CHAPTER 97
Dario quickly held her hand when he saw something at the back of her neck.
“What’s wrong Da….” Dario placed his index finger on her mouth and he gave everyone a sign not to say a word.
As he slowly took off the flat tracking device from her neck, and they all gasped.
“What’s that?” Nora asked.
“It’s a tracking device that tells the location of someone once is attached to their body.
It only gets disconnected when it’s no longer in their body” Dario said.
“But how did that get to my body?” Ariel asked.
“Ariella, what does these bosses look like” Jessica asked, with widen eyes.
“I have a drawing of them” Ariella said, and went to bring the drawings, and then she placed it on the table for everyone to see.
Jessica, Nora and Brett gasps in shock after they saw the drawings.
“What’s wrong, do you three know them?” Ariella asked.
“The person on the right is…. My dad” Nora said, as tears falls down her eyes.
“The one at the left side is…. My dad” Brett said.
“The one in the middle is my mom, and I think she’s might have placed the tracker on Ariel’s neck when she hugged her earlier” Jessica said, almost crying.

The A³ keep looking at both Jessica, Nora and Brett who had a sullen look on their faces.
Jaycee, Dario and Jasper stayed quiet because they had nothing to say.
“So what’s next, are you going to protect your parents? It’s obvious they allowed you three to become cops, just so you can help them cover up their crimes” Ariella said.
“Ariella, please don’t be hard on them” Ariel said.
“I know that they’re your friends Ariel, but think about the situation at stake.
You think I am doing all of this just because I want to have my revenge?
It’s mainly for the children Ariel. I saw innocent children, whose organs were to be sold.
A lot of parents have lost their innocent children because of their parents” Ariella said.
“I don’t know my dad is involved in any illegal business, Ariella.
I thought he was the best dad in the whole world because he sent me to a cop college.
How would I have known he is a monster when he has been a good father to be?” Brett said, trying to control his tears.
This wasn’t how he pictured his second meeting with Ariella to be.
He has always pictured it to be a sweet moment for them, but will it possible after finding out that his own dad seeks her life.
Ariella looked at Brett, she could see the sadness in his eyes, but she knew this wasn’t the time to be caught up in love.
She needed to put those ungodly people in jail before she could look at the beauty of love.
Innocent souls are dying thanks to this illegal organizations.
“Fine. Let’s say you all don’t know the illegal activities of your parents, my question is are you going to turn a blind eyes to their crimes, or helped make the world a better place to live in?” Ariella asked with a serious look on her face.
Ariel and Aria looked at each other, because the Ariella they once knew has changed.
Jessica slowly raised her hand, and the A³ looked at her. “Did you have something to say?” Ariel asked, calmly.
“Yes I do” She answered.
“Let’s hear it then” Ariella said, sitting down.
“I have always have a hunch that my mom was involved in something illegal, but I always wave the thought away because she always portrayed the role of an innocent good mom.
Why I suspected is that our lives weren’t that perfect before, we used to feed from hand to mouth, but on the day I turned 12, our lives changed, and we became rich.
I asked her about her business, but she will always find a way to dodge the question.
I didn’t want to think my mom is doing something illegal that’s why I never digged into it” Jessica said.
“So what are you trying to say?” Ariella asked.
“She might be my mom, but that doesn’t mean she’s going to escape justice.
If she can kll innocent souls just to have wealth, she deserves to be in jail” Jessica said with misty eyes.
