Selena started laughing and Teagan followed suit. They both laughed as some who just came from a mental hospital. They both ceased to laugh at the same time as if they planned it in their heads though.
“Stupid child, do you know who I am? Who you really want to mess with? You don’t want to roll in the mud, believe me, it will blind you.” Selena warned with her eyes narrowed, all serious.
“You see low brain, talking to Moses spirit while being tied is easy peasy for me, really, but I know you know that you are not the one pulling the strings. So tell me Selena, who is the Witch pulling the strings for you?”
Selena chuckled and crossed her arms and resting them across her chest. “I don’t know what you are talking about.”
Teagan chuckled and crossed her arms, mimicking Selena. “I believe you do.”
“Let’s stop beating around the bush,” Selena said. “I do my own shit myself with no one else’s help and I have no witch.” she added.
“Lies, you are not that strong and I don’t sense any power coming from you at all so rather you are the one still beating around the bush or should I also say that you are buying your witch time.” Eleanor said, while Teagan nodded her head in support.
“Time to do what?” Vlad asked Teagan.
“I don’t know but she knows, so Selena here knows the answer to my question, right?” Teagan gestures with her head towards Selena. “Her witch is so powerful.” She added and looked at Eleanor. “I would hide if I were you, because you are no match.”
Eleanor rolled her eyes at what Teagan had said.
Selena laughed out loud. “This is all funny because I was not expecting this today. I could have prepared myself if I had known this would happen. Also like I said, I do my own shit myself without anyone’s help.” she uttered.
“I don’t understand what is going on.” Leander said. “Mum, do you care to explain at least to me?”
“There is nothing to explain son, this girl here wants to tell lies. It seems that is the plan of Zinedine and his so-called Mate.”
“Hey! Don’t ever call me that. I have a name.” Samira warned.
“Whatever.” Selena grunt.
“I will tell you what’s going on,” Samira said, facing Leander. “Let me start from the beginning.”
“Good, because I don’t understand what is going on anymore.” Sebastian said.
“I grew up in this pack and I left, back then your father and that stupid Alpha friend of his normally comes to visit the pack house so along the line I left the pack.
The day I left the pack my path crossed Moses and he gave me shelter but the next morning my dear Adelena paid him a visit and gave him a task and left and it was only then that I got to know what kind of job he was into.”
“What was he into?” Leander demanded, having this feeling of knowing what this said ‘Moses’ was doing but was waiting for Samira to answer so that he could be sure his guts was right.
“He is an assassin and my mentor.” Samira answered.
“Your what?” Sebastian asked this time around.
“My mentor, well, Adelena came to meet Moses to tell him to kill her sister for her.” Samira finally revealed.
“So you are the girl who I met that day, I should have killed you when I had the chance then all these wouldn’t have happened.” Adelena said not knowing the words she spoke had implicated her.
“She just admitted it, which means my friend here is right.” Samira announced with a big smile on her face.
“There is nothing to hide anymore,” Adelena said and looked at Vlad. “Everything I did, I did it for you. You are a vampire and we don’t mix with them, but my sister says otherwise and I can’t allow you to behave like them.” She added.
“So is that why you killed my mother?” Zinedine said as his eyes began to glow.
“Point of correction, I did not kill Ravenna.” Adelena said.
