Everyone was still in great shock by what Mrs.Stella did, Charles tried to sneak out of the party but was noticed by Aurora.
“Charles?”. She called and he stopped and turned to her, but he ran off quickly.
” You ungrateful girl, how could you do such a thing to my son? I love you like a daughter and all you could do was lie to my face!” She yelled angrily.
“Am sorry, please forgive me”. She sobs and her parents come over.
” Please Stella, let’s resolve this “.
” Resolve what? You are all lying b!stard, I can’t believe I fell for your lies, you made me believe you are carrying my grandchild, not knowing you were nothing but a whore, so, this is what you truly are?”. she scoffs.”I don’t want to ever see your face again, now get out!”.
“Please”.Nora sobs
” I want you all to leave this party this minute before I call the cops on you”.
“Let’s go”. her father said and they left the party in shame. The press and cameras were taking note of everything.
Mrs. Stella felt devastated as guilt overwhelmed her, her father came and took her away asking the guest to continue enjoying the party.
” This is unbelievable, how could she do a thing like that?”. Ella said.
“Nothing in this world will ever seem to amaze me “. Juliana.
” Where could Alex be?”.Aurora thought and excused herself and walked away, Nina followed her behind.
Richard was also looking for Alex as his cell phone wasn’t connecting, and then Elizabeth walked up to him.
“Have you seen Alex?”. She asked.
” No, he is nowhere to be found”.
“I guess he went home, can you give me his home address, to go check up on him”.
” He is not home, I already called, and his maid said he is not home”.
“Where could he be, am sure he is depressed right now, don’t you know where he might be? “. She asked.
” No, Alex doesn’t have a private house where he goes to whenever he is down, but I am sure he won’t do anything stupid to hurt himself”. he said.”Please excuse me”. He walks away.
“Where did you run off to, I thought this was the best moment to sympathize with you and cuddle you in my arms”. She sighed angrily.
Aurora and Nina were outside the building finding a way to reach Alex since his number wasn’t connecting.
” Do you think he might be home?”.Nina asked.
“I don’t know, but I hope he is fine and does not do anything stupid”. She panicked.
” You should go to his house and see if he is there “. Nina said.
” Sure, I will talk to you later”. She immediately stopped a cab and rushed in and the driver drove off.
“Where is Aurora going?”. Richard asked from behind and Nina turned to him.
” He is going to see if Alex is at home”.
“He is not home”.
” Huh? Where could he be?”.
“I don’t know, but I hope he is alright”. He sighed and took her hand.” Let’s go see if we can find him”.
“Where?”.
” Anywhere”. He led her to his car, and they entered and drove off.
Meanwhile, Mrs. still was crying bitterly in her room and her father was trying to calm her down.
“You have to stop crying, you will hurt yourself”. He said.
” I can’t, I can’t believe I hurt my son badly, will he ever forgive me?”.
“He is your son, he will forgive you”.
” I am so ashamed of myself, I pushed him so hard”.
“You were only deceived by that girl, none of this is your fault”.
” But I brought her here”.
“That was because you thought she was a good and responsible girl, now stop crying”. He cuddles her in his arms and pats her shoulder.
Aurora arrived at Alex’s house and she was told he was not there.
” Alex, please where are you? am dying here, please where are you?”. She sobs and then her cell phone rings and she finds the number strange. 📞”Hello?”. She picked it up and Alex’s voice came from the other end.
📞”Hello Aurora”.
📞”Alex, is that you? Where are you? Are you okay?”. She panicked.
📞”Am fine Aurora”.
📞”Oh gosh, you scared me, I was worried about you”. She sighed in relief.
📞”Where are you? Are you still at the party?”.
📞”No, I came to your house “.
📞” Are you still there?”.
📞”Yes”.
📞”Ok, just hold on, my driver will bring you to me”.
📞”Ok”.
📞”Don’t worry about me, am sorry if I made you worry”.
📞”Am fine now that I have heard your voice”. They hang up.
A few minutes later, Alex’s driver came and Aurora moved to him.
👤”Sorry for keeping you waiting, there was a little traffic on the way”. He apologizes sincerely.
“Is ok, can you take me to him now?”.She said as she entered the backseat
👤” Sure”. he zoomed off.
