CHAPTER 41
“Wake up.. Hey wake up!” Brandon sprinkled water on her face.
Kaylee blinked and slowly opened her eyes. Her eyes widened and she quickly pulled the sheets to her body, shifting away from him.
“What did you do to me? Answer me!!” Kaylee yelled angrily.
“Huh? What you talking about?” Brandon raised a brow.
“You bstard!! You have no conscience!! Taking advantage of a drunk girl!! I hate you!!” Kaylee shouted, throwing the pillows to him.
Brandon caught one of the pillow and shot it back at her face.
“I have no idea of what you’re talking about but do you think I’ll stoop that low?” Brandon said
Kaylee furrowed her brows. What does he mean by that??
Kaylee’s eyes widened..
“Wait what’s the day of today. My period is…” Kaylee paused and embarrassment began eating her up when she realized she was in her period.
“Then.. Then why I’m I naked” Kaylee managed to mutter.
“You were the one who undress yourself” Brandon scoffed before picking his car keys.
“When you’re done hallucinating of what I don’t understand, get out of my house” Brandon said and with that he left the room for his photoshoot
Kaylee fell back on the bed with eyes closed..
“I’m never drinking alcohol again. What’s the meaning of this!! Gosh this is so embarrassing!!?”

RODRIGUEZ MANSION
Angelo and his mom could be seen in the dining room, having their breakfast. It was a Saturday so no lectures for them.
“What’s your plan for today?” Melissa asked, chewing on her food.
“Nothing big. Just have to go for some photoshoots of my next film that will be airing next week” Angelo said and drank water.
“Mom, I have a question” Angelo asked, dropping the glass of water on the table.
“Go on son”
“Mom there’s this girl…” Angelo began and Melissa was already smiling widely
Angelo sighed loudly
“Just forget it”
“C’mon son… Don’t be shy!” Melissa whined and Angelo smiled
“There’s this girl and I don’t know why but the very first day I saw her, something moved in me…
She’s just too perfect and no matter how hard I try I still end up thinking about her” Angelo said.
“My baby is growing” Melissa gushed.
“Mom c’mon…” Angelo rolled his eyes and Melissa laughed.
“Well it’s either you’re ¢razy or you’re starting to develop feelings for the girl” Melissa replied.
“I knew it… Harmony what did you do to me, are you a wtch?” Angelo thought while smiling.
“So tell me, is she cute? Is she in your department? How old is she?” Melissa asked.
“Mom…” Angelo laughed
“Good morning sir” The maid greeted and Angelo had to turn to see who the maid was greeting.
His mood immediately crumpled when the person turned out to be his father.
The once happy vibes in the room immediately changed when Daniel took his seat.
The maid served him his food and he began eating it in silence
“G.. Good morning love. You didn’t tell me you were coming back today” Melissa smiled.
“Shut up woman, I didn’t give you the permission” He snapped, without sparing her a glance.
Melissa went mute. Daniel looked up at Angelo.
“And you.. I heard you’re writing an exam on Monday, you better not fail it coz if you do, forget about your acting career.” Daniel said.
Angelo’s grip on the fork tightened as he swallowed nothing.
“Yes… Father”
“Next week, you’re going to follow me for a business meeting with some partner. It’s time you start walking in my foot steps as my lone successor” Daniel said
Angelo stood up.
“I have to go now” He muttered and with that, he left..
