CHAPTER 73
Liam had walked into the pool of water. May quickly hugged his neck, shivering.
” Cold!. Cold!” She giggled and Liam remained still in the water, staring into her eyes dearly.
” I don’t think this is fit for you.” He said with a menacingly hot voice.
” Don’t worry, boo. I won’t catch a cold.” She said cutely.
” The babies will catch a cold. You are pregnant, I don’t want anything to happen to them.” He said.
” Gosh, Liam. The babies will be fine. Afterall I bath with a cold shower. Why do you feel so concerned, Huh?” She asked, pinching his cheek.
” Why wouldn’t I.” He grinned and started to swim deeper into the water. The water was above their bodies now.
May slid off his body and now she was inches lower than him in the water.
She hugged her wet skin and looked around the cold, ro.mantic yard.
Everywhere was lighted up. It felt as if they were swimming in their own marine shrine.
” How did you do all this without my awareness?” She asked and looked at Liam.
He was leaning his back on the block, staring at her with a motive look on his face.
” I thought you should know what your husband is capable of doing by now.” He said and May smiled, swimming to him.
” I’m so blessed to have you by my side, boo.” She said cutely.
Liam held her cheeks and kssed her lip softly before staring at her eyes.
” You have me by your side for the rest of our lives, baby.” He said causing a red spot on May’s cheek
She swirled around in the water, splashing water on his face.
” Dmn it.” He cvrsed running his fingers into his wet hair and May giggled loudly.
” Boo?. You don’t like water?” She asked still throwing water at him.
” Stop throwing water at me.” He warned but may didn’t listen.
She swarm far away, throwing and splashing water on his face and her giggling filled the large hall they were in.
” May..
” Shut up and play with me!” She laughed and Liam tried to hold her but she swarm away quickly.
” I hate this. Just stop.” He muttered silently.
” No. No. I can’t hear you…Haha…” She laughed and continued to swim in a circle, trapping him between.
Liam fell his shoulders. What could he possibly do in this case. She was driving him insane.
” Liam. Look this way..” She said and Liam turned his face only to feel a squirt of water on his face.
He pinched his eyes close in anger. That’s it!.
” Good. You’ve done enough.” He said and swarm towards the block quickly.
He took up his wine and drank it, sulking hard on his tongue. May quickly swarm towards him.
” You don’t want to play with me any longer?” She asked but Liam ignored her, squinting his brows at nothing in particular.
She moved closer to him and tugged his arm.
” Hey Liam..Look at me. Please baby..Will you just look at me for once..Stop behaving deaf!..
Liam suddenly dropped his cup and picked up her waist immediately, half of her body away from the pool.
” I finally caught you!” He pricked and May laughed loudly.
He dropped her to sit on the block before staying inbetween her legs.
He made his hands surround her waist then he pulled her closer.
” So I finally fulfilled your request. It’s time for you to fulfill mine.” He said.
” You didn’t tell me earlier” She slurred out cutely.
” I just thought of a great request and I want you to fulfill it to me tonight.” He said and May could only stare at him.
” W..what’s the request?” She stuttered, feeling her heart skip a bit.
He grinned again and kssed her lip softly, staring so deep into her eyes. May stared at him and already guessed what he wanted.
She breathed in, preparing her mind and body for it.
” I want you to .. .” He grinned and May’s heart rocked in her chest.
” What?” Her white eyes got big and adorable as she stared at him.
” Teach me how to play, May.” He smiled and May’s face suddenly changed.
” Teach you how to play?” She gasped. She had thought he wanted to ask something else, something naughty.
” Yeah. Is my request too complicated?” He asked, biting his lower lip
” N..no..I…I…just thought you wanted to ask something else.” She said and silently heaved a sigh of relief.
” So?. Would you teach me?” He asked and her face brightened
” Playing is easy. It comes out naturally.” She said but Liam frowned.
” You don’t want to teach me how to play?. You know I’m bad at playing right?” He said and May giggled.
” Okay. Drop me down and I’ll teach you just a little trick.” She said and Liam’s smile returned back.
He dropped her into the water and May swarm far away from him.
” First of all. You need to be happy when you want to play. Remember the time at the game store, you weren’t able to get the Teddy bear because you were impatience and unhappy.”
” Yeah..” Liam said and stared at the Teddy bear leaning on the tiles. He remembered how he tried to get the stupid toy, almost breaking the machine.
” So?. Promise you’ll be happy?.” She smiled and Liam forced a smile too.
‘ I need to be happy. Smile Liam, smile’ He said inwardly.
” I will try.” He said.
She pecked him quickly.
” Catch me and peck me if you can.” She laughed and swarm away.
Liam wondered why his wife wanted him to play childish games with him. Was this a way of being sweet or ro.mantic, he couldn’t guess.
This was just too childish for him but he wanted to play along.
” Look. I’m over here.” May waved and Liam turned to stare at her.
A grin left his lip and he swarm towards her like an arrow. He caught her quickly before she could move and he pecked her lips.
He looked into her eyes.
” I caught you.” He smiled and May brought his neck closer, kssing him warmly.
He hugged her closer to himself, Enjoying her warm tongue that tasted like candy.
” I learned a lot.” He smiled and May chuckled before pulling him closer for a kss again.
