Imagine he allowed me left you before coming up with reasonable idea,do you love stressing me so much? Should I just kill you?” Daven glares at Kairo.
“Don’t start” Saint groaned.
Kairo looked at Elena.
“Welcome back and thanks for saving my brother” He said to her.
Elena smiled.
“But why did you stress him…”
Kian immediately shoved a big meat into his mouth before he could finish.
Everyone laughed.
“Hey!” Kairo yelled at Kian with the meat in his mouth.
“Let her be” Kian said.
Kairo scoffed and began chewing the meat.
“Eat up,you lost some weight already” Daven muttered and gave the cutlery to Elena.
“Thank you,but you guys don’t have to treat me like a kid,we are the same age” Elena said.
“You’re twenty?!” Saint and Daven asked together at once.
“Of course,Kian and I are just few months apart….”
“Stop that shit,I’m six months older than you,not few months” Kian snapped.
“Oh please” Elena rolled her eyes.
“Honestly you don’t look twenty,you look eighteen,you’re so cute” Kairo smiled.
Daven,Kian and Saint all looked at Kairo like he’s crazy.
“Did you just compliment a girl? So it’s not forbidden? I’ve never heard Kairo talk about girls” Saint said.
“I’m surprised too” Daven muttered.
“She’s the first,,my brother said I should be nice to you” Kairo said and Elena chuckled.
“Thanks,but you don’t have to do it if you don’t want…”
“No,I want to. I like you” Kairo cut in.
“Thanks” Elena smiled.
Kian chuckled.
Everyone started eating at the same time talking,until they all heard the door bell.
“Expecting anyone?” Kairo asked.
“No” Kian muttered.
Saint stood up and left,he returned with Knox.
“Finally the one with sense finally back,I almost lost it with Damonkey around,welcome dude” Kairo said as he shook hands with Knox.
Daven glared at him but said nothing.
“Whoa,Someone finally controlled his anger” Elena laughed.
“Whoa,someone’s finally awake” Knox said and he pulled her up to hug her.
The boys all exchanged pleasantries and Knox sat down too.
“How did you know we were here?” Kian asked.
“I asked in the group chat,only Saint answered tho” Knox replied and started serving himself.
“So how was it?” Daven asked.
“Lotana and I spoke with father and Tiger,,I think we convinced them well enough” Knox said.
“Convinced them…about what?” Saint asked.
“Confessing…everything” Knox replied and all eyes fell on him.
“That’s the only way we can get to the root of these and know what happened…”
“Why you?” Kian interrupted.
Knox looked at him.
“Huh?”
“Why must it be you who convince your dad to confess when he didn’t even do half of what Jadaline and Vincenzo did?” Kian asked seriously this time.
“I just…want to help. That’s the only way I can” Knox replied.
Kian stood up and walked over to him.
“Have I ever said this to you? You’re the best Knox,I mean it” Kian said,with seriousness in his voice.
Knox shook his head.
“No,,I just did what’s right…”
“You are the best” Kairo cut in.
Kian hugged him.
“Thank you,Knox” Elena muttered softly and placed her hand on his own.
“Thank you so much” She repeated.
“You all are making me feel embarrassed” Knox muttered.
“I don’t think so,you were blushing when Kian hugged you tho” Saint muttered without looking up.
“I hate you” Knox glared at him.
Daven’s phone rang just as Kian sat down again.
He answered it when he saw Mandi on the screen,then he hung up and faced Kian.
“What’s wrong?” Knox asked.
“Scylla is in the hospital…she tried suicide” Daven said.
“What?!” Elena’s eyes widened.
“So what happened?” Saint raised his brows.
“Mandi called me…she think Kian should go to the hospital and check up on her,she wouldn’t speak with anyone,including Bianca” Daven answered.
Everyone looked at Kian expecting his reply.
“What’s the hospital name?” He asked and stood up without thinking twice.
“The one Elena got admitted” Daven replied.
Kain took his jacket and his eyes met with Elena’s own.
“I will be back” he told her.
Elena smiled and nodded,,then he walked out.
He was about opening the car door when he heard Kairo’s voice behind him which made him turn.
“I will be back…”
“I know,just want to make sure you are in your right sense” Kairo cut in.
“Don’t worry about me” Kian said and entered the car.
Kairo rolled his eyes and went inside,then Kian drove out too.

Scylla was already sitting on the bed in her ward when the door opened,she quickly raised her head and saw Kian walked in,he closed the door behind him and remained there without moving closer.
“Kian” Scylla called.
“I shouldn’t be here,but dying is not the option” Kian said.
She shook her head.
