Jemima appeared after they broke the hug. She was also crying like granny.
“Gem” he smiled, and she quickly drew him into her arms, so tight that he almost lost his breaths.
“I’m suffocating, crybaby” he smiled, hugging her back gently.
“Why did you do it with your arms? Why didn’t you tell anyone?” She cried.
“Y’all would have stopped me from entering the pool, and I’d have regretted” he replied, and she broke the hug to hold his face.
“I love you so much Max, I love you a lot. Promise me you won’t endanger yourself again” she said.
“I can’t do that when it comes to you” he replied.

“A kss would have been better, stop making me promise” he laughed lightly.
“Jerk” she pouted, and he drew her closer by the waist immediately, kssing her lips warmly.

The fans began shouting again, and chairman smiled broadly.

NIGHT, SLOANE’S PLACE**
Maxwell’s party was supposed to be held tonight, but cos of his arms treatment, it was shifted to three days, though Paris is still bubbling with the news and it’s sure not gonna end soon.
Sloane drove into her driveway and came out with Warren and Miguel.
Warren was carrying Miguel as he walked in with her, and she was smiling.
She went upstairs to change immediately while Warren stayed in the living room with Miguel.
“Today is my happiest” Warren said, scrolling Maxwell’s IG on his phone.
He’s currently in 48, no doubt he’d reach 50 before the party, and he’d probably join The Diamonds!
“Mell is so talented, his talents worked with luck and that’s why he’s where he is today, he’s my role model I wanna be like him so bad!” Miguel replied, and Warren smiled.
He was about to talk when his phone rang, and his eyes widened when he saw it’s a producer.

“Are you free to take a supporting role in my upcoming drama? You’d be taking the male lead’s friend”
