CHAPTER 5
Juli is serving fishes inside the plate when she sighted Elena she smiled
“Mom eat without me” Elena pouted
“That’s what you did for the past two days since you came here” Juli replied while pouring soup in a separate plate
Ace came out of the kitchen with a plate if rice, he dropped it on the table
“Good evening dad” Elena came to kss his cheek
Nelson who was just thirteen came out if Elena’s room with the book she was reading in his hands
“Give me my book” Elena glared at him
“You guys” Ace sighed when Elena collected the book from Nelson with her powers
She sat down and grabbed her plate of rice with the chop sticks, she started eating as fast as possible, she took the fish and soup
“Why the rush?” Juli asked
“So I can get away from that” she said referring to Nelson who just rolled his eyes
Elena disappeared when her plate was empty why Juli sighed and sat down beside Ace, she started helping both him and Nelson to dish their rice inside their plate.
Elena appeared outside her house and met Snow waiting there, Snow felt her presence and turned to her with a bright smile
“Come in let’s go the fireworks show is about starting” she said
Actually they’ll be a fireworks festive show this night, that’s snow favorite she can’t miss it for anything
“Why didn’t you come inside?” Elena asked
“Cause your mom would force me to eat and I’m full” she replied and Elena smiled
“Come on let’s go” Snow said, dragging Elena
As they were running, Daniel appeared at their front
“I had to escape them, they are arguing again” he said
“He’s always having problems with his parents” Elena laughed while Snow just smiled shyly
“Okay I’m still running, I’ll met you guys at the fireworks” Daniel said before disappearing again

DOLAN’S MANSION**
Raphael kept forcing Blake to come watch the fireworks with him
“I said no” Blake replied for the umpeeth time, not taking his eyes of his laptop
“Please”
“No”
“Please”
“You’re disturbing me Raph!” Blake snapped
“I’ll disturb you okay, it’s not good to be too indoors, a lot of people of our age will be there, a lot of pretty girls would be there..” Raphael said, hoping Blake would think twice about it
“Ha ha very funny” Blake replied with a mockery smile
“Fine then don’t blame me for this” Raphael muttered, he slumped on the couch and hugged Blake real tight and before Blake knew it, he was no longer in his house
“What’s this!” He grunted
“Now we are outside you’ll follow me whether you like it or not” Raphael smiled, wrapping his hands around Blake shoulders
“Why are you so troublesome?” Blake said with a tired sigh
“Cause I’m Raphael, your one and only cuz, the baddest boy in town” he winked
Having no choice Blake looked at him and sighed of defeat
“Why are you always persistent??” He scoffed as they walked their way to the fireworks show
“And why are you always indoors??” Raphael smirked
Finally the got there and the place is really crowded, people kept running here and there, some people were advertising some stuffs, some people were in cue to buy somethings, some were panting their face
Some men were spitting fire out if their mouth, some where throwing fire works around with different color while people kept clapping for them
“Okay this is cool right Raph?” Blake smiled, but got no response
“Raph” he called again and face palmed himself when he saw Raphael flirting with with some girls already
“Fool, if I had known I wouldn’t have come here” he muttered and then decide to stay in a quite place for the time being
Finally he found a quite spot where he could sit and still see things from afar, he’s now watching the people dancing and spitting fire out of their mouth with interest at the same time with boredom but then his gaze cought this girl who was just standing at a corner and watching everything too with a smile
The glowing light of the place had effect to her skin, making her look extra pretty even thou it’s only her side view he’s seeing, but it was still very pretty
She jumped and try catching the fire flies, she twirled and laughed happily, even her hair were dancing around her back but she seem didn’t mind
“She’s pretty” he thought
