Kaidos wasn’t done talking when his father scoffed as he got up with his hands behind him, he walked to his window to gaze at the shining morning sun.
“You think the Crown Prince is your real opponent? He’s Wolf less so what makes him worthy of your time?”. The Rogue King said and Kaidos only blinked puzzly.
“If he Isn’t then who Is? We all know the Second Prince is a weakling, so is the Fourth and the third, no one knows about him so—
“That’s what makes him dangerous. For years now he’s been out of sight doing only what the moon goddess knows. The enemy you know is better than the enemy you don’t. Now keep his strength aside do you know who his mate his?”. The Rogue King said and Kaidos creased his brows.
“What does a she-wolf amount to? They’re only supposed to support their male and nothing else”. Kaidos said and the Rogue King faced him.
“Alpha females are built differently. And that’s the reason why the Emperor felt more safe hosting this event because they were sure they had more chances of winning.
With their strong Alpha males of course they would win, but with their mates beside them, then the margin they’ll be winning will be very huge”. The King said and Kaidos rolled eyes before pacing around then he stopped.
“Whose representing us then? I don’t have a mate yet and I think I won’t in the future also”. Kaidos said and the King turned to him.
“If it were to be in the Alpha Kingdom, then just like their ex- Crown Prince, you would have been persecuted and been the center of hate.
But Rogues are under dogs. We don’t live by rules and we weren’t created by the moon goddess to have mates like other wolves. We mate we whomever we feel matches our taste and power.
So of course you’ll go and make our kingdom proud. Of course you’ll pick a suitable female partner but makesure she’s a rogue”. The King said sternly before walking back to his seat and Kaidos only stood staring at him.
“Is there any female over here more capable than Ming?”. Kaidos asked bluntly but no reply came from the Rogue King.
“I’ll get going then”. He muttered before walking away.
“The contest Officially starts tommorror, Loosing has never been in our blood, so make the right decision and kill who ever gets in your way! It’s a contest that finally gives us a chance to unsurp major power from those Alpha wolves.
So failure isn’t an option, if you’re faced with the worst scenario, just kill everyone present there, including yourself.
I’ll make sure you’re buried honorably”. The King said and Kaidos nodded with a dark gaze before walking out, and Ming joined him as he left his father’s court.
“Get ready, we’ll be going to the Imperial Kingdom”. Kaidos instructed as he walked.
“I’m not a Wolf—
“Shut up”. Kaidos spat before Ming could finish as they left.

“Not me thinking she had some special powers because of the golden cloud”
“Does this means her mate is weak too?”
“What if he’s powerful but he’s weak mate just implicated him”
“I think the rules are not fair, how can one powerless mate implicate the other that might be strong?”
“Well now we know they were never fit for the throne to begin with”
Many people amongst the audience gossiped as they watched the Crown Prince leave with Sky, while Mulan still sat on the ground staring after him, with bloody lips.
“Let’s leave your majesty”. Mira said to Mulan as she helped her up, but the moment Mulan got up she ran after the Crown Prince and Mira followed after her.
“Even with Plan B. As long as we’re out of the contest you might not regain your Crown Prince title your majesty”. Sky said as he and the Crown Prince walked out of the arena.
“We’re not out yet. Someone still hasn’t had the fight he’s wanted all his life”. The Crown Prince muttered with a deep voice as he finally left and Sky blinked puzzly before following him.
Caspian stood at the other side of arena, his purple eyes glaring at Ocean’s leaving figure.
“You can’t leave yet. Not till I say so, the competition is not over till I fully disgrace you in front of everyone”. Caspian muttered darkly and then he glanced at Kathara who stood beside him and she nodded to him.
