“Of course, everyone has his or her own secret and I have few of Osiris’s own, so he will be the one to announce to his sons that you are coming on board, the Whitlock and the Wilderwood Company will be working together.” Adelena answered.

“This will slow whatever plan I have for Zinedine, but I will make use of it to be closer to my aim. It’s better I study him from the inside.”

“I know right. I know you will always make me proud.”

“I still can’t believe you talked to Osiris and the old fool accepted.”

“Well, since his sons didn’t accept you then their father will.”

“Very thoughtful mum, I must say.” Vlad was impressed.

Zinedine arrived at his company and made sure he had parked his car before he led his son to his office. Every worker they met always took a double look at both him and his son. When they arrived at his office, Zinedine saw some files that were left on his table and sigh.

More paperwork for him today. He sat down and went to work almost immediately knowing his son was somewhere around his office.

“Why aren’t you wearing a suit the way uncle Sebastian did?” Hiro asked out of the blue, surprising Zinedine because this was the first talk his son had spoken to him since they left the house.

“I don’t like suits, never fancy them when I was a kid and didn’t fancy them when I am older.”

“Why Dad?”

“I don’t know.” Zinedine said with a smile on his face when he heard the word ‘dad’.

“I don’t like it either, people that wear it pretend that they are serious but aren’t. While some look totally cool on them, like uncle Sebastian.” Hiro explained.

“I see, do you think a suit will fit me if I start wearing one?” Zinedine asked.

“Yes, it will.”

Zinedine titter. ” I will keep that in mind.”

Hiro didn’t say a word and was watching his father going through the files and signing on them.

“I saw how you killed that man yesterday.” Hiro uttered, making Zinedine halt in what he was doing.

“You do?” Zinedine said in surprise. It wasn’t a question. No one ever could keep up if he wanted to strike fastly.

“Yes Dad, you are fast but I was keeping up. I saw how many cuts you gave to him even though you were fast.” Hiro said. “Teach me how to do that,” he added after a while.

Zinedine stood up and went to meet him, bending down to Hiro’s height level.

“You’re still young Hiro.” Zinedine began.

“What does that have to do with my being young?” Hiro demanded.

“Nothing, what I am trying to say is that it’s in you already, you have my blood running through you, but what you are asking for might take time to manifest.”

Hiro rolled his eyes and then cut one of his fingers then from his blood he created the blood sword Zinedine had created the previous night. He made it, the sword, small.

“Here, I did it. I just want to be fast like you.” Hiro told Zinedine, whose mouth was wide open as he stood up slowly as he looked at what his son had created.

“How did you do that? I mean how were you able to summon your blood for it to obey you? You know it’s hard?”

Hiro shrugs. “Well I watched you and I saw what you did so I know it will be very easy for me to summon my blood and make it create my desired shape.” Hiro answered.

“It took me a month to learn how to do that while it took you just a night to do just that, you are surprising me son.”

“30 minutes.”

“What?”

“It took me 30 minutes to be able to summon my blood.” Hiro answered as the blood sword changed to a ball then it dispersed.

“That’s unbelievable Hiro, I’m super proud of you.”

“But what is more unbelievable Dad is that you made that third male, Ezra, disappear into thin air.”

Zinedine smiled. “I didn’t make him disappear, he is somewhere here.” he pointed at his forehead.

“Can you teach me that also?”

“Hiro, it took me close to a year to do that and you being a kid might take more than that.”

“Try me Dad, just bring it on.”
