12 STEPS TO ESTABLISH A PERFECT PLAN TO ACHIEVE ANY GOAL

If you fail to design your own life, by having a good and well laid out plan, there are chances you are going to fall into someone else’s plan.

To acheive any meaningful result, you should plant well for it. If you fail to plan, that means you are planning to fail.

To achieve any goal in this life, below are the 12 steps you need to take to establish a perfect plan for the goal.

STEP 1: DETERMINE EXACTLY WHAT YOU WANT

Let’s start by idealizing it.
Just imagine that there is no limit to what you are capable of doing, achieving and becoming in the future. Imagine that you have all the time and money, all the friends and relationships, and all the knowledge and experience needed to accomplish whatever goal you have set for yourself.

What if you could just swing your wand and make everything in your life perfect in all four major areas. If all four of these things in your life were perfect, what would they be?

i) Income: How much do you want to earn this year, next year and next five years?

ii) Family: What kind of lifestyle do you want to build for yourself and for your family?

iii) Health: How would your health change if everything was perfect?

iv) Assets: How much do you want to save and save during your work?

The three-goal method: Right now, within 30 seconds, list down on paper the three most important goals in life.

Write them down quickly. The answer to this “Instant List Method” is definitely the clearest picture of what you really want in life right now.

STEP 2: WRITE THEM DOWN.

Your goals need to be written down on paper. They should be clear, specific, detailed, and measurable. Write them down as if you were ordering a factory to produce your goals early on. The description should be specific and clear in all semantic contexts.

Only about 3% of adults have written down their goals and everyone else works for them.

STEP 3: SET A DEADLINE

Your subconscious mind always sees the “deadline” as a “coercion mechanism” that subconsciously or intentionally controls you to help you meet your goals on time. If your goals are big enough, break them down into different deadlines.

If you want to be financially independent, set 10- or 20-year goals for yourself and then break them down year by year. That way, you can see how much you need to save or invest each year.

For some reason, you cannot meet your deadline, simply set a new deadline. There are no unreasonable goals, only unreasonable deadlines.

STEP 4: IDENTIFY THE OBSTACLES THAT YOU MUST OVERCOME TO REACH YOUR GOAL.

Principle of Binding: There is always a certain limiting factor or constraint that will determine the speed at which your goal will be accomplished. What does that mean for you?

Binding works according to the 80/20 rule. That is, 80% of the reasons that stand in the way of you to your goals come from within yourself. It is the lack of skill, knowledge or quality. Only 20% of the remaining causes are due to external influences. Always start with yourself.

STEP 5: IDENTIFY THE KNOWLEDGE, INFORMATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED TO ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS.

It is especially important to identify the skills that you need to develop in order to be in the top 10% in your field.

– Biggest discovery: The key skill you are weakest at will determine your income level and success. In order to improve, you should focus on solving your weak skills instead of others.

Key Question: What skill, if you develop and execute it perfectly, will have a profoundly positive impact on your life?

What skill, if you develop and execute it consistently, in a brilliant style, will best help you accomplish your most important goal? Whatever skill it is, write it down, make a plan, and develop it every day.

STEP 6: IDENTIFY THE PEOPLE WHO WILL HELP YOU AND THE PARTNERSHIPS YOU NEED TO ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS.

Now, make a list of all the people involved or will work with to achieve your life goals. Let’s start with family members, that’s the support and cooperation you’ll need. List bosses, co-workers, and subordinates. In particular, you must list the customers you need their help to sell enough goods or services to help you earn the amount of money you want.

Once you’ve identified the list of people you need help with, ask yourself, “What can I do for them?” Be a “giver” rather than a “receiver”.

To achieve great goals, you will necessarily need the help and support of many people. Just one key character appearing at a certain time or place will change your life completely. The most successful people are those who know how to build and maintain a wide range of relationships with people they can help or help them in return.

STEP 7: MAKE A LIST OF ALL THE THINGS YOU NEED TO DO TO ACHIEVE YOUR GOAL.

Combine the obstacles you may have to overcome, the knowledge and skills you need to develop, the partnerships you need to have. List anything that you think is necessary to ultimately achieve your goal.

When you come up with something new, keep adding them until the list is complete.

Once you’ve made a list of all the things you need to do to reach your goal, you’ll find that the goal is easier to achieve than you think.
“A journey of a thousand miles begins with a small step.” You can build the world’s largest wall by building small bricks.

STEP 8: TURN YOUR LIST INTO A PLAN.

You can do this by organizing the steps on your list by order and priority.

Sequence – What do you need to do before doing something else, and in what order?
Priorities – What is most important and least important?

The 80/20 rule states that 80% of your results will come from 20% of your operational efforts.
The 20/80 rule states that 20% of the time you spend on goal setting and first planning will be worth 80% of the time and effort you need to achieve your goals. Planning ahead is very important.

STEP 9: DEVELOP A PLAN.

Organize your list into a sequence of steps from the start to the completion of your goal.

When you have a specific Goal and Plan, you increase your chances of achieving your goal by 10 times, increasing by 1000%.
Plan every day, every week, and every month.
Make a monthly plan at the beginning of each month.
Plan the week the weekend before.
Plan the day the night before.

The more careful and detailed you plan, the sooner you will achieve success. Every 1 minute you spend planning will save you 10 minutes in execution. This means that you will achieve an ROI of 1000% if you take the time to plan every day, every week, and every month.

STEP 10: PICK ONE TOP AND MOST IMPORTANT TASK EACH DAY.

Prioritize your list according to the 80/20 rule.

Ask yourself, “If I could only do one thing on this list, which would be the most important?” Whatever the answer, put the number 1 next to the activity.

Then ask yourself: “If I could do one more task on this list, what would be worth the time I spent?”. And put the number 2 next to that task.

Keep asking, “What should I spend my precious time on?” As soon as you have a list of the top 7 most important tasks, arrange them in order and priority.

You can also ask, “If I could only do one thing all day long, which activity would bring the most value to my work and my goals?”

Attention and focus are the keys to success. Attention means you know exactly what you’re trying to achieve. Concentration requires that you dedicate yourself completely to doing only the things that will help bring you to your success.

STEP 11: PRACTICE THE HABIT OF SELF-DISCIPLINE.

Once you’ve identified the most important task, you need to find a way to stay focused until that task is 100% complete.

If you are able to select the most important task and dedicate yourself to it, without losing direction or distraction, your productivity and output will be doubled or tripled.

Self-discipline is one of the most powerful, effective management techniques of all time. This means that once you start working on a task, you can ignore all distractions and focus on it until it’s done. Once you get into the habit of completing every task, you will achieve double, triple, and even five times what others do.

STEP 12: PRACTICE VISUALIZING YOUR GOALS.

Paint concrete, vivid, interesting, and emotional pictures of your goals if they actually exist. Let’s pretend you’ve accomplished all of those goals and are enjoying your success

If it’s a car, imagine you’re driving it. If it’s a vacation, think about how you’re enjoying it. If you want to have a nice house, look at yourself happily living there

During the visualization process, take a few minutes to create the emotions you will likely have when you reach your goal. A mental picture accompanied by an intense emotion will have a tremendous effect on your subconscious and super subconscious (higher mind).

Visualization is perhaps the most powerful method available to help you achieve your goals faster than you think. When you combine clear goals with visualization and emotionalization, you activate your superconscious. It will help solve any problems on the way to your goal. It will activate the Law of Attraction to help you attract people, situations, ideas or resources that help you achieve your goals faster.

If you put all these 12 perfect plan steps into prectice, be rest assured thag you shall soon achive your desired goal.
