The whole building is restless, and workers could be seen running Helter skelter in and out of a particular room.

Corey and Gianna are in the room with several health surgeons who’re trying to bring them back to life as their lifeline kept getting shorter and shorter as the minutes went by.

Almost all the workers in the building are watching through the transparent glass walls, and the air is thick with suspense as they await the outcome.

The tension reduced when they were both luckily resuscitated, and they were moved to the theater at the same time, then the surgeons started preparing for surgery to mend their chests.

The fourth wall of the room suddenly shone bright light, and a screen appeared, revealing the Masked Monster.

Her black cloak is on, even the cap and mask, and her back is on the screen.

“Nazeera” one of the surgeons called.

“Proceed with the surgeries. I must not lose those two, especially my son” her modulated voice came.

“Why did you order them not to use guns? They’d have killed her if they used their weapons! You underestimated her” another surgeon said.

“I wanted a brutal death by hand” Nazeera’s voice came.

“And now what did you get in return? They’re both in critical conditions!” Another surgeon snapped.

“Start the surgery” Nazeera replied calmly.

“You think this is the end? It’s only just the beginning! You only have to reveal her real gender to the whole of Russia. Let The Bratva find out and you won’t even have to worry yourself about her. Even Madden himself won’t be able to protect her… She’ll be killed, and Madden will end up running mad totally!” Another surgeon spoke up.

“We want that!” One of the workers by the wall said.

“We want that!” Another one said.

“We want Micheal revealed!”.

“We want her revealed!”

“We want her gone!”

They began chanting in protest, their united voices renting the whole building.

“Enough!” Nazeera yelled, and silence returned to the building.

Even the fall of a pin would be heard right now.

“Start the surgery. I’ll voice out my decision after the surgery” she said.

The surgeons immediately got to work.

Madden came to the dark basement immediately he returned to the compound.

He had to get Adeline’s ankle treated at a local hospital, and to keep her gender secret from further getting spilled, he had to kidnap the nurse who treated her, and he had to change her clothes back to the male version.

Adeline is currently soundly asleep in the manor, on his bed.

It’s only getting worse, and at this rate, maybe he’d start killing everyone who finds out about her.

He’s not the Pakhan yet, and a lot of people already found out

If it blows out of proportion, then Adeline would have to live the rest of her life in hiding.

Not like that’s bad for him. At least, he’d get to spend the rest of his existence with her alone, but what about her?

How would she feel, getting stuck under a rock forever?

He adjusted the glasses on his face before smirking.

Did he just consider her? Like he’s putting another person into consideration except himself?

Oh… Madden Smirnov… You’re gone!

He needs to become The Pakhan as soon as possible…not only because of his father, but for her.

If he climbs the throne, then no one will be able to touch her even after they find out she deceived them.

And talking about his late father… The only person in this world that he has small respect for.
