Chapter 27??????
ALEXIA POV
“Common let’s go in”He pulled my hand but I stopped him by pulling away
“What’s wrong?”He asked
“You are asking me what’s wrong? First you treat me as your friend and then you kss me and you even came to a karaoke bar because I was there and now you brought me here, Saying you want to seduce me,What’s your real goal in all this Nick,You have a girl friend yet you kss me when ever you like,What do you want from me?”I asked starring at him
“I just want to get more close to you, Is that bad?”
“I was hoping you would say that it’s because youve fallen for me but I see that am wrong, Nick I would like it if you just stay away, The more you do this,The more you confuse me Nick, So please just stop, stay with your girlfriend and leave me alone”I said and turned to leave only to be back hugged by him.
“Am not doing this to confuse you Alexia,what if I told you that I did fall for you”He said still holding unto me
“You are only saying it because I mentioned it, You can’t fall for me, To you i will only be a friend and you don’t fall for plain looking girls like me,You only fall for ones like Stella”I said and tried to pull his hands off but he held me back
“Have been blinded by beauty, I never really saw the gold I had in front of me,Not until I saw you with Dave, I got so furious and jealous each time I saw you with him and tonight when you were singing that song,it finally made me realise what you really mean to me and that is……..”
“Don’t Nick! Please don’t say it, You don’t really mean it and……”
“I love you Alexia and if you still won’t believe me,I will make sure I prove it to you, I won’t give up on you and I won’t rest until I prove it to you that I do love you”
He let go of me and a man walked out of the villa
“Please take her home,She needs to rest,Have a safe trip back home,I will see you tomorrow Alexia”He said waving me off and then he went into the villa.
I sat in the car thinking about every thing Nick just said to me
He loves me! Nick loves me,I thought as I hugged myself
I dont know if I can trust his word but what I know is that I love him and if he truly loves me,He will be willing to fight for me, I thought.
I got to the house only to find Dave there, judging by the way he is standing by the wall, He must have been waiting for long,I thought as I kept on starring at me
As soon as he noticed my return,He came to me.
“You left the bar early”He said
“I had to,Some thing happened”I replied
“I heard that you left with Nick”He said
“Yes I did leave with Nick ”
“Did he say any thing to you?”Dave asked
“He did,He told me he loves me”I said and Dave stared at me
“What did you tell him?”
“That I don’t believe him and I won’t believe any one else that tells me the same thing! All I want right now is to be on my own”I said making my point clear to him and the same thing goes for Nick, I thought as I began to walk in
I stopped when Dave suddenly back hugged me
“What are you doing?”I asked
“Showing you that am sincere with my words,I do love you and No matter what you say Alexia I won’t leave you”He said
I can’t believe this,Have always been immune to guys,They hardly ever notice me in the past,My best friend was a prove to my theory, He never notice me as some one he could love,Like wise the rest and now, Two handsome guys are after me, I thought
“You didn’t believe Nick when he confessed his feeling and am sure that you won’t believe mine too but I won’t give up until I prove to you that I love you”He said and realeased me.
He took my hand and walked me towards the door.
“Common go in and rest,See you at school tomorrow”He said and turned to leave but he came back towards me and kissed my fore head and then he was gone
For a while I stood outside,Wondering what just happened but I never imagined that they would ever be two guys fighting over me, What should I do now,I thought as I went into the house.
THE NEXT DAY
I went to school as usual, Have made up my mind to stay away from Nick and Dave
Those two guys are trouble for me and after thinking about a lot last night,Have decide to stay away from them.
I entered the school premises only to see Nick standing by his car and as soon as he saw me,He waved at me , I pretended not to see him and was moving forward when Dave stopped his bike in front of me
“Hello”He said giving me a smile, I pretended not to see him and began to walk off too
I was not watching where I was going and was stepped on a stone, I was about to fall when some one held me by the waist.
I looked up to find a stranger starring at me and a very hand some one at that
