Damon POV
I woke up due to the fact that I have not eaten, I can’t sleep well on an empty stomach.
I took the beer and walked out of the room gently not to wake craziee up. I went to the garden and sat on the bench there.
I opened the bottle of beer and drank a little from it.
Vivian POV
Where’s he going so late at night? I stood up and sneaked after him making sure he didn’t notice my presence.
I saw him sit on a bench and open a bottle of beer, he drank a little from it and dropped it.
Should I come out of hiding now? Or stay hiding? I will just come out if hiding, I decided.
I stood up straight and walked to him, I sat beside him and took the other bottle of beer.
“Why aren’t you sleeping?” He asked.
“The same reason you aren’t sleeping” I replied.
“Definitely not true, I am awake cause I am hungry” he said.
“Maybe I am hungry too” I replied.
“That’s impossible, you ate my…….” A call came into his phone interrupting him.
He smiled before picking up the call.
“Hey babe” he said.
Damon POV
It was Melissa calling.
“Hello Damon” she replied.
“Don’t do that to me anymore or else I may die, stop ignoring me” i said.
“Okay, I won’t want my baby to die” she replied.
“Thanks, so how are you doing there?” I asked.
“Great” she replied.
“Great? Without me? Melissa, I miss you and love you so much” I cooed.
“We are gonna see sooner or later” she replied.
“Can’t wait to see you and kss you” I said.
“Me too, I missed your lips” she said.
“Bye, good night” she added and ended the call.
Vivian POV
Who’s this Melissa? I don’t even like the name, I am sure she’s Damon’s girlfriend.
I developed sudden hatred for her or maybe it’s because of her name. Why am I feeling this way? Is this jealousy?
Oh no, if I am to get jealous, it definitely won’t be of that Melissa. My mood had been spoilt just listening to their conversation.
“I will go in now” I said and stood up.
“Ugh? So quick?” He asked and I nodded.
“You are not leaving me here lonely” he said and dragged me back to the bench.
“That was your girlfriend right?” I asked.
“Yes, she forgave me” he replied happily.
“Incredible, you must be so happy” I said.
“Of course” he replied and drank more.
“Are you really happy?” I asked again.
“Of course why shouldn’t I be happy? Did something happen?” he asked.
“No, of course not” I replied but to be sincere I didn’t feel happy.
“Hmm, did any nurse talk to you rudely or call you a kid?” He asked.
“Why asking like you care?” I asked.
“Craziee, you know I do care” he replied.
“You don’t” I stated and tried drinking but he grabbed it away from me.
“Don’t drink” he said.
“Ugh? Why? I am not a kid remember?” I said.
“I know but you are a girl, you can’t really drink this” he said but I took it away from him.
“Give that back, you can’t eat my food and take my beer too” he said.
“Ohh, so you are this stingy ugh? Well you are not taking this back” I said and ran back to my ward.
I quickly locked the door.
“Open up craziee” he said.
“No” I sneered.
“Please I will buy you a lot of beer” he said.
“No, you sleep out there” I said and got into bed.
