CHAPTER 109B
“I’m sorry once again, I will make amends to the transactions, I will reschedule the meetings and double check the sales, I will make sure everything is back to normal” she said with trembling lips and Mrs Mantinda suddenly turned around making her PA slam into her and her PA fell, all the files flying around as Mrs Mantinda looked down on while bending a little
“If by the end of the day I don’t get my endorsement ready, I will not only fire you but I’m going to make sure you rot in jail!….got it?” Mrs Mantinda asked with a snearl and her Pa nods virgoursly
Nothing comes in between Mrs Mantinda and business, one wrong move and everything is gone!
Mrs Mantinda continued her fast walking as all the workers around ducked out of her way, her eyes were red with disgust as she constantly yells at anyone who misbehave or croses her path
“Hey!….. are tired of your job? or you want me to help you stay jobless!!!”
“I can’t see you working!….. maybe y’all are tired of pay day!…..”
“I swear on my long life, if you don’t hurry up….. I’m going to step on you with my five inches heels while I search for your replacement!”
On days like this, no one gets in Mrs Mantinda’s way unless you want to get fired ASAP, she can be brutally unhinged as she brings the building down with her voice
She walked into her office and flings her bag while answering business calls
“I promise to make sure my team and I meet up with your necessary demands, you can count on me” she said with a fake smile as she hung up and sighed loudly, digging her nails into her hair as she exhaled deeply
She’s way beyond stressed as she finally faced her seat and squinted her eyes, someone is seating on her seat….HER SEAT!
“Tell me the fastest way to get you get your sorry à ss fired” she said with both hands on her hip as she looks at her swinging swirling chair
“Are you going to stand up or you want me to do that for you?” She asked again, slowly losing her cool as she wondered who the hell had the guts to walk into her office and sit on her seat
“Is this how you’re going to welcome your son after eighteen good years….. mother?” The satanic, unapologetic, mocking voice set her heart racing in a horrific speer
Mrs Mantinda stumbled backwards as her phone fell down nosily, her eyes bulging out of it’s socket as she suddenly felt something straggling her, choking her, trying to block her breathing hole as she came face to face with her long time nemesis, a haunted past she thought she’d forgotten, a nightmare she wished would never return
“J….. Jasper?” Her voice came out feeble and hoarse, fear taking control of her entire being

“J…… Jasper?…..” Her voice came out feeble and hoarse, fear of the unknown taking complete control over her as Jasper swings from side to side, a creppy smile plastered on his face with both hands underneath his sharp chin
It’s been so long, it’s been so long that Mrs Mantinda couldn’t believe her eyes, her second child, her once little baby has grown into a Man, but not just any Man…. rather a vibrant Man who yearns for revenge and power, he’s not just here for the fun of it, she knows why he’s here, and to think that she has spent eighteen years searching every nook and cranny, turning everywhere up side down despite her husband’s refusal….at some point she accepted her dainty fate….and wished he had truly died but all that comes to an abrupt halt as his gray eyes bore holes into her
“Wh…. what are you…..” Her voice trails off fast as he picked up the momentum
“doing here?, well, here is a better question, what were you doing all those years that I was gone?” He sounded plaint, he sounded rugged, he sounded hurt….. though she still hasn’t gotten used to his large size due to the fact that she last saw him when he was still little
“What are you talking about?, You are alive?” Mrs Mantinda knew that the question sounded dumb but the shock is making her head light
“You want me dead?” He asked with a tooth smile and she slowly shakes her head as she regained her composure
“I wouldn’t have asked for anything better…” She retored and he gasped dramatically while holding his chest
“You are being unnecessary savagery mother, don’t I even get a hug, it’s been years you know” he said with a sly smile and she quickened her pace towards him but stopped right in front of her desk.