“I know,but I couldn’t help it,I wanted to see you. You ignored all my messages and…”
“Ignored all your messages? You really expected me to answer you when Elena was on the hospital bed too cuz of you and your family? Don’t try to make all these too simple Scylla,it doesn’t suit you” Kian said.
“I know I made a mistake…”
“No you didn’t” Kian cut in again and moved closer to her.
“I thought about it deeply and I realized I’ve always expected that,,was I blind? I definitely wasn’t,I just tried too hard to deny all those negative thoughts,because I’ve never planned to hurt you Scylla,even after everything I found out,it never crossed my mind to touch you or your sisters,except your mom which she clearly deserves. And like I said,I don’t blame you, but again you came with your sisters to help Kenzo escape? And to kill me? That is what gets me the most,you really got me Scylla”
“I had no choice” she shook her head.
“I know,and I’ve also dropped my choice into the sea too,I’m never going to think of anyone anymore before doing everything I have to do. So you should accept this,,whatever we once had,is never going to work anymore. I mean I definitely can’t breathe in the same air with someone whose mother is Jadaline,and you won’t want to be with a guy who killed your sister and is definitely going to kill your mom,does that make sense to you?” Kian asked.
Scylla swallowed.
“Even if I find out my mom is alive,I will make sure I hold that video in my hand and do exactly the same thing Kenzo did to my mom,I will make sure I repeat everything on Jadaline’s body. So after all that,I am definitely not expecting you to come hug me or kiss me,it’s never going to happen” Kian added.
“What if..what if…I told you I met Kenzo? Would anything have changed? Would it have changed anything at all?” Scylla asked.
“If you told me what Kenzo told you without lying to me,,it would have be exactly the same reaction I had when I heard about my father at first” Kian replied and Scylla looked at him.
“You would have killed my mom no matter what,,nothing is going to change,you know that…”
“Who knows,I might have had a change of heart,,if someone had convinced me enough or feel remorseful at least,maybe I would not turn into this. Just the same way Knox is getting me” Kian mumbled and looked at Scylla.
“I have nothing else to say anymore,,be fine,this is going to be the last time we get this close to talk,it won’t happen again” he said.
“You said I was your life….”
“The life I crashed immediately you lied to me” Kian snapped Immediately.
“Or maybe I didn’t crash it that very moment,but I definitely crashed it the moment that bullet entered Elena’s body. You wouldn’t be alive anymore if Elena had died,believe me” Kian told her.
“Bye” He said finally and walked toward the door.
“So what would I have done?!! I had to protect my family no matter what?!!!” Scylla screamed.
“Same thing I’m going to do from now on,but it’s a shame,I’m not like you. I won’t protect just my brother,Elena too. Knox,Daven,Saint!! All of them,I will protect them even with my life!! That’s how much I can go for people who have my back!! Just like I once did for you!!” Kian shouted back and she broke into tears.
Kian opened the door and stormed out.
Scylla’s tears flow like river as she cried.

TWO WEEKS LATER, PINNACLES*
Rocket boys and Elena walked out of the hall along with other students,they just finished their last test.
“I’m so hungry” Daven yawned.
“How was your test y’all? I’m not asking Kian and Knox,my question is directed to Saint and Daven respectively” Elena stood in front of then in akimbo.
“Why aren’t you asking us?” Knox raised his brows.
“Stop acting,we all know you gonna ace the test” Daven rolled his eyes.
“I did my best as always” Saint said.
“And Daven?” They faced him.
“I’m actually hungry,let’s talk after eating” Daven yawned again.
“Where’s Kairo?” Kian suddenly asked.
“I saw him leaving with Prof Nickel” Elena replied.
“What’s with tbe sudden closeness though? That man is suspicious” Knox said.
Immediately,Kian walked away. He went straight to Nickel’s office.
Truly,he met Kairo and Nickel in the office talking,but stopped when Kian entered without knocking.
“Kian” Kairo turned.
“What’s going on here?” Kian frowned and pulled Kairo off the seat.
“Hey,why do you keep on calling him to your office? Are you gay or something? Stay away from my brother…”
“The fûck? He’s only helping me with my courses” Kairo said.
Kian looked at him.
“You should have told me to help” He muttered.
“You’re so impatient” Kairo scoffed.
Nickel chuckled and the twins faced him at once.
“You should calm down Kian,and I’m not gay,that’s rude” He said.
“Well” Kian rolled his eyes and Kairo chuckled.
“I’ve always wanted to talk to you two anyway,how about lunch together?” Nickel asked.
Kian looked at Kairo.
“Fine” He muttered and walked out first.
Kairo followed him.
