“What are you doing?” Adelaide asked with raised eyebrows.
“It’s nothing,” he said and quickly removed his finger.
“Then why are you poking my nose?” She asked.
“I wasn’t, I was trying to wake you up, there is a bedroom there, go and sleep” he said while pointing at a door.
“I don’t actually feel like sleeping anymore” she said and stretched.
“Whatever” he said and went back to his seat. He focused on what he was doing immediately.

“You have to wise up, now they are working together” Mrs Everest said.
“What this witch is really going to spoil my chance with her” jasmine said angrily. They actually meet in front of a mall.
“That’s why I want you to do something, the girl is irritating me, the way they just like her is making me so angry” Mrs Everest said.
“I think I know what to do, I hate her too. With all the things I did, Noah still has a little trust for her,” Jasmin said.
“What did you do?” Mrs Everest asked curiously.
“I actually terminated her image and did all sorts of things , that is the main reason, he was still trying to avoid her,” Jasmin said.
“Wow you are really bad, I just know she can’t win, we will soon get her” she said and they both smiled at each other. Jasmine left and Mrs Everest was about to enter her car when a text message entered her.
She brought it out to check the message.
“How have you been darling?” The message read.
“Who are you?” She asked.
“Have forgotten me so soon Theresa” the message read and her eyes widened in shock.
“No it’s not possible” she mumbled before entering her car.

“Why did you do that?” Brielle suddenly asked, she was in the car with Dalton and they were going home.
“Do what?” Dalton asked.
“You know what I am talking about, telling the whole school about us being siblings, mum has warned us not to do that, she is going to kill me when we get home” she said fearfully, her fragile body shaking.
“Calm down Elle, I will never allow that” he said and grabbed her hand as they drove into the mansion, their mum was waiting at the door as they both came out of the car.
“What is the news I am hearing everywhere?” She asked angrily.
“I was the one that did it, I was the one that told the student,” Dalton said.
“Shut up” she snapped and faced Brielle.
“I am so sorry mum, I didn’t know he was going to say it” Brielle said and the woman slapped her.
“I have warned you for a long time, I don’t want people to know that something like you is related to me” the woman shouted loudly and charged toward her but Dalton stood in her way.
“I can’t understand all this, tell me the reason why you hate your own daughter to the extent that you don’t even want people to know she is related to you” Dalton asked, he was getting fed up with all this already.
“It is none of your business, I don’t want to see you around her in school” she said before walking away angrily.
“Sorry” Dalton said and carried Brielle who was still laying on the ground because of the slap she received.
“I don’t think she is my mother,” Brielle said tearfully.
“She will come around,” Dalton said.
“But when? I don’t really understand, this has been happening as far as I can remember and I don’t even know why she despises me so much, she is my mother, “ Brielle cried.
“Stop crying, you know I can’t tolerate your tears” he said and hugged her.
“How I wish daddy was around “ she muttered sadly.
“He will be here next week, he told me but I wanted to surprise you,” he said.
“Really “ Brielle said and cleaned her tears.
“Yeah, so stop crying, “ he said.
“You know I am not a kid right, you should stop crying me and allow me to walk by myself “ she pouted cutely.
“I will but not now” he said and carried her into the sitting room.
Dalton’s mother was watching them venomously, she rolled her eyes and went to her room.
“So what should we do tonight?” He asked as they climbed the stairs.
“Let’s watch a movie, I miss watching movies with you,” she said cutely.
“Then movie it is” he said.
“You are the best older brother in the world” she said and pecked his cheeks.

THE NEXT MORNING
The family just finished eating their breakfast and the dishes were dropped in the kitchen, as Adelaide was going out of the kitchen, she met Nicholas. He was smiling broadly.
“Do you want something?’ She asked gently.
“I heard you are now working for my brother,” he asked.
“Yeah” she said and wanted to walk past him but he suddenly grabbed her hand.
“Are you avoiding me?” He asked gently.
“No no” she said while looking down, she was actually lying because she has been avoiding him since he almost put her in trouble with Noah the other day.
“Why does it look like you are lying?” he asked and raised her head up.
“I wasn’t” she quickly said and released herself from him.
“Then let me take you to work,” he said with a smile.
“I have to follow Noah,” she said and left. She reached outside and didn’t see Noah’s car.
“I think he has left, what a husband, my car is over there if you are ready “ Nicholas smiled satisfactorily. Adelaide didn’t want to reject him because that would be rude, so she just accepted and he opened the car door for her. Noah who was just coming to take her saw her entering Nicholas’ car and frown before driving past them. Nicholas smirks at him but Adelaide was too deep in thought to notice her.
She arrives at the company and comes out of the car, she saw Noah coming out of his car and gasp before running to him.
“Not even a thank you or bye” Nicholas muttered but suddenly smiled when she remembered her cute face.
“Why did she have to marry him?” he groaned before driving away.
“It’s not what you think, I was waiting for you but you didn’t show up so I thought you had left” she said quickly.
“Did I ask you anything?” He asked before entering the company, the workers started greeting and he ignored them as always.
“I just don’t want you to be misunderstood,” she said inside the elevator.
“I don’t care” he scoffed and they entered the office.
“Morning sir” Nancy greeted while adjusting her dress which made Adelaide scoff.
“Morning,” he manages to answer.
“Sir, I have already prepared this document. It is just remaining for you to sign it,” Nancy said.
“Give it to my PA” he mutters without sparing her a glance. Adelaide snatched the paper from her with a smirk before entering the office.
“That bitch now thought she is bigger than me now, she will surely regret it” Nancy muttered while folding her fist angrily.
She went to prepare a coffee and dropped it on his desk.
What is this for?” He asked.
“It will help you with strength “she said before going to her seat.

