Selena’s POV
I wanted more..
I wanted more of him and he knew it pretty well that I wanted him…
‘Uhhh I…I…uhhh I have to go now’..I quickly backed away and almost kssed him back seeing the flash of disapointment in his eyes….
‘Yeah I…I think we went pretty too far with that’..He replied and slammed his door right in my face and I couldn’t help but frown..
Back to the Grumpy boss huh??..
Minutes later ..

‘Cool down Selena you only kissed him and nothing?!! it’s not like something else happened did it??’….Janet asked and I shot her a dirty glare..
‘Something might have happened don’t you see?? The moment he kissed me I instantly felt like jelly and I didn’t want to leave him!!! I wanted more!!’..
‘So?? How is wanting more a bad thing?!! it’s not that bad is it??’.. She asked..
‘He’s my ex Janet!! Everything is wrong with it and he’s also my boss!!! Everything is wrong with it!!!’…I yelled..
‘You make the tiniest fuss about everything just chill it won’t happen again and besides any man would want to kss you in that bathrobe’..She replied and with a whimper I slumped on the bed….
Alexander’s POV
The Next Morning:
‘What’s so bad about it??’..Mac asked..
‘No you don’t understand everything’s bad about it!! I kissed my so called ex and I enjoyed it don’t you see?? I’m her boss!! that’s like a conflict of interest!!’..I said aloud..
‘There is nothing wrong about that still!! Sometimes you have to let your guard down a bit!!, When last did you kss a woman and enjoy it?? Maybe you’re both rekindling a flame you don’t know about’..He replied and just then she walked into the office…
‘Good morning sir’..She muttered…
‘Morning,get me my morning coffee and then sort out those files on your table I want them done’..I replied somewhat in a growl…
‘Ohh gimme a break you two just go on a date already!!!’…Mac yelled and everyone in the office paused and turned to see what he was talking about…

Alexander’s POV cont’d
‘Not cool Mac stop it’..I groaned under my breath..
‘What isn’t cool?? The fact that you both drool over each other or when you stare at her like she’s a Big Mac burger?? C’mon you both should forget the past and move on!!!’..He replied and I pursed my lips in embarrassment…
‘You can leave my office Selena there’s no use standing there’…I said..
‘No don’t leave Selena!’..Mac called out and she stopped..
‘What are you doing Mac??’..I snarled..
‘I am trying to regain your sanities back!!’..He replied and faced Selena…
‘Hey sweetheart are you free tonight??’..
‘No…No..I..I don’t think so’..She replied..
‘Why??’..
‘Well you’re lying and it’s pretty obvious’…Mac said..
‘Tonight you are both going out on a date alone!! And you are both going to trash your past and then move on cause it’s very obvious you’re attracted to each other even though you don’t show it!! Deal?!’..
‘What on Earth are you doing??? stop this Mac’..I groaned and he smiled..
‘I’m trying to help you best friend’..
Selena’s POV
At Night
‘Well that was awkward’..I yawned as I came down from the bus at the bus stop and waited on for another bus which would take me straight home…
I’m just happy I was able to avoid Alexander through out the day so as not to do what Mac suggested..
After some minutes I still waited on for a bus or cab but none was coming forth…
Why now??…
Emily would be pretty hungry by now and she needs me…
‘Taxi!!!’..I yelled but the driver drove past me…
‘Hey’..I heard someone say and when I turned around it was Alexander…
‘Hey’..I replied..
‘What are you doing here?? Shouldn’t you be with Emily at home??’..He asked.
‘Well I can’t find a bus which is totally not my fault’..I replied with a frown on my face..
‘Ohh get in then’..
‘What??’..
‘I said get in’…
‘Why??’..
‘So I can take you home what is wrong with you?!!’..He yelled..
‘Well I don’t want to get in the —
‘Fine then!! Look it’s already 11pm and all the buses won’t pass through here so get in the car crazy woman I won’t beg you!!!’
