CHAPTER 130
Aaron raised her head from his shoulder before cupping her cheek. He glanced at Lauren’s direction to find her still glaring hard at him, her hands knotted in a fist.
He chuckled before staring at the girl who was staring at him impatiently.
“Do you want to know something?” He whispered, leaning his face closer to hers.
He brushed his lips on her cheek and the girl shivered immediately, her hand clutching on his shirt.
“What? You wanna take this to a room?” She whispered, biting her lips.
“No,” Aaron laughed. He bent to her ears and then whispered…
“My girlfriend is digging holes into your body right now,”
The girl’s eyes widened and she pulled back to stare at him.
“What?”
Aaron chuckled and stood straight, he inserted his hand into his pocket and stared at Lauren’s direction but she wasn’t there anymore.
The smile wiped out off his face completely and he quickly looked around but she was nowhere to be seen.
“Goddammnit,” he cursed.
“Aaron? Who’s your girlfriend? Who?” The girl kept asking but he was already out of sight.

Aaron couldn’t stop staring around hoping to catch a glimpse of Lauren but it was futile.
“Fk,” he breathed out, ruffling his hair.
His phone rang in his hand and he checked the ID, it was Axel calling.
“Hey buddy,” he muttered after picking the call.
“Right now?” He asked.
“Okay, I’ll be there” he ended the call and took another direction, heading to their suite.

A4’S SUITE***
The whole room was as silent as a graveyard. Everyone was lost in his own thoughts after the confession from Axel.
“You mean… You’ll be gone for three years?” Aiden finally spoke, breaking the silence.
Axel nodded, his face was buried in his palms.
“Is Melanie aware of this?” Ace asked.
“No,” Axel breathed out.
“What? Are you fking kidding me? Why the hell haven’t you told her yet? You have just two weeks left and she still isn’t aware of this?!” Aaron asked, almost yelling.
“Or… Are you planning on leaving without telling her?” His eyes widened a bit.
“He wouldn’t dare,” Ace growled.
“That’s gonna break her dude, you should tell her now before it’s too late,” Aiden said.
“I don’t know how…. She’s gonna be heartbroken, I don’t want to hurt her,” Axel whispered.
“I can’t stay away from her, I’m addicted to her already. I can’t do without seeing her for a day but three years? It’s gonna kll me,” he said in a hoarse voice.
Aaron sighed before moving closer to him, he placed his arm around his shoulder.
“I know, but you’ve got to do this, it’s your future we’re talking about here.
Melanie will understand, I’m sure she wants all the best for you. You just have to tell her, and you can do it too” he muttered.
“If it’s about leaving her behind, then you’ve got us here for you. We’re going to stay by her side till you return.
We’ll make sure no dude comes across her and we’ll make sure she won’t be sad or lonely,” Aiden said.
“You’re not in this alone Axel, you have us. We’ll always do anything for you. We’ll take care of Melanie till you return.
Three years is long but we can do it…. You can do it, don’t relent Axel,” Ace said.
“I don’t know what I’d have done without you guys by my side,” Axel’s voice shook which got the guys amazed.
“Wait… Are you about to cry?” Aiden asked with widened eyes.
“He loves Melanie too much. Still can’t believe this is the same Axel that I know,” Aaron chuckled.
“Like…. He’s totally changed, but I love this side of him more” Ace grinned.
Axel only sighed. Melanie was the only thing on his mind now… How was she going to take it?

QUEEN’S VILLA, EVENING***
Paisley smiled as she chatted with a guy she met online a few days ago. He’s also a student at Monash University, but he doesn’t want to reveal his face now.
PAISLEY: Are you kidding me right now? You love me? (Sent a laughing emoji)
ANONYMOUS: Does it sound like a joke? I love you, I’ve grown to love you, Essie.
PAISLEY: We don’t even know each other, you haven’t even seen me before.
ANONYMOUS: Then shall we see tomorrow? I’ll reveal my face to you tomorrow.
Paisley’s breath hitched after reading that. He was going to reveal his face tomorrow?
Does that mean she’s going to see the guy behind her smiles tomorrow?
The one who takes all the pain Ace inflicted in her heart just by his messages, she’s going to see him tomorrow?
ANONYMOUS: You aren’t saying anything. Did I say something wrong?
PAISLEY: No. I just can’t wait to see you tomorrow, I hope you aren’t some ugly dude or an old man, I’m gonna kick your a$s away!
ANONYMOUS: (Chuckles), you’ll see for yourself tomorrow. I also can’t wait to see the damsel behind the phone, Essie.
Paisley only smiled. She was about to reply to him when she heard a knock on the door.
She glanced at her phone before dropping it on the bed. She stood and walked to the door, opening it gently.
A surprise gasp left her lips when she saw Ace standing there. She quickly regained her composure and folded her hand on her chest.
“What are you doing here?” She asked.
“Can I come in?” Ace asked.
“For what? You think I’m still that girl who’s gonna throw herself on you mere by seeing you?” She scoffed.
“I’m sorry. I know no amount of apologies will cover up for what I did but believe me, I’m truly sorry” he apologized.
“Was that the reason why you’re here? If so, you don’t have to worry cos you’ve been forgiven already,” Paisley said.
She made an attempt to close the door when Ace suddenly caught her hand.
She gave him a confused look but he shocked her with his next action. He forcefully entered her room and caged her to the wall, his eyes hovering around his.
“What are you doing?” She glared at him.
“Do you…. Do you still love me?” Ace asked in a whisper, his eyes suddenly getting misty.
“No! I already stopped loving you long ago! So, can you let me go now?”
“No please, don’t stop loving me,” he leaned closer and placed his head on her shoulder, just beside her neck.
“Don’t stop loving me, Paisley. Please…” He whispered, confusing the h’ll out of Paisley.
