I yawned tiredly as i sat up on the mini sized bed inside the empire, the incident of what happened earlier flashed through my head, i tryna shrug it off but i can’t, tears gathered in my eyes and i sniffed continually trying to prevent it from rolling but it did simultaneously.
Did i like him this much? Belle you’ve gotta brace up, okay! He’s not the only man out there, countless guys are there wanting you in their arm, no man deserves you tears, i thought and rubbed my palm together.
I’ve got the habit of consoling myself but this is not working, i gathered energy and climbed down from the bed.
I wore my sandals and stepped out of the room _i arched my brow when i met brielle pacing around angrily, oh you are awake! she said lowly when she saw me and i nodded.
What is wrong i asked as she continued pacing? I’m just angry, she replied!
But why!
Alexander can’t even apologize for misunderstanding me, he was there telling me “don’t you think i deserved some explanation” Can you imagine! She shrieked and i scoffed.
Why are you speaking in parables? I said and she sighed before sitting on the couch, come over it’s a long story, she said and walked closer before sitting beside her.
So what? I demanded and she nodded before clearing her throat.
After the mathematics teacher left the class ryan came to me and said he wanna tell me something, i can’t ignore him right! I followed him outside the class and we came here, he told me his reasons for calling me out, which is that he loved brielle but so scared to tell her, she said and i mouthed an “O”.
I knew that already they are all over each other, as i was saying he asked me to help him by saying it in his place to brielle which i agreed, little did we know, brielle and alexander followed up thinking we have something rolled up our sleeves.
They barged in pissed off for the fact that we are behind closed doors, we played it as a game and made them jealous brielle felt hurt and bursted into tears after some little words she ran away, perfect timing right? She arched her brow suggesting_ly and i nodded agreeing with her.
We both ran after her and explained what really happened that it was a drama, so we told her the truth and i left them to themselves.
Lost in my thoughts i bumped into alexander on the way, we nagged at each other before i tends to walk away when he stopped me with the stupid word, “don’t you think i deserve some explanation? ”
For what reasons! I snapped and he sighed and i headed here, like he’s dumb or d.aft, two went together one came back , he should’ve know its all a drama and he can’t apologize for misunderstanding, instead telling me to explain things, she rounded things up and i laughed hysterically even with my dull mood.
Brits! You are speaking gibberish now as in nonsense, what you are saying is not making sense! Like seriously apologizefor misunderstanding you when you don’t explain anything to him, come off it, it’s of no point, i snapped.
Are you really taking his side? She feigned anger and i held her hand.
Not a matter of taking side bestie but the matter of not wanting you to get hurt, i replied and she rolled her eyes, i guessed she understood what am saying.
Brits, why did you felt angry for him not begging you? Why did you want him to know that it’s a misunderstanding nothing else? Babe! Coz you believe he knows you love no one except him.
I said and she widened her eyes.
You shouldn’t allow what happened to me earlier happens to you before knowing you love him, leave your pride and explain to him, it won’t kill you! I added and she closed her eyes automatically before breathing out loudly.