The driveway was about an hour and they finally got to the destination. Aurora wondered why it was a beach, they drove further and she was caught off guard to see an exclusive home far from the beach that was made of glass with light shining from every corner of the building.
“Wow!”. She exclaimed the driver stopped by the side of the house.” Is this where Alex is?”.
👤”Yes ma”.He came down and opened the door for her. immediately she came down she caught sight of Alex coming out from the building.
“Alex”. She rushed and hugged him tight and Alex caressed her body.” Thank heaven you are okay”. She sniffs and they pull away from each other.
“Am fine”. he caresses her face smiling. ” You can come tomorrow by twelve”. he said to the driver.
👤”Ok boss”. He bowed and then entered the car and zoomed off.
“Alex, where is this place?”. She asked curiously and she was caught off guard as Alex carried her in his arms.
” I will tell you all about it inside”. He said and went inside
Aurora was amazing because of the beautiful place designed with interior furniture. They got to the exclusive master bedroom and he pinned her to the wall. Before Aurora could say a word he claimed her lips and they started kissing intensely and he carried her to the bed caressing and kissing every part of her body, Aurora moaned responding passionately to his kisses. Her hands started to work wonders on his shirt, she undid his button and Alex took off his shirt. Soon enough, their clothes were scattered on the ground and they were making out passionately under the bedsheet.
Meanwhile, Richard and Nina were still driving their way around the city looking for Alex.
“We have been on the road for an hour trying to find him, even Aurora’s number is not connecting anymore, are you sure they are fine?”. Nina asked looking worried.
” Yes, I am sure of that, Alex will never do something stupid and I know Aurora found him”.
“Are you sure about that?”.
” Am sure, you don’t need to worry about anything, let me take you home, I guess you are tired”. He said and Nina sighed.

Charles was pestering around the room.
“F!ck! How did this happen? Who could have done this?”. He asked regretfully and sat down on the bed. ” I wonder how Nora is feeling about this, f!ck, am doomed”.
Meanwhile, Elizabeth was pestering in her room wondering where Alex could be.
“This is not how I planned it, I am supposed to be cuddling him in my arms right, where on earth could he be? his number is not connecting”. She grunts angrily.
Back to Alex and Aurora, both were cuddled in each other arms after their passionate lovemaking.
” Am sorry for doubting you at first”. Aurora said.
“You don’t have to, am so shocked as to why she did that”.
” Actually, I know about her and Charles”. She said and Alex stared at her confusedly.
“You do?”.
“Yes, I had my suspicions on the two of them including Nina, we decided to hire a private investigator to follow their every move, that’s how we found out they were dating”. She explained and Alex was surprised.
” Why didn’t you tell me?”.
“I didn’t have enough evidence to prove it and I thought you won’t believe me”.
” Of course, I will never have thought of that”. He sighed.
“Am sorry”. she apologize sincerely.
” Is okay, am happy the whole truth is out and I swear to God, if I lay my hands on that scumbag, am going to squeeze the life out of him”. he threaten.
“He does deserve jail for what he did, were they trying to extort money from you?”.
” I guess so, that’s why she was urging me to get married to her”. he said and sighed tiredly.
“Am happy her plan failed, you got everyone worried when you left the party”.
” I just wanted to get away from the trauma”.
“So, where is this place? Who owns it?”. She asked and Alex smiled at her.
” This is my secret hideout, I own it”.
“What? Really?”. She asked surprisedly.
” Yes, I actually bought this place years back, I haven’t been here, I was planning on bringing you here before”.
“Wow, this looks amazing and you could feel the air from the beach, I love this place”.
” I know you will love it”.
“I do”. They kissed.
” Does it stop your anger towards me?”.
“I wasn’t angry with you, I was just paying you back for leaving me hanging”.
“I was only punishing you for disobeying me”.
” That is the hardest punishment anyone could think of”.
“Fine, I apologize, but next time don’t try to bail out on me”.
” I won’t “. They smile at each other.
” I love you”.
“I love you too”. They kissed intensely
” Aurora, let’s have our marriage registration done tomorrow”. he said and Aurora wide eye in surprised and he claimed her lips. “Is that a yes”. He asked between kisses. “Please don’t say no, I want to make you my wife”. he said and Aurora was speechless.” I will wait for your answer tomorrow”. He kissed her hard and they fell into another deep and passionate lovemaking.
