(FIRST NIGHT STORM)
“Why don’t you just cut off the marriage and explain what happened, we can post this picture to the internet to show proof” Jasmin said. She didn’t want him to go on with the marriage.
“I won’t do it, I will surely marry her” he said and carried his bag before walking out of the office. Jasmine ran after him as they went downstairs.
The Adelaide manager appears and Jasmine smiles secretly.
“What are you doing here?” Noah asked.
“I want to tell you something important,” he said.
“You have five minutes” Noah muttered before entering his car, he also joined him in the car.
“So I saw the news that you are going to marry Adelaide, my waitress,” he started.
“Yeah,” Noah said.
“I don’t think that is a good idea, Adelaide isn’t a person you should married, this the same girl as drug many rich man in the hotel, some wives even come to fight her because of their husbands, she was popularly call the rich men slut, she doesn’t care about how old they are, she just slept with them” the manager said.
“Why didn’t you fire her then?” Noah asked.
“Because she brings a lot of customers, why do you think there are a lot of rich men at our club? It was her, she knows how to please them without them asking, didn’t you like the way she pleases you, is that why you wanted to marry her?” The manager asked.
“I can’t even remember anything about the night, all I can recall till now is drinking wine, everything else is blank “ he said in confusion.
“Then you must have missed a lot, the men talk about how good she is” the manager smirks.
“Why are you telling me all this?” Noah asked.
“Because I don’t want you to make a great mistake, you still have a chance to cut off the wedding now” the manager said.
“Thanks , you can go” Noah said, the manager smiled before going out of the car. Noah remains on his seat and the thing they tell him fills his head, he doesn’t even know why all this hurt him, he feels like a fool, he knows if he cuts off the marriage, she will escape without paying for her sin, so marrying her will be the best solution.
“You walk very quickly, I am so tired right now” jasmine pant as she tried to open the door but it was locked from inside. She left after so many attempts. Noah didn’t even look toward her, another person knocked on the door and hit it after seeing the person.
“I have to rush here, after seeing the news, what the heck is going on?” Stanley asked.
“That’s dad, he wants us to marry to clear off the air” Noah said.
“What about Jasmine? And how can you marry a stranger?” Stanley asked.
“She is not only a stranger, but a gold digger too” Noah said.
“What do you mean?” Stanley asked.
“Turns out, she intentionally drugged me so that I could sleep with her. She is very popular at the club,”Noah said.
“She doesn’t look like someone that will do something like that” Stanley said.
“Yeah that’s what I think, I didn’t believe Jasmin when she came but then her manager too, there are pictures of her too, check it out” Noah said and showed him the picture.
“I can’t believe this, she really plays you men” Stanley said while checking the picture.
“She is really gonna pay for that, she will regret getting married to me” he said and ignited the car.
“Take it easy with her,” Stanley said as they drove out of the company.

EVEREST VILLA
There are many preparations going on because of the upcoming wedding, there are some important guest presents already.
Noah’s door opened and Emily came in, she saw Adelaide on the bed and went to join her.
“You can’t sleep?” Adelaide asked with a smile.
“Yeah, dad hasn’t returned home and I am worried” she said and Adelaide smiled.
“He will arrive soon so don’t worry about it” she said and stroked her hair.
“Can you help me to style my hair for tomorrow?” Emily asked.
“I will be happy to do that, you are going to look pretty as the princess” Adelaide said.
“thank you “ Emily smiled.
“So what should we do to kill time as we wait for your dad?” Adelaide asked.
“Can you tell me a story?” Emily asked cutely.
“I am very good with that, ” Adelaide said and adjusted on the bed. Emily put her head on her lap as she started the story.

“The wicked stepmother was banished from the village and the girl married the wealthy merchant” Adelaide concluded the story and smiled when she saw that Emily was already asleep. She adjusted her on the bed and slept beside her.
The thought of the wedding fill her head and she sigh, she doesn’t even know what to expect, all she knows is that everything is going to change, her brother will finally go to college and then she will be able to get her parents company back and make all their relative and close friends that abandoned them to regret it. That was all she was thinking till she finally fell asleep.
Noah came in some minutes later, he looked at them and everything they said about Adelaide filled his head, he folded his fist while staring at her.
He went closer and carried Emily, she stirr and woke up.
“Dad” she called while cleaning her sleepy eyes.
“Princess,” he smiled.
“You came very late,” she pouted.
“Sorry princess, I saw you are bonding with her, do you like her?” He asked.
“I don’t know, but she is better than Jasmin,” Emily said as they both entered her room.
“Go back to bed” he said and drop her on the bed.
“Are you leaving?” She asked quickly.
“No, I am spending the night with you” he said and climbed beside her which made her smile.
“Goodnight dad,” she said.
“Night night princess” he said and pecked her forehead.

D DAY
“Wow look at you, so pretty” Autumn shouted dramatically and took pictures of Adelaide. She was surrounded by make-up artists who were doing wonders to her face.
“You are making me blush” Adelaide smiled and looked at Delaney who just entered the place, she was also dressed in her own gown.
“You are looking pretty” Adelaide said and Delaney looked at her.
“Yeah that’s true but she won’t allow us to take pictures together” Autumn said and went closer to Delaney, before she could protest she had already taken a couple of her pictures. Emily came in already dressed and went to Adelaide who started styling her hair. She looks like a princess when she wears a crown. Autumn also snapped her picture and posted it on her account. She writes “The Everest Girls” a lot of people react and the like keep increasing every second.
Adelaide smiles with the fact that they also call her Everest.
“We have to get going now, the wedding has started” a lady came to announce and they all went out. Adelaide gasps as the sight of the Lamborghini waiting for them, the doors are already opened by the guards. They all enter and the car drives with two more cars following behind it.

