CHAPTER 26

MELANIE’S ROOM***

“That jerk, just when I thought he was getting nice,” Melanie scoffed as she entered her room.

“Fk you, Assassin!” She screamed out. The fact that he was right was what got her mad.

Her phone rang, it was Lauren calling.

“Hey Babe!” Lauren’s voice rang over the phone.

“Hey,”

“Tonight is our party, are you ready?” Lauren asked.

“The freshmen party?” Melanie gasped a little.

“Yea… It’s really gonna be sweet, don’t forget, okay? Put on something sxy and make those guys drool over you, show them what you’ve got!” Lauren screamed.

Melanie cackled at her silliness. Lauren might look cute and innocent, but she’s got a crazy nature.

“Alright, we’ll meet in school” Melanie smiled.

“Okay, I need to go. Bye!” The call disconnected immediately.

Melanie smiled and walked to the closet, looking for what to wear.

MONASH UNIVERSITY****

A loud scream erupted from the girls’ lips as Axel entered the class. The guys were not left out too, most of them get jealous at his cuteness.

“It’s Axel! Gosh, can he stop looking cute?”

“Axel, I love you!”

“I’m in love with you, swears. Marry me please”

The class bursted into laughter at the last statement.

Axel settled himself on a seat and almost immediately, Audrey sat beside him.

“Hey, hottie,” she winked.

“Will you be attending the freshmen party?” She asked.

“Is it today?” Axel asked.

“Yea… Are you attending? Cos I’m gonna be there” Audrey said.

“Sure” Axel muttered.

Audrey smiled widely. Amongst all the girls in the school, she could proudly say she’s the closest to Axel.

“Axel, about the other day…” She started slowly.

“Hey, Axel,” Freya smiled, walking towards them.

“Are you free today?” She asked.

“Are you serious right now?” Audrey scoffed in disbelief.

“Can’t you see I’m talking to him?” She asked, almost tearing up in anger.

Axel stood up and walked out of the class, leaving Audrey and Freya to handle themselves.

He got outside and met his three friends, they were on the way to the class.

“Wow! You’re looking hot, mehn” Aaron whistled.

“You look dull, are you okay?” Aiden asked.

“Yea…” Axel brought out a box of cigarettes and Ace snatched it away from him.

“Smoking again? Aren’t you tired of it?” He scolded.

Axel stared at him.

*”I saw them… He… He was fking her in the restroom,”* He remembered Melanie’s words.

“You can have it then” he walked away.

“What’s wrong with him?” Aiden wondered.

“Do you think he’s okay?” Aaron faced him.

Ace shrugged before throwing the box away.
