“Juliet please stop we shouldn’t be doing this , I told you I have a girlfriend already , please ” Max muttered.
Tears gathered in Juliet’s eyes blurring her vision , she sniffed sadly as she stared deeply into his eyes.
” Why would you choose her over me ? Is she prettier than me ? Don’t you dare lie to me Max ” She said.
Max inhaled than exhale before answering her question.
“Yes Juliet she is prettier than you ” Max answered honestly and Juliet laughed out painful , tears rolled down her face as she laughed out in pain.
“Well is she smarter than me ? Sexy than me ? Richer than me ? Hot than m…..”
“Juliet please stop no matter what you say I will always choose Pearl ” Max Said.
“Max please give me a chance please , did you chose her over me cause I had always maltreated you and boss you around ? If it because of that then I promise to change no.. infact I will make you the CEO of my company , at least think about my cute daughter Luxury , haven’t you ever thought of being her daddy ? Max I really …..”
“JULIET!!! Are you insane ?! ” Max yelled.
“Yes , yes I am insanely in love with you so accept me , I will do anything to make you happy , didn’t you ever thought of why Shane was suddenly transferred to our other Branch that is in USA ? I did it cause I find out that stupid gay had been sexual harassing you I had always cared about you ” she said and he sighed.
He didn’t really thought much of Shane getting transferred he just assumed the lord answered his prayers and took Shane out of his life.
” I appreciate you did that for me but we still can’t be together I love only one woman and that is Pearl ”
Juliet gulped down sadly and slowly got off Max’s laps.
“Get down ” She said coldly.
“I will drive you home ” Max offered , she opened the car door and stepped out.
“I sobered up a little I can Manage on my own ” She said and slammed the car door then she got into the driver’s seat.
Max also pushed the car door opened and stepped down.
The minute he closed the door , she zoomed off .
Max sighed as he watched her car slowly disappear form his sight.

Max input the passcode on the door and it made a beep sound , he pushed it open and walked in.
He frowned a little when the sweet scent of Tteokbokki , a Korean dish hit his nose.
“I wonder who is cooking Tteokbokki ” He muttered then, took off his shoes by the door step and wore his slippers.
He walked into the living room only to be giving a fast surprise hug, he smiled then hugged the small figure in his arms.
“What took you so long I had been waiting ? Why are you home so late ? ” Pearl asked and pouted her lips.
“Sorry , work was really hectic today ” Max muttered.
Pearl removed her head from his chest and looked up at him , since he was much taller than she is.
Pearl didn’t fall to notice the exhaustion and a hint of sadness on Max face.
“Max did something happened at work today ? ” Pearl asked worriedly.
“Not at all ” Max Said and She placed her hands on his face.
“You look really tired , you should rest more often ” She mumbled while rubbing his face.
“I will momma , you dyed your hair ? ” Max asked.
“Yh I thought of dyeing it white , what do you think about it ? ” Pearl asked happily.
” It beautiful My pearl ” Max Said and Bent down then kissed her shortly on the lips.
“Mm that was too short I barely tasted your lips ” Pearl said and pouted her lips.
“Wow my Little pearl is getting Naughty ” Max Said and pinched her cheeks.
“Don’t call me little Pearl , now kiss me! ” Pearl ordered and pouted her lips to him.
“Cutie pie ” He muttered and picked her up , she wrapped her hands around his neck and her legs around his waist.
“What are you doing ? Mr Max I asked for a kiss ”
“I know momma , but I wanna make you feel butterfly when I kiss you ” Max Said and she blushed.
“I am not ready for that , I heard it always painful I don’t want to go through that yet ” Pearl said and Max chuckled.
“Wow you have really become more naughtier , I don’t want us to do that either , let do that on our wedding night ” Max said and Pearl’s lips part opened.
“Wedding night ?… Do you plan to make a family with me ? You wanna marry me ? ” She asked excitedly.
“Of course yes , do you think I am fooling around with you ? ”
“My Max is so romantic , you are the best boyfriend ever! ” She said and slammed her lips on his.
Max lips formed a smile on her lips before he started to kiss her back both shared the most passionate kiss they had ever had.