Few Hours Later
Jasmine suddenly came into the office, she almost lost her mind when she saw them in the same office.
“What are you doing here?” Noah asked.
“Can’t I visit my boyfriend again?” she asked with a smirk and sat beside him.
“You know I am always busy, can you just go” Noah said, he was trying to talk calmly so that Adelaide’l would think something is between them.
“I am doing you a favor, you wanted to get rid of her right? Jasmine asked and touched his shoulder. He pushed her hand down gently.
“Can you get me a drink?” she suddenly asked Adelaide, who had been silent on her seat.
“What are you doing?” Noah asks her but she ignores him.
Adelaide made a hot coffee and walked closer to them, she suddenly poured the coffee on her dress, the contents entered jasmine clothes and she could feel the burns.
“Arghhhhh, what did you just do” jasmine yet.
“It was a mistake,” Adelaide said without making any move to help her.
“You have ruined my skin, see the burn” Jasmin yells while showing her arm that has changed to pink.
“sorry” Adelaide muttered and started going.
“You sl*t” Jasmin said and wanted to slap her but Noah grabbed her hand and dragged out of the company.
“You were going to hit her, who gives you that right?” He asked.
“She burns me and she doesn’t even feel bad about it, “ Jasmin yells.
“If you show up In my office again, I will tell the guards to throw you out, ” he said before returning to the office. She shattered her hair frustratedly before leaving.

They both arrived home very late because they had a lot of deals to sign. Noah went straight to the bathroom while sitting on the bed, Emily came in a few minutes later.
“Have you eaten?” Adelaide asked as they hugged each other.
“The maid prepared fried rice for me though it is not as sweet as yours” she said and Adelaide stroked her hair lovingly.
“How is work, I hope you are not too stressed?” Emily asked cutely.
“I am good” Adelaide said , the bathroom door opened and Noah came out, Adelaide quickly went into the bathroom to bathe.
“Dad, I have missed you all day” Emily pouted and he went to carry her in his arms.
“So how is school?” He asked.
“It’s fine,” she said.
“Okay, I am coming,” he said and stood up.
“Are you coming or are you going to the guest room?” Emily asked and went closer to her.
“How did you know that?” He asked in shock.
“I know everything, she is nice and is trying her best but you are acting like a jerk” Emily suddenly said.
“ I was nice to her , maybe you just misunderstood,” he said.
“If you are sure about that, then you are going to sleep on this bed tonight “ Emily said.
“That’s easy, let me just do some work, I will come back later” he said.
“No dad, you are going to sleep in my presence “ she said. He groaned before sitting at a side.
“So what next now?” He asked after settling down.
“Let wait till she comes” Emily said and they sat down in silence till Adelaide came into the room. She regretted that immediately and feel like rushing back into the bathroom. The night gown she was wearing was the one Autumn bought for her, it was so transparent that her panties were showing, she wasn’t wearing a bra either. She didn’t expect to meet Noah in the room.
“Come on, we have been waiting for you, “ Emily said cutely. She started walking closer nervously. Noah’s eyes was glue to her body, he look at the short night gown which exposes her thigh, then her pink panties that was showing, he finally look up and his eyes meet her cute little oranges, they are staring right at him, her nipples was showing and he can see everything right from where he was sitting. He swallowed a gulp of saliva and looked away but just like the other day, his eyes went back. He suddenly looked up and saw her glaring at him so he finally looked away. Adelaide settles on the other side of the bed and they lay down with Emily in the middle. They all remain silent with their eyes wide open.
“This is so boring,” Emily groaned and started singing.
“What are you doing?” Noah asked.
“I am trying to sing you guys lullabies” he said and continued her song and that really works because within ten minutes they are both asleep. She grin before coming down from the bed then she went to her room.
Noah was the first to roll, he was now on Emily’s spot. Then Adelaide rolled too and her head hit his chest. He suddenly turns and they are hugging each other. His hand suddenly move to her chest and he grab one of her b**bs.
“Br**st”he mutter and put his second hand and cup the second b**bs, he presses them softly with a smile on his face.
