Sun Da’s POV
I held Seo Jun’s hands and we bowed, we walked away from the stage and went back into the waiting room.
“Oh here goes Belinda” Seo Jun smiled.
“Yeah, the winner of today’s show” Belinda replied quite confidently.
” The thing is even if you win, I already have something you desire so much but you can’t win it” Seo Jun replied.
” And what’s that?” Belinda asked as I took my seat watching the unfolding drama.
“Sun Da” Seo Jun replied and I held back smiles.
“Listen, you didn’t win Sun Da, you stole him from me!” Belinda half yelled.
” Oh no! Seems like the winner of today’s show is getting angry, I would better keep quiet now” Seo Jun replied mockingly and took her seat beside me.
“How was it? How was my singing?” She asked.
” You were incredible! You even did better than our practice” I replied.
” I know I have always been incredible” she boasted.
” Aren’t you gonna praise me? After all I taught you how to play the guitar so well” I replied.
” Praise you? Well, you did incredibly well. Your voice was so cool and in all I even think you are better than me, your courage on the stage is amazing” she replied and gave me thumbs up.
” Oh, never knew I am so great? What’s my reward?” I asked.
” Your reward?” She pondered for a while and in a second, she pecked my cheek and I blushed slightly.
“Do you like the reward?” She asked looking sideways with a shy smile.
” I love the reward” I replied and saw Belinda huff.
I never even realized that she was still in.
“Everyone, to the stage. The winner is going to be announced” the guy from the other time came in and said.
“Even if we don’t win, you don’t need to be sad. After all we had fun” I said to her and she nodded.
I held her hand which was now cold from nervousness. We got to the stage and every contestant stood in eager expectation.
“The winner for today’s show is….” The announcer stalled and I felt my breath hitch.
“The winner is…..” He stalled again and I groaned lowly.
“The winner is team G, Kim Sun Da and Choi Seo Jun” he announced and loud cheerings and applause erupted.
I broke into smiles and Seo Jun jumped on me, hugging me tightly.
“We won!!!” She screamed and I tapped her forehead lightly.
“We are in public” I stated and she jumped off me.
” Kim Sun Da and Choi Seo Jun, do you have something to say?” The announcer asked and Seo Jun shook her head negatively but I pulled her with me to the centre of the stage.
“Hello Everyone, I am Kim Sun Da and I am really delighted to have won this competition but I would love to correct a mistake in the name of my partner. Her name is Kim Seo Jun and not Choi Seo Jun” I started and murmurings arose.
” Kim? Do you mean you guys are….” The announcer drawled.
” Yes we are married” I said with a wide smile.
” We have been married for quite a while now” I added.
” Wow, that’s a wonderful and pleasant surprise” he said.
” Seo Jun” I called facing her now.
“We have had our differences and we have had a whole lot of fights. When I first met you, I just thought of you as a crazy girl but then fate was willing to make you become more to me” I started.
” I could have almost swore with my life that I would never fall in love with you” I chuckled midway.
” But then the heart is reckless, right? But still I thank it for its recklessness, because that recklessness brought you into my heart. There have been a lot of times that I wanted to scream to the whole world how much my wife had captured my heart but I was shy and cowardly and I couldn’t do it but now… I think I can do that” I said and stepped back.
” Kim Seo Jun, I love you!!!!” I screamed.
” Kim Seo Jun, if you love me too then hug me but if you do not then…..” She jumped on me hugging me tightly and cutting off my words.
“Wooow!!!!”
“OMG!!!!!!”
“Amazing!!!!!!”
Screams, yells and excited chatterings and shrieking filled the large hall.
“You don’t know how much I was waiting for you to say those words” Seo Jun mumbled against my neck.
” There! I have said it but I have not heard you say it to me” I replied and she withdrew from the hug and taking a few steps backwards, she screamed loudly:
“Kim Sun Da, I love you!!!!!!”
