Statham enterprise….
“I told you to get Mr Statham on the phone!” Mr Orson roars.
Claudia types on her phone hurriedly, she’s got a panic look on… before turning to him.
“Calm down, Mr Orson, I just spoke with Mr Statham.. he’s on his way here!” Claudia explained to him.
He glanced at his expensive wrist watch and huffed impatiently.
“How long am I gonna wait?! Huh?! Until my company is shut down?!”
His voice is so loud, that few workers starts turning their attention to them.
They’re on the first floor, Claudia had tried to convince him to come wait for Nicklaus in his office.
But he refused… he gathered some papers in his hands and glares at them.
Claudia’s phone beeps, indicating a message just came in… she opens the message and realizes it’s a voice message.
“Mr Orson, a message from Mr Statham… ” She said.
She holds up her phone and presses the play button, Mr Orson listens to the message.
*Mr Orson, I received the information about why you’re here.. wait for me in my office or keep disturbing my workers.. and receive a law suit from us!*
Mr Orson clears his throat and look around, he sees workers looking his way… He quickly adjusts his suit and head towards the elevator.
The doors open and they step in, Claudia pushes a button and they start going up.
“I’m not scared of his law suit, I just don’t want to cause a scene!” Mr Orson said.
He dumps a file on his secretary’s hands, then shoves his hand in his pocket.
The elevator stops and the doors open, they all step out and head towards Nicklaus’s room.

Anastasia’s pov ?
We arrived at Statham enterprise in no time, Klaus hurriedly alights the taxi and heads inside.
I dip my hand in my pocket and paid the driver, leaving the change behind… Klaus didn’t let us ride on my bike.
It’s silent everywhere, all the workers are focused on their works.. there are no sides talk.. making it seem as if they’re in an examination hall.
Klaus is standing outside the elevator, waiting for the doors to open…the doors finally open and we both step in.
The elevator ride is silent as Klaus is busy typing on his phone.. a frown appear on his face.
He haven’t told me what’s happening yet.. and I haven’t asked him too.
Ding!
The doors open and we step out, Klaus takes long strides towards his office.. he shoves his phone has in his pocket.
Soon we arrived at his office, he pushes the doors open and we enter.. Claudia quickly rushed towards us, or should I say she rushed to Klaus?
“Mr Statham!” She said.
A man, who was sitting on a chair in front of Klaus’ desk gets up and turns to Klaus with a smile.
“Mr Statham, it’s good to see you!” He said and reaches out his hand for a handshake.
Klaus simply stares at his hand and didn’t take it.
“I heard you were causing a commotion in my company, Mr Orson?” Klaus asked.
The man.. whom I just knew as Mr Orson.. laughs and shakes his head.
“No, no, Mr Statham, that’s not true.. I simply demanded to see you but your assistant wouldn’t let me, so… ”
“So, you see it as an opportunity to disrupt the peace of my workers?”
Mr Orson’s mouth hangs open as he couldn’t find any words to say.. he laughs nervously.
Klaus walked past him to his chair, he sits down and reaches for something in his drawers…he brings out some files.
“Claudia, call for urgent meeting with the team now!” Klaus orders Claudia.
“Yes, Mr Statham!” She replies.
Claudia turns to me and glares at me, before heading out… I shake my head at her childishness.
“Mr Statham, why are you so calm about the situation? You’re being accused of plagiarism!” Mr Orson said.
Plagiarism? What did Klaus plagiarize?
Mr Orson is right, he looked so panicked but Klaus is very calm..he doesn’t look like something is bothering him.
I wonder what’s going on.
“Is clean first really your original product?” Mr Orson asked.
Clean first…I believe that’s Statham’s latest vacuum cleaner.
“Weither it’s my original product, you’ll know after the meeting!” Klaus replied.
Just then the door open and Claudia walks in, she glares at me again.. then turn to Klaus.
I wonder why she keeps glaring at me today… Is she accusing me of something?
“Mr Statham, they’ve gathered in the meeting room!” She reports.
Klaus nods and get up, he hands those files he’s holding to Claudia and head towards the door.
“Claudia, come with me!” He said.
Claudia?! I should be the one to go with him, I’m his assistant!
I grab his hand and he turns to me. “Am I needed in your meeting?” I asked.
He stares at me with a frown, as if he doesn’t understand my question.
“I mean, I’m your assistant and….”
“No, wait for me here!” He cuts me off.. he leans forward and ksses my forehead.
He removes his hand from my grip and head out, Mr Orson and one other man…his secretary I guess.. also followed him out.
Claudia stays behind, she smirks and raised her eyebrows at me in a taunting manner.
“You see, you are useless to him.. you’re not even fit to be his assistant!”
I didn’t reply her, I ignore her and turns towards my desk.. but she grabs my hand and stopped me.
“You wanna know why he asked for me and not you?”
She paused and wait for my reply, but I didn’t say a word.
“Because you don’t have any idea what they are gonna talk about.. there’s nothing you will contribute.. you’re totally useless to him!”
I snatched my hand from him and turns to face her with a smile on my face.
“He’ll always come back to me, I’m his match not you!” She said.
I nod.
“Yes! I’m useless to him here!” I agreed.
She smirks widely.
“But I’m very useful to his thing!”
Her smirk falters and she glares at me, now it’s my turn to smirk.. I guess I just hit a soft spot.
“I keep his bed warm everyday, which you can’t he privileged to do… I’m way closer to him than you think!” I said and head towards my desk.
“You are a shameless….”
“Hush, baby, the door is that way!” I cut her off.
She glares at me speechlessly for a few minutes, before she angrily stormed out.
Phew! I breathe in relief when she’s gone…I really don’t wanna get her fist on my face.
But she’s kinda right though, I’m useless to Klaus in terms of work!
I know nothing about his business… nothing at all.