“what do you mean by there is no one there ? A little girl is standing right next to me she is wearing a white dress with a Sandal , can’t you see her ? ” Sofina asked pointing at Lily.
Lily was already playing with her hands nervously , how was she going to explain to Sofina that she is dead and that she is a Ghost ??
“No I can’t cause there is no one there ” Echo answered.
Sofina look at Lily who also looked back at her sadly.
Without knowing what to do or say , Sofina ran away in fear and confusion , Echo remained standing looking at her confusedly.
“That was weird is this the way earth people behave ? ” Echo asked no one in particular than shook her head.
She head back to her quarter and Lily followed behind her.
Sofina shut the door and leaned on it , breathing heavily, she ran all the way to Hardin room.
As her heart was racing fast her mind trailed back to what the lady she met said , she was hundred percent sure that Lily was real she even hugged her and pat her hair so what the lady met by there is nobody next to her.
“Goodness I feel like my head is gonna explode ” She muttered and Sighed out , rubbing her forehead.
She walked towards the bed , climb onto it , sat next to Hardin, she took His hand and hold it.
“When are you going to wake up ? I miss you Alot ” She muttered and kissed his forehead.
A tear slipped out of her eyes and landed on Hardin’s pale face.

“Come on , open your mouth ” Emory said to Oliver who was looking at her with a smile on his face.
Oliver woke up Days ago and was healing slowly , Emory had been by his side taking care of him.
“You are beautiful ” Oliver blurted out and Emory’s cheeks heated up.
She dropped the spoon of porridge and touched her cheek with her right hand.
“Why would you say that ? ” She muttered , blushing more hard than before.
” it the Truth ”
“Are you flirting with me Oliver ? Seriously you will never change ” Emory said and shook her head then placed the flask of porridge on the table.
She picked up the bottle water next to her , opened the cap and started drinking from it.
“Emory will you be my girlfriend ? ” Oliver asked out of the blue.
Emory who was still drinking water , choked on it.
“Cough… Cough ” She coughed out violently.
“Stop being playful ” She muttered and took out her handkerchief from her purse then wiped her mouth with it.
“I am not , I am serious Emory , I like you I really do ” Oliver said and she sighed.
“Oliver I am sorry but I don’t want to have anything to do with you , we can never work neither as friends or as lovers… We are incomparable I am a poor lowlife girl while you are a guy from a wealthy home , I don’t want people to see me as a golddigger ” Emory mumbled , playing with her finger nails as she spoke.
Oliver took her hands and held it in his.
“Let people say whatever they want , I don’t mind ”
Emory removed her hands from his hand get up.
“Of course you don’t care , it is I who people will talk about and point fingers at , calling me all sort of names , I hate those kind of attention it best we stay away from each other please stop coming to work in my mom’s restaurant , Goodbye ” Emory said and stepped out of the ward.
She bumped into Mrs Tatiana on her way out , Emory bowed to her as a sign of respect before run away with tears in her eyes.
Mrs Tatiana frowned more when she stepped into the ward and met her son crying also.
“What is going on ? Did they get into a fight ? ” She thought inwardly as she walked closer to Oliver.
She sat on the stool next to him and placed her hand on Oliver’s shoulder.
“Oliver what is it ? Did you guys got into a fight ? ”
“Mom I really love her but she doesn’t feels the same way for me , I had always love her but she never felt the same , I mean nothing to her no matter what I do ” Oliver broke down in tears.
“Come here , my poor baby boy ” Mrs Tatiana said and hugged her son.
Oliver wrapped his hands around her and rested his head on her chest.
“I don’t think so my dear , I think she likes you but doesn’t want to admit to it , I bumped into her outside and I saw tears in her eyes ”
Oliver broke the hug , looking at his mom hopefully.
“Really ? ”
“Yes , she just needs to realize it don’t just give up on her , I never gave up on your dad now look we are both married and will have you ” Mrs Tatiana said and smiled.
“You wooed dad ? ” Oliver asked looking surprised , how did his mom wooed his dad ?!
“Yes! Do you think your dad wooed me ? He is always timid around me he is still like that even though we are both married now , I had to go through hell before he confessed his feelings for me I even moved into his house and started working as a maid in his parents house ” Mrs Tatiana said and burst into laughter.
“Mom you did all that ? Weren’t you embarrassed ? ” Oliver asked , he was still very shocked by what he was hearing.
“There is nothing to be embarrassed about , I loved your dad and I wanted to make him mine at all cost so I never gave up , if you truly love Emory don’t give up on her ” Mrs Tatiana said and Oliver smiled.
His mom was right , he is going to make Emory his no matter what it takes.

