THE NEXT MORNING
Stacy open her eyes and yawn, she wanted to stand up but found it difficult since she was in some one grip. She was confused for some minutes but her eyes snapped open the moment she realized. She turns and sees Nicholas sleeping peacefully, his hand around her waist, the memory of what happened last night fills her head and she smiles broadly, she doesn’t regret it which surprises her.
“Am I so handsome that you can’t stop looking at me?” He suddenly asked and she pretended she was sleeping.
“I know you are pretty awake, so open your eyes” he said and pushed her head. She opens her eyes cutely and he smiles. She suddenly realized it’s 8am in the morning and let out a gasp.
“What happened?” He asked her.
“I am supposed to be in the kitchen, I am dead” she panicked.
“Calm down, I told the maid you can’t see them throughout today because you are busy with me” he said and touched her hair.
“Does that mean we will be together throughout today?” She asked cutely.
“Yeah, me and you in this room” he said and carried her to the bathroom, he excused her so that she could bathe, she came out dressed in his big shirt that he had kept for her.
“You are so pretty,” he said.
“You said that more than hundreds of times, even when you were drunk,” she said.
“That is because you are really pretty,” he said.
“What if your mum finds out about this?” Stacy asked fearfully.
“I don’t care, since you are my girlfriend, you should not care too” he said.
“I am your girlfriend?” She asked in disbelief.
“Yeah pretty “ he said seriously, she hid her face in his chest because she was shy.

The students gather beside the private jet. It is time to return to their country. Some of them have found new friends. While things get awkward between some, Dalton and Brielle are in that category, they keep avoiding each other, they haven’t spoken after the thing that happened last night. They weren’t given numbers so they just sat where that pleased them. Delaney sits beside Autumn and they look at each other. Dalton sits beside Francisco while Parker sits beside Brielle. The flight took off immediately.
“Are you okay?” Francisco asked Dalton, he could notice his tense behavior.
“I don’t know, I think I am going crazy,” he said.
“What is going on? Did you fight with Brielle?” Francisco asked.
“That would have been better, I am losing my mind, I think I will ask Autumn out tomorrow” he said.
“Why so sudden?” He asked.
“I think that is the only solution for my problem, I will ask her on a date after school then ask her out, I pray she said yes” he said.
“Oh, I hope too,” Francisco said with mixed feeling, he wasn’t feeling so good about the news.

“I am sorry for last night, I knew that I overreacted, I am not supposed to hit him that way, do you forgive me?” Parker asked Brielle.
“I can understand how you are feeling, so I am not angry with you” Brielle said as the memory of the kiss came to her head, she looked toward Dalton and he was also looking at her. She quickly looked away.
“We are still friends right?” Parker asked.
“Always “ Parker said and they both smiled.
“So can we hang out one of these days?” He asked.
“It depends on the day,” Brielle said.

“Why did you cover for me? I know you saw me yesterday, so why did you lie that you don’t know the person that attacked you?” Delaney asked.
“No matter what I think about it, you are still my sister, though you don’t think of me as one but I can’t do that, so I just have to protect you like a good sister is supposed to do” Autumn said.
“You can lose your life, didn’t you think about that?” He asked.
“I am alive, so that’s great” Autumn smiles. Delaney rests her head on the seat in front of them and tears slowly escape her eyes.

“Wow, this food tastes extraordinary today,” Mr Everest said after having eaten a little.
“That’s because it was made by Barbie,” Noah said as they entered the dining room.
“You guys are eating with us today,” Mr Everest said happily.
“Yeah, I have missed you dad, I know you will be missing the kids too, I am so happy they are coming home today” Adelaide said. They started eating in silence.
“Where is Stacy?” Mrs Everest broke the silence.
“She called in sick, she will rest for today” the older maid said.
“With whose permission, bring her here right now” Mrs Everest yelled.
“Theresa, let the poor girl rest,” Mr Everest said. Mrs Everest rolled her eyes but didn’t say anything.
“Where is Nicholas?” Mr Everest asked, he noticed he is not also in the dining.
“He said he is sad and won’t be available today” the young maid said.
“That is unusual but it’s okay, “ Mr Everest said. Mrs Everest was finding it weird that both Stacy and Nicholas are not available, she hoped it’s not what she was thinking, she had to visit Stacy’s room and check for herself.

“I hear about what Mendez’s granddaughter did to you, I am so sorry about it” Mr Everest said to Adelaide.
“It’s okay dad, we have sorted everything out, I just hope she will change “ Adelaide said.
“Her grandfather grounded her till she will learn so I know with time she will change” Mr Everest said.
“Good “ Adelaide muttered.
“So you will be having a guest this evening, they are coming with a deal, I want you to review it and tell me what you think” Mr Everest said.
“Okay dad” Noah said and fed Adelaide from his food. Mr Everest was smiling while watching them, they reminded him of his late wife, Mrs Everest was just rolling her eyes.

