A DEAL WITH THE DEVIL : CHAPTER 211 – 220

As I washed away the grime and fear, the girls chatted softly amongst themselves. “I heard he’s been looking for someone special,” the brown haired girl said, her voice laced with curiosity. “They say he has a thing for red hair.”

I felt a shiver run down my spine. “What do you mean?” I asked, my heart racing again.

“It’s just rumors,” the dark-haired girl said, her tone reassuring. “But if that’s true, it might work in your favor. You could use it to your advantage” I frown

” Why will I listen to you girls, all I know…. You might be his lovers ”

” He is our father ” that completely shut me up

I swallowed hard, deciding not to dwell much on what they said.

Once I was finished bathing, the girls helped me dry off and wrapped me in a simple but elegant gown that hugged my figure in a way that made me feel both beautiful and vulnerable. “You look stunning,” the brown-haired girl said, her eyes sparkling with sincerity.

“Thank you,” I replied, my voice barely above a whisper.

As they finished dressing me, the dark-haired girl leaned in closer, her voice dropping to a conspiratorial whisper. “We found this,” she said, producing the knife from her pocket.

She placed it gently into my palm, curling my fingers around it. “You’ll need it. Just be careful. If you can find a moment, use it wisely.”

I stared at the knife, my heart pounding. ” He is your father” I mumble, confused as to why they gave me the knife

” We never said we love him ” she shrug “Just keep it hidden until you need it,”

I looked at both of them, feeling a surge of gratitude“Thank you,” I said, my voice thick with emotion. “I just hope you don’t go out, telling those men about this, if you do that…… I might end up killing you two”

They just chuckled, shaking their head.

the door swung open again, and the two men returned. “Time to go,” one of them said, his tone dismissive. “The boss is on his way.”

The girls stepped back, their expressions a mixture of concern “You can do this,” the dark-haired girl whispered, giving my shoulder a reassuring squeeze.

As the men approached, I tucked the knife into the folds of my dress, hiding it as best as I could.

I took a deep breath, steeling myself for what lay ahead. The reality of the situation was daunting, but I felt a renewed sense of purpose.

“Let’s go,” I said, my voice steady. I would face the boss, and I would find a way to turn this situation to my advantage.

The men led me out of the room, and the two girls exchanged a quick glance before stepping back.

As we walked down the corridor, I felt the oppressive weight of despair begin to lift. I will do everything to protect myself and my child.

When we reached the large chamber, I could feel the tension in the air. The atmosphere was thick with anticipation, and I knew the boss would be there soon. I took a deep breath, focusing on the task at hand.

The men step out, shutting the door, I quickly hide the knife under the pillow and sit gently at the edge of the bed, waiting

The door swung open, and the imposing figure of the boss stepped inside, his eyes narrowing as they fell on me. “Ah, the red-haired beauty,” he drawled, a cruel smile spreading across his face. “I see you’ve been prepared for me. Good.”
