The piano stopped and soon afterwards the mask guy came down from the stairs and went to meet her. He was bare chest naked and was only putting on a trouser. His pale skin he was showing was good enough to lick, his red hair was in a ponytail. He was in his late twenties.
“You are back, I thought you would stay longer.” The mask guy said, on his left arm was the tattoo of the Corpse flower, the tattoo was glowing and moving as if it was breathing.
He removed his mask and smiled at his mother.
“I couldn’t stay for another day son, you know me.” Adelena answered and dropped her empty glass cup on the dining table. “Besides, I have made a deal with the hunters.”
“I don’t trust the hunter’s mum.”
“Neither do I, but we have a common enemy.”
“Aren’t we their enemies too? Need I to remind you mum, they are hunters and we have been fighting them for ages.”
“Son, I know what I am doing, okay? Just know that I cannot be deceived,” Adelena said. “Let’s stop talking about me and talk about you, how is the business going?”
“Business is fine Mum,”
“Good, you know as the CEO of the Whitlock company, you should make an appearance sometimes.”
“I love my peace and quiet.”
“Do you want to live a quiet life forever? Go and visit the company and let the people see you.”
“I am not going to live a quiet life forever, Mum.” he answered. “The chief Operating Office (COO), who is the second in command, is running the company well. We pay him massively, it’s not like he is going to go broke if I don’t visit.”
“That’s for you, I will be going to the company tomorrow, remember, we rule this city, this is our City.”
“My focus is on Rivin City, the place where Wildwood lives. I have set my eyes on them for so long.”

Adelena opened her mouth to talk but stopped when a male vampire was seen heading towards them.
“Greetings to you my queen and to you my master.” the vampire greeted.
“What a pleasant surprise to see you here Edward. What brings you here, I didn’t send for you.” Adelena said.
“I am not here to see you my queen, I came here to see master Vlad.” he told her.
“Was it successful?”
“No, I’m afraid getting her will be tough.”
“Tough? Why do you say so?”
“It is better for you to see it yourself master Vlad,” Edward answered and placed one of his hands on the tattoo cursed flower, ignoring the pain that was beginning to spread on his body.
Vlad closed his eyes as he saw everything that happened in the hotel room.
Soon Edward removed his hand, the cut on his palm quickly closed.
“Hmm, I see. He is strong but he won’t know what hit him. Now that I know that Samira is back in Spain, getting her will be easy. You did a good Edward.”
“Thank you master Vlad.” Edward thanked and left the mansion.
“You know who Zinedine is, who his father is, I don’t want a confrontation between you both. Believe me, if I could change the hands of time, I would. He is as strong as you.”
“I’m stronger. I think I will take your advice and come out for sightseeing with you tomorrow. In fact I am thinking of collaborating with the Wildwoods. I really want the confrontation, Mum.”
“Don’t son, we have a history with them.”
“I don’t care, he has my girl and I am not letting go. I was kind enough to let her leave this country with his child. She has given him a son, it’s my turn to take back what is mine,” Vlad said, putting on his mask which concealed his smirk. “Zinedine should watch out, I will take everything he has one by one. He will be crushed.”
