“Richard is so persistent” I ranted as we got inside
“But he seems to like you” boss retorted with a serious face
“I pray he gets over me cos I don’t like him, I’m grateful he helped me once but I don’t feel anything for him” I replied and he smiled
“Well, he’s rich, handsome, cool, he’s every lady’s crush”
“Every lady’s crush but not mine, I only like him as a friend” I replied seriously and he drew my hair playfully
“Steve is opening his hospital next week and he’ll be throwing a party”
“Whoa, cool, I can’t wait to congratulate him”I replied, realizing he’s still holding my hand since, I carefully took my hand away and went into my room, I let out a fresh heavy breath on getting to my room, why am I palpitating, my heart is racing, I had to hold on to my chest cos I thought it’ll fall off any moment, cold sweat covered my face and I had to use the hanky to clean it…..g©sh

I even held unto her hand that long without knowing, she’s more like a friend than a maid right now
I smiled to myself and went to the kitchen to prepare dinner, she later came out and we ate together though it’s my idea
We sat in the living room and watched a movie, everything was going well until a kissing scene popped up
I looked at Elle and our eyes met
“I’m…. I’ll..be in my room” she stammered and rushed in, I smiled and went to my room too
I just wish there’s no night so I could get to talk to her, I picked my phone and checked WeChat,
I’m not a fan of social media but Elvira opened the WeChat account for me lately and insisted I use it, it’s been ages since I logged in, I decided to check if I’ll get Elle, what could she use as her username?
I tried Hellen Roger but couldn’t find her, I tried Elle Roger but couldn’t find it too, I tried Elle and I saw the list of Elle’s, I searched for her and luckily I found her, she used a cute picture of her and her username is Elle Krystal, so she also bears Krystal?, I added her and waited for almost twenty minutes, she eventually came online and accepted my friend request, I sent her a message
? Not asleep yet?
I was expecting the Answer for complete five minutes
? Boss!, You chat on WeChat too?, How did you find my username?, I never knew you have an account here
I quickly replied
? Yes, but it’s been a while since I logged in, about how I found out your username, well, you’re just one of the Elle’s, you haven’t answered my question
? Oh I’m sorry, yes, I’m not feeling sleepy at all

She logged out immediately and I did too,it was nice chatting with her and I slept off in no time

I woke up the next morning feeling refreshed, it was nice chatting with boss yesterday and how he found me among the numerous Elle’s on WeChat is amazing
I made his coffee and took it to his room, he’s not there so I dropped it on his table, maybe he’s somewhere in the compound, I went back to my room
I took my bath and brushed my teeth and put on something comfortable after braiding my hair into the usual two, falling on my chest, then I went downstairs to see him setting the table
“Boss, you cooked breakfast already?”
“Yes, let’s eat, good morning”
“Good morning boss”
“Please boss, can you please allow me to cook for you even once?’
“When the time comes Krystal, but now I’m still bracing myself up”
“Oh , ok” I said and sat as we started eating, it’s garnished noodles and he kept giving me glances as we ate, at a time, our eyes met and I just smiled, he did the same thing…
Then someone came in, it’s Elvira
“Whoa, pinky!” She exclaimed
“Elvira, it’s been a while, you only came once last week” I said as I hugged her
“I’m sorry pinky, it’s my tight schedule”
“So you don’t see me” boss said
“Are you jealous?” She asked and we all laughed
“Cupcake, I’m going to the spa, since it’s Saturday, you both could follow me”
“Elvira, why in the world did you have numerous maids if you can’t take them anywhere” boss complained
“They’re boring, I can’t take that risk, I’ll just die of boredom” she answered and I sighed
“You’re in, right pinky?” She asked, refferring to me and I nodded
“Well, let’s go” boss said and Elvira smiled
“Now that’s my cupcake” she said as boss went upstairs to change
We got to the spa, most popular one in this place at that
“Hey Abbi, I want you to make this pinky the most beautiful babe in the world” she said to one of the attendants
“Elvira, I thought you’re the one who came for it” boss asked
“No, I did mine yesterday and I brought Elle for hers today, I just used myself as an excuse, please follow her” she replied and handed me over to the attendant
“The hair, the face, manicure, pedicure, waxing, everything should be done perfectly, no mistake” Elvira said as I was took in
We got to a private room where three others are waiting and they started the work, they waxed my body first and it’s a bit hard,…g©sh, my fingernails were manicured and my toe nails were pedicured, my face was treated and my hair, I never knew the colour will change today, it was dyed to colour orange
My clothes was changed to a free white gown
“Look in the mirror ma’am” one of the attendants said
I did and I couldn’t hide my surprise
“I’m beautiful” I wishpered to myself, wondering weather this is me or another person,the orange hair perfectly fitted me and my face glowed

“So what about your darn fiancee?” I asked Stanley while waiting for Elle
“She’s not my fiancee” he shot back
“But she has your ring” I said
“I’ll take that from her pretty soon” he replied
“Well, be fast about that cos I’ve always known you can’t marry that spoilt mango” I said and he smiled
“So you know that name too” he said and we both laughed
“I’m done” someone said as we both looked that way and saw Elle
Wow!, If I were a guy, I’d fall helplessly, the maids did a good job, she’s beautiful before but now, her beauty glowed like the sun….I looked at Stan and saw the surprised and bewildered look on his face…he seemed short for words as he stared…
This is surely working the way I planned
