“Oh my dear, how are you feeling?” Cassandra asked with a smile
“I’m fine, I’m doing great”
“You haven’t been stressing yourself, have you?”
“No” Annalise shook her head
“Why are you here, you should be upstairs resting”
“She just wants to escort me to the door” Zane replied and Cassandra shut him up by throwing one of her shoes at him
It missed cos he ducked right away, Annalise stood shocked, when the h’ll had she taken off her shoes?
“I… I’m just gonna get to work, see you when I get back babe, I love you” Zane said and blew her a kiss before rushing out since Cassandra was giving him a death glare
“You must have been startled, sit here while I go make breakfast” Cassandra said ushering Annalise to a seat before going to the kitchen
After few minutes, Annalise felt bored and went for the remote when she heard an ear piercing scream, she froze and turned to see Cassandra behind her
“What are you trying to do?” Cassandra asked
“Uh.. I wanted to get the tv remote” Annalise replied
“Why would you get up, smith is here to get it for you”
“Uh.. I don’t think it’s necessary mom…”
“Shh” Cassandra hushed and placed her back on the chair
“Smith the remote” Cassandra said, Smith sighed and did as he was told
“That’s exactly how you should be treated, like a queen carrying a prince”
Annalise: “……”
Smith: “she’s pregnant not a handicapped imbecile” he rolled his eyes
“You don’t have to go to the dinning, I’ll bring your food over, so you could do Netflix and chill like you youngsters these days say” Cassandra gushed and left
Annalise sighed hopelessly, though Netflix and chill sounded nice and she was hungry, having Cassandra around wasn’t so bad after all

Frenchie knocked on Gary’s office and entered, she was carrying a stack of file he had asked for
“Sir, here are the files” she said but he glanced at them and faced his laptop
“You can leave” he said but she still stood there
“Do you want anything else?” Gary asked when he noticed she hadn’t left
“Sir.. I want to apologize”
“Save it Miss Montero” he said and glared at her
“Leave, you’re distracting me” he said and she left
Gary sighed as soon as she left and went back to his work

“Com’n, it’s just a movie and besides I’m going with Layla and Frenchie” Annalise pleaded
She was having a facetime with Zane who was at home while she was at Layla’s place
“Lisa, it’s not safe” Zane said pinching the space between his brows
“But it’s not at night, I promise we’ll be back before you know it”.
