CHAPTER 30

Aiden nodded in agreement, he was looking for the perfect girl to flirt with.

Ace was drinking from a cup when his phone buzzed, it was a message from Paisley.

? WHERE ARE YOU? I’M AT THE CLUB ALREADY ? The message reads

Ace sighed before replying to her. He placed his phone on the table and took a sip from the drink.

His eyes were searching the club for Melanie, but there was no glimpse of her.

“Isn’t she coming?” He wondered aloud.

“Hey,” Paisley smiled as she approached him. She sat beside him and kssed his cheek.

Axel scoffed as he watched them, he took his gaze away and diverted his attention to Audrey.

“Why’s she here?” Aaron asked, not caring if Paisley was gonna hear him.

“Aren’t I supposed to be here?” Paisley asked back.

Aaron scoffed before taking his eyes away.

A loud scream filled the club when Melanie and her friends entered.

“Wow! Who’s that girl? She’s so beautiful!”

“That’s Melanie! The prettiest girl in our class!”

“Gosh, she’s so beautiful!”

Everyone started admiring them as they entered the club fully.

Ace couldn’t believe his eyes when he set his eyes on Melanie. He could never believe she was this beautiful.

Paisley frowned as she watched him gawking at Melanie, she could feel herself getting jealous.

“Axel, are you listening to me?” Audrey asked Axel whose eyes seemed to be distant from hers.

She stared at the direction of his eyes and frowned when she saw him staring at Melanie.

“Can’t you just stop staring at her? It’s beginning to piss me off” Audrey complained to Axel.

“If you’re uncomfortable with it, then fk off” Axel said harshly.

His eyes went back to Melanie and a smile left his lips.

“She’s so beautiful” he mumbled, bringing a cup to his lips.

Melanie sat with Julie and Lauren, they were busy chatting and laughing to themselves.

“I told you the guys are gonna drool over you” Lauren said.

“Well I hate it, it’s creepy” Melanie shuddered.

Julie giggled.

“You just need to accept it, you’ll be seeing more of this, trust me”

Melanie stared ahead of her and her gaze landed on Ace who was also staring at her. Paisley was beside him.

Melanie rolled her eyes before looking away. She faced her friends.

“I need to use the restroom,” she said.

“Will you be fine alone? Want me to come along?” Lauren asked.

“No, I’ll be fine” Melanie smiled and stood up, then she walked away.

Immediately Ace saw Melanie leaving, he stood up.

“Where are you going?” Paisley asked.

Ace ignored her and walked off.

Paisley folds her fist tight, biting her lips hard. She knew Ace was going after Melanie and that alone pissed her a lot.

Ace got to the restroom and waited outside patiently, hoping for Melanie to come outside.

After a minute, Melanie came out and stopped walking when she saw him.

She crossed her hands across her chest and gave him an eye roll.

“What are you doing in the ladies restroom?” She questioned.

“You look beautiful,” Ace said.

Melanie scoffed, taking her gaze elsewhere.

“Are you still mad at me?” Ace asked slowly.

“No”

“That’s a lie, Melanie. You’re mad at me, I know that”

“Why should I? Oh, you think I’m still in love with you?” Melanie chuckled.

“Then you must be dreaming, I got over you dude, I don’t even feel a thing for you anymore.”

“Don’t worry, you can go ahead with Paisley. You guys can keep fking yourself in the restroom, it’s none of my business anyways” Melanie smirked before walking away.

Ace’s eyes grew wide at her last statement.

“Did she….”

“Fk!” He pvnched the nearest wall in anger.
