“Jeez! He is so cute” Charlotte muttered dreamily as she watch Sammy laughing while he chatted with Leon
“Stop daydreaming,if you like him ask him out instead of hiding your feelings” Esmeralda said with a sneer
“Do you think it’s easy like that? I heard he doesn’t associate with girls” Charlotte replied with a sigh
“Just try your luck first” Esmeralda encouraged
“Esme is right,ask him out first and if he rejects you,we will find a way to make him fall for you” Madison said with a smile
“Ok, then I will give it a try” Charlotte muttered before standing up from her seat
“We got your back bestie” They cheered for her lowly and she smiled before leaving for Sammy’s seat
“Hey Sammy” Charlotte called with a smile as she got to his seat
“How may I help you? He asked arrogantly
“I was wondering if you are free for dinner tonight? She replied shyly
“Am not free” he replied with a dismissal tone
“Then when are you free? I can wait till then” She said with a smile
“I don’t know” he replied with disinterest
“Then give me your cont_” Charlotte couldn’t complete her words when Sammy interrupted her
“Don’t you get it! Am not interested in plain girls like you so get lost! He shouted and the class burst into laughter
Charlotte was embarrassed as the class mocked her and she almost burst into tears on spot
“Fk you! She yelled at him before running out of the class
Esmeralda and Madison followed her immediately
“That was so mean of you” Leon said before laying his head on the desk
“Whatever” Sammy muttered with a scoff

Anika was escorted by two bodyguards to the garden where Yuri was waiting for her
“Why did you call me here?? Anika asked Yuri who was sitting on a bench with a newspaper in her hand
“Don’t be rude Missy! No matter the misunderstandings between us,am still your mother so respect me! Yuri warned sternly
“I never denied that” Anika rolled her eyes and Yuri shook her head
“Sit ” Yuri said calmly
“Am okay standing up” Anika replied
“You are too weak to stand for a long time especially now that you are pregnant,do you wanna hurt the baby? Yuri asked with concern
“I don’t need your concern and please don’t act like you care”Anika retorted harshly
Yuri sighed depressingly before starting the conversation
“Do you love Carlos? She asked
“Of course I love Carlos,he is the only man that makes me happy” Anika replied at once
“But does he loves you? Yuri asked
“He does,he loves me so much than you can ever imagine and I trust his love for me”Anika replied confidently
“Are you sure you want to be with him? Think your decision through” Yuri said convincingly
“Yes I want to be with him and why all this questions? Anika asked with a frown
“Anika it’s not like I don’t want you to be happy but mom is doing everything for your future.
I don’t want you to make a wrong choice but if you insisted on being with Carlos then you are free to be with him” Yuri gives her consent
Anika was surprised to hear Yuri’s words but then she remembers how cunning her mother can be
“What are you planning this time Mom? Anika asked with a scoff
“Am not planning anything Anika,I just realized that it is best to let you make your decision by yourself and I don’t want to do anything that I might regret in future” Yuri explained
“So you are giving your consent to our relationship? Anika asked cautiously
“Yes I am” Yuri nodded with a smile
“Oh mum! I love you” Anika squealed happily and hugged Yuri tightly
“Now you remember that you love me,how filial of you” Yuri sighed dramatically and Anika giggled
