When it was time for the ceremony to begin, Lord Rodriguez requested for a dance with Anna.
She bowed in courtesy, then took hold of his hand as they walked to the center of the hall.
Enya watched, her mood drastically changed. He danced with Anna for what took like minutes.
Not only dancing with her made Enya frown, they seem to be having a nice chat.
When he had finished dancing with Anna to his satisfaction, they again bowed in courtesy as they departed.
He approached Enya, stretching his hand out. She waved off the frown with a smile, as he took her for a dance.
King Neheb with his wife, Lady Moreen and Anna stared happily as the two danced with each other.
” They’re gonna make a good couple, you know.” Anna said, her eyes still on them.
” I know. ” Replied the mother. ” I can’t wait to see them finally together. ”
” You know, when you two were dancing, I almost thought you were couples. Then until I found out that you weren’t Enya. ”
” Mother. ” She threw her a hard gaze.
” Sorry, I was only thinking the best of you. ”
” Thank you so much for having a nice thought about me but, I don’t think I am interested in Lord Rodriguez like sister. ”
” What if it turns out that you are the one he chooses? ”
” Don’t let Enya hear that. ”
” She’s definitely not going to hear this because it’s just the two of us here. ”

” You look beautiful tonight. ” He complimented. The cello was slow enough creating a comfortable atmosphere for everyone.
Especially for the two of them.
” Thanks.” She blushed. ” And you look handsomely gorgeous tonight.”
He smirked. ” No one has ever told me that since the ball started. Thank you. ”
Not just staring at his face made her melt down for him, his voice too cause a great effect and her busy brain has been trying to…
Dmn… He’s ki.lling her.
” I have heard a lot about your relationship with my father, how did it came to be? ” She asked.
” I knew your father from my father. ” He answered, ” They were best if friends, then I was still in my youth age.”
” I can see. The friendship is a strong one. ”
” At first, my relationship with your father was a business one, it wasn’t meant to be mutual. But then, we shared a lot in common and having just a business relationship wasn’t worth it. ”
What brought you two closer the more?”
” My kingdom wasn’t stable then, so I needed someone on the ship to Europe in my place. I didn’t know what to do, I doubted I’d find help not until your father decided to help me.
The business was done successfully, all thanks to him. Then I discovered, he was worth more than just the normal business relationship. No wonder why my father never left him for anything. ”
Enya smiled.
He held her right hand, spined her around, then held her waist again. ” I heard he has daughters. I’ll admit, you and your sister are the finest I have ever meet. ”
She smiled again. ” Thank you, Your Highness. ”
He spined her round again, and when he held her waist again, she gasped in a whisper. There eyes fixed to each other, and it felt like eternity.
Deep inside her heart, she whispered. “ If I do not have you to myself, I will have no other man beside you. ”

The ceremony was still going on, he asked her out for a walk. The left the hall, walking alone in the silent night.
They had discussed a lot of things concerning the royalty life and the outside life.
This has always been Enya’s dream, to spend a moment with him… Alone.
Everything she seem to be having them gradually to herself, and there’s only one thing left for her before she finally have them all to herself…
