Ivan bite his lower lips as he watched Tania quiet attitude.
“Hi , who is she?” Nori asked Ivan still staring at Tania and he smiled slowly.
“She is my best friend” He replied and Tania felt her eyes stung, why did that hurt?, why was she expecting to hear more?, she faked a smile and nodded at Nori.
“Yea, I am Tania” she said and Nori nodded.
“Nice to meet you Tania” she said and started eating.
“We are in the same Department, I wanted coming to you earlier at class but I was busy with something else” she said to Ivan and he nodded.
“It’s fine” he said and she bite her lower lips.
“What are you doing later tonight?” She asked and he looked up staring at her.
“What?” He muttered and Tania stared at them, it can’t be that…
“I mean are you free?, today is my friend’s birthday party, I don’t know if you could tag along with me” she said smiling and Ivan licked his lower lips side viewing Tania for her reaction but she looked normal.
“I…”
“I am satisfied, see you guys in class” Tania said standing with her backpack and tray, and she walked away.
Ivan watched as she left and balled his fist slowly on his thighs, was she hurt?, was she jealous?, yes he would have wanted that.
“I don’t think so, maybe next time” Ivan completed and she pouted sadly.
“Fine, you gave me your words right?” She asked and he nodded.
“So do you have a girlfriend?” She asked slowly and he shook his head , she breathed out in relief quickly.
“That’s a relief” Nori uttered and he tilted his neck.
“Why did you say so?”
“Because I will start getting close to you from now henceforth” Nori said and he chuckled, no matter what no one can replace the love he had for Tania in his heart.
“You are welcome” Ivan said as his eyes twinkled slowly, and he finally decided, he will make Tania come to love him, and if it doesn’t work, he will give up on her.

Tania turned off the water angrily after she was done splashing it on her face, she glared at herself from the mirror,
She chuckled immediately running her fingers into her hair frustratedly.
“Really?, go to a birthday party with you and you were smiling about it!,” she snarled angrily and tried calming herself down, yes, you shouldn’t be angry Tania, you pushed him away anyways, you don’t want him, so why should you bother?, fuck him!, she is just best friend anyways as he had said.
Tania sighed and dried her hands, she should stop overreacting, it is what she wanted anyways, for them to forget what happened so why is she angry about him and another girl.
She walked out of the restroom and made her way towards the lecture hall to go wait for what next is going to happen that day.
“Tania?” She heard her name and she turned to see Mina walking towards her and she raised her brows.
“Unni” Tania called slowly as Mina approached her.
Mina stopped before her and smiled slowly,
“Are you okay?” Mina questioned and she nodded, she actually looked pale.
“Am fine “ She replied
“Ummm…I…” Mina broke off scratching her nails together slowly, how is she going to bring herself to ask of Vince?, even if she doesn’t want anything to do with him, she is worried,
“Unni you wanted asking something “
“Ooh yea, I mean have you guys called Vince after that morning ?” Mina asked uncomfortably and Tania frowned.
“What?, why are you asking ?” Tania questioned slowly and Mina licked her lips nervously trying to find a word that wouldn’t sound suspicious.
“I..I am just worried about him as my student” Mina said boldly and Tania nodded.
“Ooh, his number is not reachable “ Tania said and Mina nodded and rubbed her ears.
“Thanks” Mina stated walked passed her with her head up, She shouldn’t show it, that she is weird, Gosh Stop worrying about him will you Mina!!!. She screamed in her head as she rushed away from Tania.
Tania watched as she left and tilted her neck slowly,
“That’s weird” she muttered and continued her journey.
