HOW TO USE FACEBOOK ALGORITHM TO YOUR OWN ADVANTAGE AND MAKE YOUR CONTENT MORE VISIBLE. Thingscouplesdo.com

? Use your *Personal Profile* as part of your funnel — You get more visibility and reach with this.

? All your content should be posted with the goal of providing value and getting high engagement

? Don’t post links in the post itself, instead, put it in the comments. Facebook doesn’t want its users to leave the platform so it’ll flag down your post and lower its visibility

? Don’t tag people in your posts — this has been proven to hurt visibility and reach

? Don’t reply right away to all the comments on your post! Wait for an hour or two before responding.

The more you respond a few at a time, the more your posts will show up on your friends’ newsfeed

? When you’ve joined a group, make sure that you’re constantly engaging with others’ posts more than you post.

? When someone asks your advice or for your help, avoid messaging them directly. Instead, answer them in the comments. This way, other people with similar questions can see and you also boost your engagement.

? Avoid adding friends from other people’s groups, posts, or from the suggested friends tab. Look for people you can find in ads and big pages
Quick, easy, and no fuss! Once you master Facebook, it’s only a matter of time until your business soars to the next level!

HOW TO USE FACEBOOK ALGORITHM TO YOUR OWN ADVANTAGE AND MAKE YOUR CONTENT MORE VISIBLE

If you’re using free Facebook traffic to grow your Business, STOP DOING THESE THREE THINGS.

1. Quit scrolling through your newsfeed without leaving engagement.

The Facebook algorithm is a two-way street. To put it another way, you get what you offer. You must engage on other people’s posts if you want engagement on your own. Comments count for the most when it comes to the algorithm. Clicking the “like” button has no effect, You must use one of the other emojis (heart, love, etc..).

when you comment on a post leave something meaningful to the content leaving a ‘’great post’’ ‘’have a great day’’ just doesn’t cut it.

2. Stop adding people to your friends and never speaking to them.

Facebook’s algorithm will tell you how many of your friends you’ve spoken to. It will restrict the scope of your posts if you haven’t spoken to the majority of your friends. Once you accept or make a new connection, you should always open a messenger conversation and establish the connection.

Adding people to your friend’s list and never engaging/conversing with them is harming you rather than helping you!

3. Stop uploading sales/pitch related content all the time.

Your profile should be like a television program. You must give people a reason to follow you by posting content that is both interesting and useful to your target market. Stop speaking through them and start speaking to them!
Since there are so many people trying to sell on Facebook, it’s your content that will set you apart. Focus on a mix of value, results, and lifestyle-related content rather than promoting your offers in every single post.

Follow the 80/20 rule whereas 80% of the content should focus on providing value and 20% of your content should be sales driven.

Organic marketing can be successful, but you must know what you’re doing and follow a set of regular procedures. It’s all about building an audience and a personal brand when you use organic methods. You need to stop thinking about it in terms of traffic numbers and start thinking about it in terms of people, psychology, and how you can serve and benefit your audience.

YOUR CONTENT WON’T GET YOU VISIBLE IF THEY ARE NOT DOING THESE THINGS

For business brands, the various content you put up on social media should, in one way or the other, achieve the following five major things:

1) Express Your Personality:

This is so important, I made it first on the list. Most people tend to be building brands their audience cannot really relate with.

The things is… your audience – they want to know you.
They are not following a perfume, they are following a perfume vendor. Let the understand and relate with you, through your content.
So, my dearest Sophia, just coming online from time to time to only post pictures of your recent oil-perfume stock, won’t get you that traffick you want. (Sorry if that’s your name. I just like ‘eet’. Hehe.)

2) Show The Value of Your Product or Service:

Use your content to show them why they should use oil perfume, dearest Sophia.

(This is beginning to sound like a letter to this mystery lady. Hope she gets it.)

But really, show them the value.

You would be surprised how many people don’t know what you think is common knowledge about your product.

So, educate us. Make it interesting. Use stories. Excite us.

3) Show That You Know What You Are Doing:

It doesn’t have to be just about oil-perfume. How you relate with your customers, is something your audience would like to know, as well.

A story about how you handled something in your business.
It doesn’t have to be long. But If it is, …why not?

Just keep us interested.

Intrigue us with your genius. Do it subtly.

4) Why They Should Get It from You:

Your offer could be a reason. How long you’ve been in business could be a reason too.

But then, if you do all the other points above well, it would give them all the reasons in the world to buy from you.

5. You may write on areas outside your business, things that are relatable to your audience.

But creatively link them back to your brand.

It makes you interesting and keeps you audience on edge for your content.

And be careful, though. Keep it relevant and make sure you avoid chaos.
