ANDREA POV
As soon as the car stopped in front of Brenda house, I got out of it and Max also did the same thing, he got out of it and came towards me.
“I hate leaving you here”he said as he stood in front of me
“You will just have to tolerate it”I said giving him a smile
“Why don’t you just come back home with me”he said
“I would like to but I don’t want my mom to see me looking this way, I don’t want her to worry about me and if am there, she will certainly know that some thing is wrong, so staying at Brenda place will certainly give me some time alone” I said
“Fine then, I will just have to respect your decision,Come here”he said as he hugged me tight
“Stay safe okay and if you need me, just call for me okay”He whispered into my ear.
“I will”I replied
“I will come here frequently to see you”he said and I moved out of his arms
“Don’t you dare?”
“Why?”,
“This is some one house, what do you want Brenda father to say if you come here frequently “I asked
“He won’t say any thing, he would be understanding and he wont try to guy from seeing his girlfriend”he said
“Don’t you visit me frequently okay!”I said as I pulled out of his arms
“I will “he replied giving me a smile
“Max!”
“You can’t forbid me to stop seeing you ,as it is am so crazy about you and if I don’t see you for a day or two,I go crazy, so I will be visiting frequently”he said and then turned to leave
“Be expecting me tomorrow, go in”he added
“I will,you should go first”I said feeling touched by his words.
“I love you “he whispered before getting into the car.
“I love you too”I said softly while watching his car.
As soon as the car got out of my sight, I went into the house only to see Jack by the garden.
“Jack! I didn’t know……….”I couldn’t finish my word because he walked towards me and hug me.
“Do you know how worried have been about you, I could hardly do a thing because I was worried about your where about and when Brenda refused to tell me where you were, I was so worried”He said as he held me close
“But am glad that you are okay now”he added as he held onto me
“Jack!”I called trying to pull away from him and gently he let go of me
“Thank you for worrying about me and as you can see I am fine, you should just………”
“Are you back with Max?”he asked cutting me off
“What?”
“You are”he answered his question himself
“I don’t think you are suppose to ……..”
“Are you that dense, can’t you see that by getting back with him, you will only be causing your self more pain and hurt, the rich marries the rich, why can’t you see that your love with Max is an impossible one”He yelled at me.
Have never seen Jack anger and seeing it for the first time made me feel strange.
“What ever happens between Max and I is our concern and you don’t have to tell me that our love is impossible, I already know that myself”I said and walked past him
“But you are still willing to take the risk?”he said and i stop .
“Nothing is impossible when you are in love”I said
“Will that apply to me too?”he asked suddenly and i stared at him
“What do you mean?”
“You said nothing is impossible when you are in love, will that also apply to me if I decide to pursue you”he said
“Pursue me?”I asked still confused by what he is saying
“I like you Andrea, I like you so much that seeing you with Max gets me angry and jealous”He said making the picture clear for me
“You like me?”I asked feeling strange by his confession
“Yes and now that you know,I won’t be holding back again, I will fight for your love Andrea, I will always be here trying to woo your heart and if that method doesn’t work, I will use another until I finally get you to say yes to me”he said
“Jack I……”
“You should also know that have known your secret for a while now but I kept shut about it “he said and that surprised me the most
“Why did you keep quiet ?”
“Back then I did it because I pitied you and I didn’t want your school life to be hard but now that I think about it, I did it because I was in love with though I didn’t know that then, I realised after a while then that I am in love with you, my heart would always beat fast each time am close to you and my face will go red”he said
“I always want to see you and I always want to make you happy, to fulfil every one of your fantasies and also want to be the first you come to when you are in a dire situation, I get so worried each time you are not around,have never felt this way for any one,You are the first Andrea”he confessed and I could not say a thing.
“You do know that am Inlove with Max”I said softly
“Yes I do and an hoping that you will break up with him”
“Jack!!!”I called
“Am sorry if that hurt but have always been stepping aside and I won’t do that again, I will be selfish from now on, I will have you Andrea”he said looking so determined
I was trying to come to terms with what he said and i didn’t notice that he had gotten close to me,it wasn’t until he held me by my waist and tried to kss me that I brought back to reality
I pushed him away, not wanting him to kss, no matter how much he likes me, he shouldn’t force a kss on me, I thought as I tried to move my face away.
He gave up and let me go and quickly I got out of his arms and ran into the house.
I closed the door behind me breathing heavily.
“I will come by each day to see you Andrea,I won’t give up, I mean it”he yelled and when there was complete silence I knew that he was gone.

MAX POV
I got back to the house feeling so excited and happy.
Once again am back with Andrea and this time nothing will pull us apart, i will have to talk to my mom and call off the engagement.
After what Rose did to Andrea, i don’t want to have any thing to do with her, so the earlier I cut off all ties with her the better, I thought as I went to look for my mom.
I found her in her study doing her stuff as always.
“What brings you here? I thought you will be with fiancee”she said not even looking up to acknowledge my presence
“Doing what exactly ?”I asked and that got her to look at me
“Why ask me, you should know what you are suppose to do with your fiancee,like taking her to eat, going out for a ride or some thing”she said as she continued with her work
“I doubt if all that will be happening”
“What do you mean?”she asked as she put all her focus on me
“I came here to tell you that I got back with Andrea and that am calling off with Rose”
“What?”
“You heard me very well mom, I don’t see myself spending the rest of my life with some one who i don’t love ,you got married to dad because you love him right?”I asked
“Don’t bring your father and I into this”she said
“But I have to,it’s the only way to make you see reason, you got married to dad when he had nothing right and you loved him and even left your two kids just to help him succeed and when he did,you came back for us and ever since you came back have never been happy”
“And when Nick died ,I wanted to die with him too but meeting Andrea changed that, she is the reason why am putting up with all this, let me be with the girl I love”
“Your father and I had a choice but you don’t have a choice Max,you know it’s your duty to protect the company “she said
“I know and I will protect it but that doesn’t mean I have to give up the one I love for it, please mom give me the chance to be with the one I love”I said
“Max what would your father say?”she said
“Nothing! He won’t say any thing as long as you help me”I said
“Am sorry but I can’t do a thing Max,it is either Rose or no one else” she said
“Fine then, you will leave me with no choice too”I said
“What?”
“I will leave and you will never see me again”I said and she stood up
“What?”
“It’s either you accept my relationship with Andrea or I leave and I promise that you won’t ever see me again”I said
“You are not serious right?”
“I mean what I say mom,I will leave and I won’t ever come back”I said
She took in what I said and for a while she was quiet
“Fine then,date who ever you want,I don’t care any more”she said as she left the study and I felt happy.
At last have been given the chance to do what I want.
