CHAPTER 115
“Stop calling it a play date Roland!, It’s actual date, we aren’t kids that goes on play dates!” She yells and Mika finally looked at them with both hands under her chin
“Delilah I’ve told you before, I don’t like you in that sense….I see you as my junior sis and that why am close to you, stop forcing what’s not there” he sounded angry and she claps her hands mockingly
“Is this because of Mika?, You like her don’t you!?, you are in love with Mika that’s why you are pushing me away!…… stop freaking lying about me being your junior sis when you know it’s because of Mika!” She yelled angrily and he stood up, balling his fists as he stared at her with heavy glares
“Don’t bring Mika into this” he said with gritted teeth and Delilah turned her head and saw Mika staring at them with wide eyes
“Fúck you Roland!, you are just so stupid and clueless!, Mike doesn’t even care about you!, but I do and you don’t appreciate that!” She choked out and he rubs his forehead
“I didn’t ask you to care for me, I don’t like you and I never will…. deal with it and move on!” Roland yelled and Delilah gasped loudly as tears gathered her eyes, she blinks repeatedly as she nods and stormed out of the resort
Roland released a puff exhaled as he flops on the stool and Mika slowly walked towards him
“You shouldn’t have yelled at her, you shouldn’t have been harsh….. she’s just in love with you and that’s why she’s acting like this” Mika said and Roland frowned
“And I don’t love her, if I don’t become mean towards her then she’ll continue getting the wrong idea in her head…… it’s better this way” he said and Mika patted his shoulder
“Then, is it true that…. you… you… love….me?” The stuttering words left her mouth before she could stop herself and she bit her lips tightly till it bruised
Roland slowly looks at her for a breef moment before looking away, sinking his hands into his hair as he brushed it backwards in fustration and confusion radiating his features
“No…..I don’t love you, she just said that out of anger” he voiced out finally and Mika nods in understanding
“I guess that makes us even, we’re best friends anyways and it will be weird for us to have feelings for each other” she said and he smiles before standing up and walking away
“I should have known” Mika whispered silently before going back to the counter and flopping on her chair

Jayson’s Pov
Although I didn’t want to be here on my own accord but my mom was right, I shouldn’t have reacted that way towards her and now I’m the foolish one
I opened the door and it’s awfully quiet, the TV was off and there’s no sign of Jasmine anywhere, I jugged upstairs and opened her room but still nothing,
she’s not there either but her phone was laying on the bed, that means she’s either in the study room or the pool, but she hates swimming
I entered the study room and pool room but she isn’t there either, immediately I started panicking, I hurriedly head downstairs as I called the securities and no one knows where she is
“No one was here with her today” was the only information I got as I made a mental note to fire each and every single one of them, incompetent fools!
I entered the living room and immediately my senses ticked, she must be in the kitchen….. damn me for not checking in the first place, I stormed the kitchen and my eyes almost popped out of it’s socket,
my body froze and for a moment I thought the world stopped moving as i saw Jasmine, my Star….. laying unconsciously on the floor with blood dripping from her forehead.
