“You woke him up babe” he shrugged and she swallowed

He changed the bloodied sheets and her clothes into one of his hoodies, as expected it looked like a dress on her, he placed her on the bed and placed the quilt over her
She hummed, licked her lips and mumbled something inaudible but he heard it and smiled
“I love you too” he replied stroking her hair and she snuggled closer…

Zane went down to the dining room, he was in simple white singlet and blue shorts, his hair was messy
Gary, Kai, Layla, Frenchie, Marissa and the butler were all ready for breakfast but they stared at Zane questionably
He only sat calmly
“Where’s Anna?” Layla finally asked breaking the silence
“She’s still asleep but nobody goes to disturb her, she needs rest right now” Zane replied and Marissa smiled knowingly
She nudged the butler that was beside her, the butler only shook his head
“Why?” Layla asked clueless
She was the only one that was clueless, she turned to every other person that had a side smile on
“Marissa, I’ll need breakfast for her” Zane said again and Marissa nodded smiling
“Coming right up” Marissa said and sped off
Zane had his breakfast while Marissa made some for Annalise..
