Garfield walked over to them
“Aren’t you going to enter? then why are you still here?
He asked again.
They both looked at Garfield as if they had seen a life saver appear before them
“Oh Assistant Boss, you’re here, please help us”
They pleaded and asked him to help them submit the documents that needed Dylan’s signature on it.
They haven’t even gone inside yet they feel the coldness emitting from inside the office
“Boss’s entire demure was so icy when he arrived and we can’t afford to offend him anyway, please help us”
They both joined their palms together in a pleading way
Garfield was an easy going person so it wasn’t difficult to relate to him.
He was also the only way person in the company to stand their boss.
Garfield deadpanned
So he was the rightful person to be used as a sacrificial lamb huh?
Well frankly, Garfield was the only one in the entire company that could go meet the Dylan now and still come out with semblance of a life.
“Alright”
Garfield agreed
“Oh Assistant Boss, you’re a good man”
“Thank you, thank you”
“You are a life saver”
They almost kowtowed to Garfield as they left
Garfield could only shake his head, with a knock on the door, he pushed it open and got in.
when he saw Dylan’s raised face looking at him, he realized why everyone seemed to act the way they acted
Garfield started thinking twice about his plan on how to make Dylan go for the trip but one thing is for sure
it wasn’t now.

RESTAURANT~
“Clara I’m telling you that Georgia have a hand in Raymond’s predicament”
Ariana said to Clara over the phone as she made her way out of the restaurant
She had a class to attend as she was in her final level of schooling in college and then she would get a job in her dad’s company.
Clara rolled her eyes at the other end
Why would Ariana disturb her shopping with Reed for goodness sake?!
“Do you have proof?
Clara asked, currently she spoke freely because Reed left for the restroom and so she waited at the lounge
Ariana bit her nails
“I do, Raymond and Georgia texted each other that same day to meet up in a restaurant and that happened not too long they met according to their arranged time”
Clara was surprised to know that Raymond and Georgia met each other
Are they still a thing?
She thought
“So?
She inquired to know the so-called plan Ariana has
“I have a screenshot of the messages and I’ll sure do make use of it to bring Georgia down but you have to help me”
Ariana said and Clara’s mouth twitched
She was about saying something when she sighted Reed walking over
“I’ll get back to you later Ari, I’m busy now”
And with that Clara hung up immediately.
“Let’s go”
Reed uttered
“Yes babe”
Clara said sweetly as she followed suit