Sofina was sleeping peacefully , she seemed to be having a good dream infact she was smiling in her sleep.
“Stop it ” She muttered out and push the person who was interrupting her sleep, the unknown person was kissing her lips.
“I thought you said you missed me ” Sofina’s sleepy eyes flung open the moment she heard that voice that she had been longing to hear now for days.
“Ha..drin ” Her voice came out low and cracked.
Tears of joy started pouring out of her eyes as she stared at him love pouring out of her eyes.
“You missed me that much huh ? ” Hardin asked and cleaned her tears with his thumb.
“No I don’t ” She lied and blinked her eyes when the tears started blurring her vision .
” You are still lying butterfly , I can feel you missed me ” Hardin muttered and stroke her hair.
“I am not I didn’t miss you one bit ” Sofina lied and sniffed.
“If you say so ” Hardin said and gave out a weak smile.
“Don’t you ever dare scare me like that , okay ? ” Sofina muttered and pulled him into a hug.
“Why ? Are you afraid to lose me ? ” Hardin asked and she broke the hug then cupped his face .
“Yes of course , who else is going to eat my bad food when I cook ? ”
“It not bad , it terrible ” Hardin said and she glared at him.
“Just kidding…just kidding ” Hardin muttered and claimed her lips.
Sofina eyes closed slowly and went around his neck.
How badly she missed his kisses , hugs and touch!! She missed him!! She f***king missed him!!!!!!
She kissed him back with the same energy he used to kiss her , The sun from the windows shone on the two couples who were kissing each other like they were all that mattered.

“Do you like the outfit I picked for you ? ” Pearl asked , smiling happily as she helped Max wore his tie around his neck .
She slept with Max Last night and decided to pick his outfit for work.
“I love it , you have a high sense for fashion ” Max Said and stroked her white hair.
He was now obsessed with her new hair colour , he just likes how well it fits her.
“Then I should dress you up often ” Pearl said and let go off His tie.
“Sure momma ” Max Said and pecked her on the lips.
“I should get going now , we will see later ” Max said and picked up his briefcase.
“Bye , love you ” Pearl said and blew him a kiss.
“Love you more!!! ” Max shouted on his way out.
“He is so adorable ” Pearl gushed out happily.
She stopped smiling when she felt a vibration in her pocket , she took out her phone only to see an unknown number calling her.

I have something really important to tell you come to the cafe that is opposite your boyfriend’s house , I will be waiting for you , it really important so come over _ unknown
After saying that the unknown person hang up .
Pearl frowned, looking really confused and afraid but most of all she was afraid , the unknown person even knows she was at Max house.
Is the person a stalker ?!
Pearl was thinking of ignoring the person Incase it was just an obsessed stalker but the unknown person sent her a picture of Max entering a taxi to work.

Seeing the message pearl started to painc she rushed into Max room she was just putting on a singlet and a bum short , she took one of Max large hoodie and wore it then she rushed out of the apartment.
The cafe wasn’t far form the apartment so she got there in a jiffy.
She was surprised to see just a woman in the cafe , waiters and waitress working around.
She frowned wondering why it was just the woman who had her back facing her in the cafe.
“Did she rent the whole cafe ? ” Pearl thought inwardly as she walked towards her.
Pearl gasped a little when she saw the woman’s face , Max boss?! Why was Max boss threatening her ? What is going on?!
“I know you are surprised to see me but don’t be alarmed I am not here to harm you ” Juliet said and gave Pearl a small smile.
Pearl hesitated pulled out a seat and sat Infront Juliet.
“Why would you send me those kind of messages just because you want to met me do you know how scared I was ?! ”
Pearl was trying so hard not snap at the lady Infront of her but she was too upset.
“Like I said before I am not here to cause you harm and I apologized for getting you all worked up ”
A waiter walked up to them with a small book and a pen.
“What would you like to order ma ? ” He asked.
“Water ” Pearl said .
“Is that all ma ? ” He asked.
“Yh ” Pearl replied and he bowed before leaving.
“I called you here cause I have something really important to tell you , you see , pearl me and Max are dating and we are Madly in love with each other , My Max is a really gentle guy and he couldn’t bare to see you suffer so he is dating you out of pity I am his true love ” Juliet lied with a poker face.
Pearl chuckled finding what Juliet said funny.
“Miss Juliet I know Max and he is not that kind of guy , I can clearly see that you are trying to wreck our relationship , I will be really happy if you respect yourself if you have no evidence ” Pearl said and forced out a smile.
She stood up and was planning to walk out on Juliet.
Juliet put her hands into her bag and brought out couples of pictures she then fling them on Pearl’s face.
“Is that enough evidence ? ” Juliet asked with a Arrogant smirk.
Pearl pick up one of the pictures , her heart shattered into thousands of pieces when she saw the picture.
Max and Juliet were kissing each other passionately in a car as Juliet Undo his buttons.
“Just so you know that was last night we had a steamy time together ” Juliet said and Pearl fell on the chair with her butt.
Her hands were shaking and her heart was beating fast.
She kept trying to convince herself that it was not true , that it was all fake but There was Max kissing Juliet in the picture.
“No this can’t be ” She muttered as tears rolled down her face.
The waiter from earlier came back with the water.
“This is your wa….”
The waiter couldn’t finish his sentence cause Pearl knocked the glass of water away from his hands.
In the process a piece of the glass pierce into her hand it cut her hand deeply, her hand started bleeding instantly…….