“Were you jealous?” Kairo teased.
“Are you crazy? Jealous of what?” Kian snapped.
“Tell me” Kairo grinned.
“Fûck off” Kian pushed him away and he laughed.
Their phones suddenly buzzed at ones and they checked.
They just got a general text,,everyone’s meeting at the red house tonight.
“It’s finally happening” Kairo said.

As Elena walked out of the restroom,she bumped into Scylla and she immediately moved back.
“Sorry about that” Elena said and made to leave.
“I guess you are happy now” Scylla said.
Elena raised her brows and turned back.
“You finally got what you want, I see he moved on so fast,because of you” Scylla said.
“Kian and I aren’t dating” Elena said.
“So what? It’s all because of you that he wouldn’t even look at me anymore,does it even make sense?” Scylla snapped.
“Don’t you dare touch her if you are planning that shit in your head” Knox said from a distance and walked over to them.
He grabbed Elena’s hand and pulled her to his side.
“Are you seriously trying to blame her for your silliness? You think Kian moved on so fast? I actually think he’s super slow coz I would have fûck another girl right in front of you instead to prove my point clearly. Aren’t you ashamed at all? What have you done for Kian exactly? Coz I can remember plainly how many times he saved your ass,should we talk about Lotana? Or Aaron?! Or even your darn late sister! He saved your ass so many times and risked his life just because of you!! But what did you do exactly to deserve him? Nothing,so you better not try to push your frustration on Elena who almost died because of your sister’s stupidity,I might kill you” Knox said and dragged Elena away.
“That was too much” Elena muttered.
“Shut up,you are so annoying,for real” Knox snapped.
Elena sighed.

7PM, RED HOUSE*
As expected,the house was filled up,everyone present even though they are confused about the sudden meeting.
Even the former godfathers and Jadaline were all invited but they absolutely have no idea what was going on.
“Do you really think Tiger and Fox will confess?” Kairo asked Kian,they are staying separately from the other boys,but Elena was with them,even though she declined but Kian insisted since he doesn’t want to let her out of his sight.
Sitara and other mafia lords came in together with Capo and everyone bowed.
The next people who entered are Fox and Tiger.
Immediately,Vincenzo frowned.
“Those idiots,what are they planning?” He muttered
“Your doom” Knox replied behind him and walked away just like that.
“Fox,you may start” Sitara spoke up from her position and everywhere became dead silent as they waited for Fox to start.
“Firstly..everything,Mad dog’s death and Canessa’s death,the ideas were brought up by Vincenzo and Canessa” Fox started and murmurs began.
* I thought they hate each other
* What’s going on?
Bianca and Scylla swallowed from where they stood.
“About Sixteen years go,According to them,Maddog might end up stealing the position what belongs to us,because the lords were giving him so much respect that it annoys them,so they called a meeting and together we all agreed to get rid of them” Fox paused.
“That was the reason..just that” Kairo sighed.
Kian held his hand and he looked at him.
“Control it” Kian muttered.
“How am I supposed to…” He tried removing his hand from Kian’s grip but Kian held him tighter.
Then he relaxed.
“That was all I know” Fox spoke up again,
“It was Vincenzo and Justin who provided the assassins that murdered Mad dog,I honestly have no idea where his body was buried,believe me when I say that”
“You bastard!! You should be able to provide everything!!” Vincenzo shouted.
But like a clown,nobody answered him.
“How they got mad dog so easily? He was set up with Canessa,We all know how Vincenzo had forcefully claimed Canessa,it was all a trap,he never loved her,he only did it to get Maddog and he succeeded. Vincenzo never loved Canessa,the only woman he ever loved was ……Jadaline” Fox threw the bomb and everywhere exploded.
* What the fûck is going on?
* Vincenzo and Jadaline?!!
* What?!
Bianca,Scylla and Oscar’s eyes went wide.
“What are you talking about?” Sitara asked.
“I mean,all the hatred they claimed to have against each other from the beginning were all lies!! They planned it because they both wanted to be on top of everyone!”
“He’s lying!! That goat is lying!!!” Jadaline shouted and stood up but the guards covered her up.
“I should ask their kids then,,have you ever thought about it? Who your father is? And to Oscar too,,I know you believe your mother left because of Canessa right? That woman wasn’t even your mother,Jadaline is your mom”.
Oscar’s head banged.
“Jadaline and Vincenzo had four kids..twins twice,,,First twins,Oscar and Bianca,,second twins,,Scylla and Liliana,Kenzo isn’t their child” Fox dropped the last bullet.
The first thing Oscar remember was how he finger fûcked Bianca at the club that night and one mad headache struck him.