Authoress’ pov ?
Everyone focused their attention on the board as a worker display the rough sketch of CLEAN FIRST.
Mr Orson stares at a file in front of him, his secretary shows him a particular spot and he nods.
Soon, the worker is done display the sketch, he goes back to sit on his seat.
“So, Mr Orson, we’ve shown you the sketch of CLEAN FIRST… what do you think?” Nicklaus asked.
Mr Orson pushed the file in front of him towards Nicklaus, Nicklaus picks it up and stares at it.
“It seems to be a misunderstanding!” Mr Orson said.
“Mr Orson, which company did you say accused us for plagiarizing their product?” Claudia asked as she jots down something.
“I don’t know, it’s just an anonymous email…”
“Anonymous email?!” Nicklaus growls.
He slams the file down on the table, he turns his attention to Mr Orson.
“You came to create a scene in my company because of an anonymous email?!”
“I’m really sorry about that, it’s my fault… ”
Nicklaus didn’t let him finish his words before he get up, he buttons his suit.
“Mr Orson, go back and investigate that email.. or else Statham enterprise will seize doing business with you!”
“It hasn’t gotten to that, Mr Statham, I…. ”
“Trust is very essential in business, if you trust us.. you wouldn’t have come here to question us!” Nicklaus said.
“I know, I know…. ”
“Claudia, see Mr Orson out!” He said and head out.

Claudia watch Mr Orson get into his car, before she walks to a quiet corner.
She takes out her phone, just when she’s about to dial a number…her phone starts ringing.
“Hello!” She quickly receives the call.
A laugh erupt from the other side, she winces at how loud his voice is..she moves the phone from her ear a little.
“How did you like my surprise?” He asked her.
“Surprise?”
“Yes, Mr Orson payed you guys a visit right?” He asked.
Claudia closed her eyes and inhaled deeply.
“I thought you wanted the company…but your actions makes it seem like you want it destroyed!” She said.
“No, I don’t want the company and I don’t want it destroyed.. I want our family to acquire it, it’s supposed to be ours!”
“I don’t get it, what are you doing?”
“You don’t need to get it, i just want to play with him before I take everything from him!”
“Then how is it beneficial for me?”
“We’ll talk more tonight!”
Claudia frowns.
“We’re still meeting up as planned?”
“Yes!” He hangs up.
She looks around, there’s no one in sight..then she walks towards the elevator.

Anastasia’s pov ?
Klaus comes back with a frown, he doesn’t look angry as I had expected.. he walked towards his chair and sits down.
He throws his head back and looses his necktie slightly, I got up and walk towards him.
“Everything ok?” I asked.
“Hmm” he hums in reply.
His fingers massages his head as if he’s having a headache, I walk behind him and replaced his fingers with mine.
“Thank you!” He said.
“How did your meeting go?” I asked.
He stays silent for a brief moment.
“Let’s not talk about the meeting, I wanna relax!” He said.
I nod.. I continued massaging his head, until I felt bored. As if he read my mind, he asked.
“Are you bored?”
“Yeah!” I replied.
I stopped massaging him and comes to stand in front of him, he takes my hand and pulls me on his lap.
His left a goes around my waist, his right hand traces my jawline.
“How about we do something fun?” He asked.
“Like what?” I asked back.
“How about we make lo..ve, it’s been long since I touched you!” He said.
I look around and frown at him.
“But we’re in your office, I don’t think it’s appropriate for us to…”
“It’s appropriate!” He said and crashes his lips on mine again.

“Why didn’t you pull out? Are you trying to get me pregnant?” I asked calmly.
He chuckles lightly.
“You can’t get pregnant from just this one!”
“Really?”
“Yeah!”
“That’s good then, I don’t want to get pregnant before my wedding!”
Aunt will kill me if I get pregnant before my wedding.. also I don’t want a baby yet.
“It’s not had if you get pregnant, we can just have our wedding after you give birth!”
“No! I don’t want a baby before my wedding!”
He laughs and get up, he still haven’t pulled out of me.
“Let’s go freshen up first!” He said and I nod.
Just then the door burst open and Claudia steps in, her eyes grows wide when she sees us.
Without saying any word, she rushed out… I turned to Klaus.
“Why didn’t you lock the door?”
“It’s her fault for not knocking, let’s shower together!” He said.
