Ryan and Leah followed closely behind.

Mrs Donovan looked from the doctors to the operating room and back to the doctor again

The doctor sighed having already understood the unasked questions

“umm ma’am you see the situation is very tricky and despite the attempt to remove the bvllet, it was fruitless as the bvllet is stuck in a critical and tricky area in the heart, I……”

BAM!!!!

“HOW INCOMPETENT ARE YOU BUNCH OF USELESS DOCTORS!!! WHAT TRICKY? WHAT CRITICAL?!!!!! YOU ALL SHOULD HAVE YOUR CERTIFICATES CHECKED!!!!

“Ryan please stop”

“Ryan don’t”

Madam Viola and Leah rushed to where Ryan had pushed the doctor who spoke to the wall with force and still held him by his collar all choked up.

Ryan was having none of it

His brother was lying in there fighting for his life and they are here speaking gibberish!

He would kll them with his own hands if they don’t do something!

At the moment Ryan looked so not the usual Ryan

All those playfulness and cheerfulness was replaced with green veins popping out and dangerous dark eyes.

Leah’s hands were tied as she didn’t know how to calm Ryan down anymore

From the corner of her eyes, she noticed two figures rushing over and turning fully to see them, she couldn’t be more happier and tears fell the more from her round eyes

Damien and Garfield jogged up to them, shock written on their faces

Subconsciously, Leah immediately fell into Garfield’s arms and cried her eyes out as the doctor’s news sank down into her mind and brain

Garfield’s eyes widened by her actions and he quickly looked at the people around but none of them were looking because every one was too grieved to notice Leah and Garfield’s position.

Garfield hugged her and patted her back in a comforting way while his eyes was fixed on the operating room.

.”Ryan leave the doctor alone, let go”
Damien held Ryan’s hand and managed to peel it out of the doctor’s neck.

“I’ll handle it, nothing will happen to Dylan, trust me”
Damien assured the Donovan’s after Ryan must have calmed down.

Madam Viola nodded with tear stricken face

Damien turned to the rest of them
“I would want you all to go home, clustering around this place won’t be good for Dylan, please”

He added when he saw their stubborn look

“Ryan take Aunt home, Garfield take Leah home”
Damien instructed and they dispatched as they were told

Damien sighed and bracing himself, he strode into the operating room.

A day later, the Donovan’s came back to the hospital and Damien informed them that Dylan passed the first phase of operation but was in comatose and it was unknown when he was likely to wake up

“Is-is he in a ve…..”
Madam Viola wasn’t able to complete her words because she choked on her tears

Damien held her hands
“No Aunt, he isn’t in a vegetative state, he’s just in a coma be rest assured that Dylan would be fine. He is a strong man after all”

Damien assured her, more like he was assuring himself.

“Georgia? My goodness are you okay, you’re looking pale!
Leah exclaimed immediately she saw Georgia’s figure coming towards them

Georgia hugged Leah with tears in her eyes and they broke from the hug after a while.

“And what are you doing here?!

That was madam Viola

Everyone present were shocked at the hostile tone.

Georgia raised her hazed eyes to look at madam Viola who was obviously Dylan’s mom

“I…..

She opened her mouth to speak but was interrupted harshly by Madam Viola

“You have the guts to come here? To see Dylan right?? Whose fault was it that Dylan’s here in the first place?

“Mom that’s rude”
Leah frowned while Georgia kept mum

It’s my fault

it’s really my fault

Dylan is in this situation because of me

Mrs Donovan is right

Georgia thought as Dylan’s pale and unconscious state appeared in her head and she the tears flowed more freely

“I didn’t mean for this- for this to happen, I didn’t want anything to happen to him”
Georgia said with a sob

Leah held her hands while Damien and Ryan stayed silent.

Garfield stayed in a corner deep in thought

While Kreme stood quite far away from the members

Madam Viola snorted
“You didn’t mean for any of these to happen?

You have so much enemies in your life and that has finally put my son in harm’s way! Dylan in there fighting for his life…. we don’t even know when my son will open his eyes! you didn’t mean for any of these to happen?!

How can you say you love him?? or is he just your tool to gain fame and he was so so blinded in love with you!!!!

Georgia cried harder and she began to feel guilt eating her up

If she hadn’t taken Dylan to Miami then none of these would have happened

From the onset, she had been the one at fault

“Mom!! that’s enough, Georgia is having it hard too just like every one of us here is, she’s distressed can’t you see it, you said so much !!

Leah yelled

Ahhhh

Leah exclaimed when Georgia went limp , unable to keep Georgia’s weight, she called for help

Damien who was the least closest to them rushed to hold Georgia from htting the ground

“Make a ward available now!
Damien ordered the nurses around and he carried Georgia with them while Leah followed closely behind in worry

Madam Viola looked worried but switched back to her indifferent expression as if it doesn’t matter what happened to Georgia
Her son was in coma.

Kreme followed too while Garfield and Ryan stayed behind