EVEREST EVENT HALL
The big door opened and Noah entered in his expensive tuxedo. He was looking so handsome that some of the guests were still flirting with him. Stanley and Nicholas were behind him, they were also glad in tuxedos and they looked handsome. They both sat at the front row while Noah went to the front where a bring was standing. The door opened some minutes later and Emily was the first to come inside, she was holding a basket filled with flowers and she started spraying the flowers around. Then Delaney and Autumn, they looked so pretty as people started snapping their pictures.
Finally Adelaide came, Fransisco was holding her hand, her clothes was what got people talking because her face was covered with a veil, the ladies around started whispering because of Francisco. He was wearing armless tuxedos, thanks to Noah who got it for him. He has diamond earrings and looks so beautiful. The girl went to the front row and Fransisco took her to the altar.
“I am handing her over to you, take care of her” he whispered to Noah before going to sit down. Autumn waves at him with a smile but he was busy winking at Delaney who was pressing her phone. She dropped her hand sadly.
Noah stared blankly at Adelaide who was smiling nervously under the veil. The priest said a lot of things and it was finally time for the vow.
Noah Everest, do you take Adelaide Salvatore to be your wedded wife, to live together in marriage? Do you promise to love her, comfort her, honor and keep her for better or worse, for richer or poorer, in sickness and health, and forsaking all others, be faithful only to her, for as long as you both shall live?
“I do,” Noah said after a moment of silence.
Adelaide Salvatore, do you take Noah Everest to be your wedded husband to live together in marriage? Do you promise to love him, comfort him, honor and keep him for better or worse, for richer or poorer, in sickness and health and forsaking all others, be faithful only to him so long as you both shall live?
“I do,” Adelaide said nervously.
The ring was brought by Nicholas, though he had a frown on his face, he presented the box and Noah picked the diamond ring and put it in Adelaide’s finger, it fitted perfectly. Then Adelaide took it nervously and put it in his finger. They both stare at the ring.
“You may now kiss your bride” the priest said and Noah opened her vein, he stopped for sometime to look at her beautiful face. Nicholas was still present, standing rooted at a spot as his eyes roamed around her beautiful face. A smirk suddenly showed on his face before he went back to his seat.
Noah leaned closer to her and her breath hitch as she blink nervously, he pretended as if they were all kissing and the crowd cheered loudly. Some were even taking their pictures while Jasmin who was also present was rolling her eyes angrily.
“Do you think I want to kiss you?” He suddenly asked Adelaide whose eyes were closed already and she opened her eyes immediately.
“Calm down, I will never kiss you, not now, not ever” he said before leaning straight. Adelaide stood on her spot in confusion.
“What the hell just happened?” She can’t explain.
Throughout the whole party which lasted for hours, Noah ignored her totally and that hurt so much, the guest finally escorted them to their car and both entered, the car drove away immediately. Through their journey to their new mansion (which was also inside of the villa) Noah was pressing his phone without acknowledging her.
They arrive there within a few minutes and they open the mansion. It was beautiful and big, they both entered the room and Noah went straight to the bathroom. She sat on the floor without taking off her gown.

“So how did you see your room? I suggested those clothes, do you like it?” Autumn asked with a smile.
“You really know my taste Cat, I can’t wait to wear them,” he said and wink at her.
“You will resume college tomorrow, I can’t wait,” Autumn squeaks.
“You are so cute,” he said and patted her head.
“So about my dressing today?” She asked.
“What is wrong with your dress?” He asked.
“I mean how did I……..”
“I will be back” Fransisco said and went to meet Delaney who was pressing her phone.
“Hey Lioness,” he said.
“Don’t call me that” she snapped.
“You are looking good, I can’t stop looking at you,” he said with a smirk.
“Are you drunk?” she scoffed and continued her journey.
“I just complimented you, you are supposed to say thank you” he said but she just rolled her eyes and walked more quickly. He followed her, his hand in pocket.
“He didn’t say that to me” Autumn muttered sadly before going to her room.
Delaney entered her room and slammed the door loudly, Francisco went back outside but didn’t see Autumn anymore.
“She must have left,” he shrugged before going to his room. He immediately jumps on the bed and brings his new phone.
“MONSTAVE COLLEGE” He searched and started going through the info.

Noah came out of the bathroom room already in his pajamas, he picked his phone and started going.
“Where are you going?”Adelaide’s voice stopped him.
“And why are you asking?” He asked while going closer to her.
“It just seems like you are not coming back again” she said nervously.
“Of course, I am not, or were you expecting something to happen between us? Okay you also want to do what couples do?” He asked.
“That’s not why I am asking you, “ she said.
“Stop pretending, I know all your secrets, all the things you always do at the club,” he said.
“I don’t know what you are talking about,” she said in total confusion.
“I was expecting that, right now, you disgust me like seriously, I don’t even want to have anything to do with you, so just avoid me” he started and started going.
“Noah” she called and grabbed his arm.
“Don’t touch me” he snapped and snatched his arm which made her feel on her butt.
“If you want to live long, just avoid me and don’t even try to touch me, or I might just kill you” he said before walking out and slammed the door loudly behind him.
Slowly tears fell out of Adelaide’s eyes, this man she just saw was different from the one that asked for her hand in marriage and the fact that this has happened just the day they get married makes her feel afraid for what is to come. She cried till she fell asleep.
