– Blend the above mentioned together with pestle and mortar. Without the Lipton tea.
– Pour in a mug
– Put small water on the fire and boil, pour the hot boiling water into the mug add the Lipton and allow to stand for 3mins.
– Filter out the residue and drink..
– Drink it in the morning before meal and at night after meal..I.e twice a day until you see the desire changes…
