? ROADSIDE ?

“Are you sure you don’t want to say Hi to Dario?” Ariel asked. Jaycee brought one of Becca’s car like he promised he would.

“I don’t think it’s necessary Ariella. Go ahead and make sure you take Dario home safety”

“Fine I will, stop acting like a worried boyfriend” Ariel said, and Jaycee smile. “Go ahead Ariella” He said ruffling her hair.

“Stop doing that” She said, arranging her short hair.

“Seriously, I think you will look more beautiful, if you grew your hair”

“I am more comfortable with short hair. I’m the queen of short hair and swag” She said, and Jaycee laughed

“I never knew you could talk like this” He said.

Ariel take in her lips and said. “I will be going now, I am sure Dario is waiting for me” She said.

“Alright,” Jaycee said, and waved at Ariel. She waved back and just when she was about to enter the car, she saw someone familiar from the other side of the road.

Her eyes widened, and her mouth almost went numb. There’s no way she could forget the face of her twin sister, who meant the whole world to her

“Are…Ariella!!!” Ariel screamed, running towards the road.

“Ariella!!” Ariel screamed, running towards the road, but just before she did that, Jaycee pulled her back.

“Ariella, why are you trying to run to the road? You almost got hit by a car” Jaycee said.

“My sister was standing over there, she was standing over there, and she was looking at me” Ariel said, trying to go to the road again, but Jaycee prevented her from doing so.

“What sister are you talking about Ariella, there’s no one there” Jaycee said.

Ariel looked at the particular spot she saw her sister, but there was no one there.

“I saw my sister Jaycee. I know what my sister look like, even if she’s dead now, I will never forget what she looked like.

I saw….I saw my sister, and… and she was looking at me” Ariel said, crying.

“Ariella” Jaycee muttered her name. He was surprised to see her crying.

“I saw my sister, Jaycee. I saw her” Ariel said, still crying, and Jaycee walked closer to her, and hugged her.

“That’s enough Ariella, stop crying” He said patting her softly. Ariel’s head were on his chest, as she cried like a child.

? FEW MINUTES LATER ?

Jaycee gave Ariel a can of soda, and Ariel sighed before accepting the drink from him. “Are you okay now?” He asked.

“Yes I am fine” Ariel answered curtly.

“You once had a sister?”

“I don’t want to talk about it” Ariel said.

“I will listen to whatever you have to say Ariella. A problem shared, is a problem have solved” Jaycee said.

“I don’t want to talk about my sister to you, Jaycee. Even if I tell you, you won’t understand.

Just because you saw me crying doesn’t mean you should interrogate my life!!” Ariel yelled at him.

“I am sorry Ariella, I was just worried about you” Jaycee said, and Ariel sighed, biting her bottom lip.

“I am sorry I raised my voice on you. The d.eath of my sister is not something I want to talk about” Ariel said.

“I understand, sorry I asked”

“It’s fine Jaycee. I guess I just miss her so much and that’s why I am hallucinating.

With how she died, there’s no way she will still be alive. I have to go now” Ariel said.

“Will you be able to drive? What if you hallucinate again, and lost control of the car?” Jaycee asked, worriedly.

“I will be fine Jaycee. Once I drop Dario in his house, I will give you a call, so you can pickup your sister’s car” Ariel said.

“Alright Ariella. Drive safely” He said. Ariel smiled lightly, and entered the car.

All through the way to the hospital, she kept thinking about her sister, and it made her really sad.

Ariel entered Dario’s ward when she arrived in the hospital, and she saw him sitting on the bed.

He was already dressed up, and he was obviously waiting for her to pick him up like she promised.
