“Just little of this will make him fall for my scent. Jade might be the first to see his face but I’ll certainly be the one he sleeps with amongst the whole contestant”. Mina smirked to herself checking out her pretty cream transparent garment in the mirror.
Her makeup was heavy, with sharp lip tint and heavy jewelries for her adornment, then she twirled in front of the mirror smiling at her reflection.
Then with a smile she walked out of the room shutting the door locked only to come face to face with Hani who frowned.
“Where are we heading to?”. Hani asked scanning Mina’s look.
“Nowhere but to royalty”. Mina replied with a smirk before walking away her scent hitting Hani’s nose hard and Hani turned to glared at her.
“That scent’s highly seductive. Hope it’s Chief Ace and not the Emperor she’s planning to seduce with that”. Hani said before walking into the room, shutting the door.
Meanwhile Jade sat right on the floor in the kitchen eating the remains from the big metal pot with so much thrill and excitement in her head.
“I’m a way better chef than whoever cooked this. But we’re not ready for that talk yet”. Jade smiled as she continued eating to her heart content making loud noises with her spoon.
“They thought treating me badly would send me to my early grave, I’ll keep shoving my dirt into their eyes but first let me get rich first, they’ll know who they’re messing with….
“Is that the 500 laps you’re finishing up?”. A voice came from behind and Jade instantly stood to her throwing the pot to the floor and it made a very loud noise.
“That pot was very dirty. I was helping clean it up”. Jade replied confidently dusting her clothe. She was still in Emperor’s robe but not too wet like earlier.
Then she turned to face Kai who stood behind her, with a blue cloth in his arms.
“Take this. It’s the trainees uniform…
“Blue? Why blue? Will I get to where yellow like others tomorrow?”. Jade asked and Kai scoffed.
“Yellow is for improving students not the ones who hasn’t even touched a sword yet…
“But that’s cause your king refysed teaching me anything! Take this clothes back i deserve better! Give me yellow or nothing!”. Jade said looking away grumpily and Kai nodded.
“Okay i will”. Kai said and Jade smiled widely facing him.
“You’ll give me yellow?!…
“No! I’m giving you nothing, but taking the Emperor’s robe from you!”. Kai said walking to take off the robe on her but Jade shifted back.
“Are you a pervert?! I’m completely naked beneath…
“None of my business. The Emperor doesn’t want you in his robe and it’s my duty to make sure you take it off…
“What kind of duty is that?! You know I noticed you hated me right from the start but wanting to see my nube now is a big NO!”. Jade said and Kai scoffed throwing the blue dress at her.
“Just put that on and quit wasting my saliva…
“If she says no, then no! Not everyone likes the poorly desinged trainees clothes”. Asa uttered catwalking to them with her hands wrapped.
“Coming from who? A fashion god?”. Kai scoffed and Asa glared at him.
“I knew it was me you were referring to back then! Hey! You don’t know me, my father’s post in this Kingdom not a joke, so mock me again and face the consequences!!”. Asa threatened and Kai in anger turned to Jade with aim of forcefully swaping the Emperor’s robe with the one in his hands but Jade was already gone and he sighed deeply glaring at Asa.
“You’ll regret what you just said to me. Mark my words”. Kai said before storming away and Asa only rolled eyes.
“What can a mere guard possibly do”. She scoffed.

NEXT MORNING….
EMPEROR’S CHAMBER
“Once the court meeting ends. The comtest will begin”. Kai said from behind the Emperor who stood in his white silk crop robe and short, his hair packed up in a tight bun his golden pin holding it tight and neat.
“I’ll get your royal robe from your wardrobe”. Kai said as the Emperor put on his mask.
“Pick the golden fit. Today’s the test of skills and wearing a royal gown isn’t fit for it”. Emperor Damien said to Kai who nodded as he made his way to the Emperor’s wardrobe, only to be met with a huge shock.
“What in heavens name?!!!”. Kai gasped out his eyes wide opened.
“What’s the problem?”. The Emperor asked making his way toward Kai but seeing the scene he almost fell to the ground loosing his stance.
It was Jade sleeping upside down right in his wardrobe. Her legs widely opened same with her mouth as her spoon was lying helplessly beside her cheek. The huge pot she was eating from last night was right next to her, widely opened as most of the Emperor’s robes were already touching the soiled pot.
She was still in the Emperor’s robe but because of the way she slept it could fall off her body any moment.
“What the hell?! Kai take her out of there before she stains my clothes!!”. The Emperor snapped but Kai stood back.
“What if the robe she’s putting on completely falls off, my eyes…
Kai was interrupted by the book the Emperor threw at his face.
“I told you to give her the trainees clothes last night didn’t i?! It’s your cross so carry it?!”. Emperor Damien snapped and Kai took off his shoe throwing it at Jade who unconsciously caught it and put it in her mouth thinking it was food, then she changed her position her almost loosed robe already exposing half of her upper skin.
“Will you leave your eyes wide opened you pervert?!”. The Emperor snapped throwing more at Kai who tried doging some, then to save himself he instantly used his leg to close the wardrobe and then let out a huge sigh, then both he and the Emperor sat tiredly on the floor letting out deep breaths.
“I’m fed up of her. She’s supposed to have a trial with the others this morning but she…this witch is still sleeping!!”. The Emperor growled standing to his feet and Kai stood up also.
“You shouldn’t have seized her room your majesty, now you have nothing to wear cause your coothes have been stained”. Kai said and the Emperor threw him a glare.
“Like i knew she’d sneak in here without my consent and what’s her deal with my clothes anyways! It’s getting out of hand!!”. The Emperor yelled and at the process Jade yawned from inside the wardrobe.
“Why’s everywhere dark and stuffy? I’m I dead?! Without making any money?!! My life ended just like that?! No!!!…
“Will swallow your annoying voice and come our of there!”. The Emperor snapped and he could hear Jade sigh in relief with a hit from her hand the wardrobe door burst open but she refused standing up as she still laid upside down, inside staring drowsily at the Emperor Kai who took few steps backwards incase she was possessed cause the black dots in her eyes were barely visible only blank white.
“I think she’s still sleeping…
“But she just spoke right now”. The Emperor sighed in disbelief as he held his waist, then Jade flipped her lashes.
“Is it morning yet?”. She asked, drowsily.
“No! It’s midnight you witch!!”. The Emperor and Kai snapped at once and Jade flinched in fear as the sleep finally left her eyes.
