Akira locked the door close and turned to Kaidos who suddenly pulled her into a warm, and she blinked puzzly.

“I’ve missed you”. Kaidos muttered into the hug as he sniffed.

“You speak like we were ever close”. She replied and Kaidos slowly broke the hug as he stared at her.

“Well that’s because we’re different realms. My people didn’t like, favoring you would only bring harm to you and that’s why I treated you the way I did—

“I don’t care about that. Go to the palace garden three halls away from here. It’s nice, cozy and beautiful. It’s a suitable place for a prince like you to die in.

Because you certainly won’t leave here alive”. Akira said blankly as she walked to her mirror and began taking off her earrings.

But Kaidos suddenly walked to her and hugged her from behind.

“I’ve found you. So of course I’m ready to die with you”. Kaidos resting his face on her neck and Ming only stared at their reflection through the mirror.

“You hate your life that much?”. She asked and he turned her to face him, with his palms caressing her cheeks.

“Don’t act like you don’t know I’ve had feelings for you. And I’m here to take you back, even though I don’t leave here alive I want you to leave here and have a better life. You deserve the whole world Ming—

“Akira. That’s my name”. Akira corrected and Kaidos shook his head, as he stepped more closer with both hands stroking her pretty expressionless face.

“I’ll call you whatever I want to. And right now. You’re Ming. My Ming, the only one I would ever love”. Kaidos muttered his eyes locking with hers.

Then slowly he leaned closer, his eyes now set on her pretty lips and soon he crashed his lips on hers kissing her passionately and for a minute she didn’t respond to the kiss but she felt a difference.

His Kiss was nothing like the Sun general’s, that was always rough and possessive.

This had every inch and atom of love and affection she had been missing all her life, and as a result of this even though it wasn’t her first kiss, she was ready to make it her last.

She would rather die than let any other lips aside his touch hers.

Finally began reciprocating his sweet kisses as her palms rested calmly on his firm chest, while their lips fought for dominance.

None was ready to stop even though they were becoming breathless, breaking the kiss was the last thing on their minds not till their environment helped them out.

“The General ordered for the stranger’s head!!! Break down the door!!”.

The lovers heard a loud voice say from outside and what followed was a loud thud on the door like someone or people were trying to break down the door, and the duo instantly broke the kiss with their heavy breaths fanning each other.

“Come with me Ming. I promise you, I’ll use everything I have to protect you”. Kaidos assured his hands folding hers pleadingly.

“But you have nothing now. Not even a kingdom to protect. Go away, I’m still safe but together outside this realm, we both aren’t safe”. Akira replied as she removed his hands from hers and walked to open the window for him.

“You’re wolf. So you won’t die, jumping from such a high place”. Akira said and Kaidos walked to her astonishment.

“But why can’t you with me? I went through so much trouble to arrive here, I’m not leaving without you Ming—

“But I don’t want to go. Not when my parents died here, not when I still have a sister that might die soon because of my rash actions, not when I’m no more a virgin to start all over with you and not when my wedding is tomorrow.