“We are back” Autumn yelled the moment they entered the mansion, the family ran out to see them, they kept hugging each other because they missed each other.
“Frank” Emily called and ran into his arm, he carried her and rolled around while she giggled happily.
“You become more cutter, look at your cheeks” Fransisco said and touch her cheeks.
“I like the word pretty more” she said and he smiled handsomely.
“Did your tattoo hurt when you were doing it?” She asked and touched his arm.
“It didn’t, you know I am a big guy” he said and she hugged him again as he took her out of the mansion.
“When did they become so close?” Noah asked in shock.
“I am surprised as you are, where is Delaney anyway” Adelaide asked.
“I think she went to her mum,” Autumn said.
“Come over here, I hear what happened” Noah said and Autumn went into his arms. He touches her wound and she groans.
“How I wish I knew those people responsible for these, I would have made them pay” Noah said.
“I know you are feeling bad, how about you bought me a shoe, I have been seeing it but I don’t want to use my money” she said.
“Do you want me to buy it for you and Delaney?” He asked.
“We are actually four, not two,” Autumn said.
“Okay you got it, what about you, what do you want me to buy for you” he asked Francisco who was already in their sitting room.
“A guitar,” Francisco said.
“I hope you did not miss me so much, sister in-law?” Autumn asked Adelaide.
“I miss you so much,” Adelaide pouted.
“So how is the baby?” Francisco and Autumn asked at the same time then they smiled at each other.
“It’s kicking “ Adelaide smiles.
“Can I feel it?” Francisco asked.
“You dare not,” Noah said.
“I will make dinner for you guys, let’s enjoy, call Delaney over,” Adelaide said. Francisco left to get Delaney while Emily and Autumn followed Adelaide to the kitchen.
“You shouldn’t stress about my peanut, she has a wound on her head,” Noah said.
“Brother, I said you should stop calling me that” Autumn groaned and they all laughed.
“Peanut” Emily mouth and Autumn glare at her.

Delaney went to her brother’s room, she knocked for like ten times but no response she sighs and starts going.
“Why didn’t you open the door?” Stacy asked, he was laying on her lap.
“I think it’s mum, I don’t want her to spoil our moments” he said.
“Wait, my friends will be back already, I want to see them,” she said and wanted to stand up but he held her down.
“You will see them tomorrow,” Nicholas groans.
“You don’t want to let me go,” she said.
“Yes I don’t” he confessed which made her smile.

“Do you like Autumn now?” Delaney asked Francisco as they went back to Noah mansion.
“Why did you ask?” Francisco asked.
“I just see some changes,” Delaney said.
“I haven’t confirmed that yet,” Francisco said. He remembers what Dalton told him in the morning and he started to get worried.
“Are you okay?” Delaney asked.
“Yeah” Francisco said as they both went into the mansion, Fransisco stayed with Noah in the sitting room while Delaney went to the kitchen.
Adelaide made sure she gave them tasks and soon everybody started talking together. Delaney smiled sincerely, for the first time, she was genuinely happy. Adelaide smiled when she saw that Delaney was contributing, she didn’t even bring her phone with her. Soon the dinner was ready, they all ate together as they discussed a lot of things.
“I think by the time our guests come, I will be watching as they eat because I am too full right now,” Noah said.
“I am not full yet,” Adelaide said.
“I know foodie” Noah said and they all chuckle.

TWO HOURS LATER
The alarm sounded and Adelaide went to open it, she was shocked to see Derek (Her ex boyfriend ) and his fiancee, the file he was holding shows that he was the guest they were talking about.
“Can we come in?” The lady asked while looking at Adelaide from head to toe, it’s obvious she still sees her as the poor waitress at the restaurant.
“Come in” Adelaide said and lead them to the sitting room, she also sat down not far away from them.
“We are actually here to see your husband,” Derek said after some time.
“Yeah, he is getting ready, I think he will soon be here” Adelaide said.
“Adelaide you shouldn’t pretend like you don’t know me, you see this deal is really important to me it will help our company out because it will soon go bankrupt, I want you to talk to your husband so that he can sign the deal” Derek said.
“And if I don’t?” Adelaide asked with raised eyebrows.
“You don’t want to do that, I will tell him you are my ex, I will also spoil you in front of him” Derek threatened. Adelaide stood up immediately and went to their room.

“Sorry for the delay, should we move to the dining room?” Noah asked, he had already dressed up.
“No need for that, we actually eat before coming here, can we go straight to the point” Derek said. His fiancee was smiling seductively at Noah but he just ignored her totally.
Noah went through the file for about five minutes before dropping it on the table.
“So how do you see it?” Derek asked impatiently.
“It’s great though, too bad I am not the judge” Noah said.
“What do you mean?” Derek asked.
“Darling” Noah called and Adelaide came out of their room, she was dressed in a beautiful and sexy dress, she went to sit down on Noah’s lap.
“So what do you think about this deal?” Noah asked.
“I think it’s a no,” Adelaide said without even opening it.

“And what right do you have? Are you still bitter because I dump your a**grow up,.Mr Noah Everest here didn’t know the type of wife he married, she is my ex” Derek shouted.
“I know the type of wife I married, she is the best wife in the world, I really owe you a big thanks for breaking up with her, because without that, I wouldn’t have met her. Do you know I am her first? She was just using you to protect herself till when she will meet me” Noah said calmly. Derek was in shock, he was just watching everything like a dream.
“Take your deal and get out of our mansion, tell you mum, it was rejected “ Adelaide said.
“Please don’t do this Ade, this deal is very important to me “ Derek said and went on his knees.
“The company will be bankrupt without this deal, please reconsider “ his fiancee also pleaded, she was on her knees too.
“Do I look like I care?” Adelaide asked with a smirk, she stood up and went into her room.
“Adelaide, Adelaide please” Derek yelled after her.
“Please close the door on your way out” Noah said and follow Adelaide to their room. Derek remain on the ground with his fiancee.
